Thanks Junkie, I think the 3rd seed is out of reach but if we lose some games we could drop to 7th. Just six games left.

What do you think a realistic ceiling is for this group? Seems like you’re playing .500 ball recently. Regardless of seeding do you think you can win it?

Ceiling for this group, as constructed right now? As things stand, we are facing the Heat in the first round... we are not as tough and our bench is pretty thin. If we reach the East semis I would actually be happy. This squad in real life was 41-41, so I've been a little bit better.

I have a few targets this offseason -- first of all, backups for Reggie and Travis Best and then get some help inside.

Really grinding out a good record to finish the season man. Avoid the Heat if you can!! You could catch fire in playoffs though, and it could open up nicely for you.

It's most likely the Heat. We are tied right now and the Sixers, Bucks and Magic have escaped at the top. If someone gets injured, we're done, the bench ain't ready... I think we must build a little bit more and perhaps in 2003 (third and last season of this story) go for it.

HUGE win, we've been so-so the last few months. If we end up 7th or 8th, we're facing Bucks (despite a lot of injuries, they've been superb) or Sixers (AI is leading the league in scoring) and we're probably getting swept.
