Shane comes down to the ring and says he has many announcements for tonight. But first he said he wanted to announce a couple matches to announce for Great American Bash. He said he knows there's controversey with the Cruiserweight and the only way to settle it was to have a triple threat match for the title at Great American Bash between The Hurrican, Tajiri, and Rey Mysterio. He then said he just booked a match backstage that was huge for the Great American Bash, a 6 man Battle Royal for the #1Contender Spot for the U.S. Championship. It would involve Orlando Jordan, Scottie 2 Hotty, Charlie Haas, Hassan, Chavo Guerreo, and Kane. Shane also said that Chavo Guerreo would take on Orlando Jordan tonight in a match in preparation for the battle royal. Shane then said he had an idea backstage that he needed to use. He said tonight Kurt Angle will take on Randy Orton and the winner will pick the type of match they will have with their jobs on the line at Great American Bash. Finally he said that the big match he had planned was a 6 man tag. On one side was Shawn Michaels, Chris Benoit, Big Show vs Chris Jericho, Chris Masters, and Triple H. He ended by saying Hershey should get ready for one hell of a night.
Match 1: Danny Basham vs Mystery Opponent (Opponent at Great American Bash)
Danny came to the ring first and he waited for his opponent to come out the music hit.......William Regal was coming out. This match started quick both competitiors got good shots in. The fans were behind William Regal. This match kept going back and forth. Danny Basham hit his finisher but Regal got a rope break. This match quickly got past the 10 minute mark. Danny got another finisher but again Regal was on the ropes. Danny showed his frustration by hitting Regal with a low blow. Regal then hit Basham with a finisher but Regal had wasted to much energy to cover Danny. The ref started the count and got up to 7 before Regal stumbled got to his feet got the cover 1...2...kick out. Basham coutnered a few moves and hit his finisher but again Regal got his foot on the rope. Regal gained momentum and suddenly rolled up Danny1...2...3. Regal got the win just past the 20 minute mark. Cole and Tazz commented on how great the match was and that the tag match at Great American Bash is shaping up to be a good one.

Match 2: Orlando Jordan vs Chavo Guerrero
A great match from both competitors. A lot of reversals took place and Chavo started to take charge but then Orlando reversed a move and hit his finisher. He only got a two. More time went by and hit another finisher but another kickout. Chavo went on the top rope and hit an amazing crossbody and the cover 1...2...kickout. Orlando got up and hit another finisher but this time not enought enregy to cover Chavo the ref got to a 7 count before Chavo stood followed by Orlando, Chavo went for a suplex but Orlando countered and hit his 4th finsiher this time for the 1...2..3. Orlando won another great technical match. Tazz and Cole said how they couldn't wait until the Battle Royal.

Promo: Triple H and Big Show
Triple H came to the ring and immediately called out Big Show. Show came down to the ring. Triple H started by saying that he had to earn everything he gained and that Show has been given everything becasue of his enormous stature. He said Show was just a freak show and would never be a main-eventer. Triple H even said that Show couldn't even do well in WCW. Triple H said at Great American Bash he'll show everyone that Show isn't a real pro wrestler and is only a freak show for the fans. Show grabbed a mic and said that he said he doesn't need to prove anything on Sunday and said that he'll prove tonight that he can beat Triple H all around the ring and to be prepared for a surprise Sunday.
Match 3: Kurt Angle vs Randy Orton (Winner decides match type at Great American Bash)
This match was a submission fest. Angle kept getting more and more submissions on Orton but Orton wouldn't give up. The ref was knocked down at one point and Angel grabbed a chair and hit Randy Orton with it a few times. Even after 4 ankle locks Orton kept getting out of them Orton then went on the assault and hit two RKOs. Angle kicked out twice. Randy got so frustrated that he got the chair Angle was using and hit him with it. Angle was declared the winner and grabbed the mic he said that that was a coward move by Orton and that he had a perfect match type, where there would only be one winner for sure and that would be a CAGE MATCH and it would be for their careers.

Match 4: Doug Basham vs Mystery Opponent (Opponent at Great American Bash)
Doug came out and waited for him to come out. The music hit..........BOOKER T. Booker T came out and dominated the whole match. He hit a bookend and Doug kicked out but Booker stayed on top and hit another 1...2...3. A winner.
Winner: Booker T via Pinfall
Match5: Shawn Michaels, Chris Benoit, Big Show vs Chris Jericho, Chris Masters, Triple H
The fans got into this one fast. It started out with Michaels and Jericho in the ring, then Triple H and Show and then Masters and Benoit. Everyone got a shot at their opponent at Great American Bash. Then complete hell broke loose. People were in and out of the ring. When order settled it was Benoit and Masters. Masters was able to get the Masterlock on Benoit but his partners hit Mastesr until he released hit. Then Triple H was tagged and Big Show went into the ring without being tagged. The ref tried to get Show out of the ring but couldn't Triple H hit a Pedigree on Show. In came Michaels when he was tagged and started to beat up on Triple H. Triple H got the tag on Jericho. Jericho came in and was reversed and hit with a Sweet Chin Music he went for the pin but the ref was distracted by Triple H. Michaels came over and punched Triple H. Triple H then got the tag from Jericho Triple H came in and hit a pedigree near ring apron. By then Show had stumbled up and got tagged Show came in and hit Triple H from behind when he was talking to the crowd taunting them, Triple H turned around got chokeslammed and got pinned 1...2...3. Then Everyone was in the ring except for Jericho who got a chair from ringside, brought it into the ring and laid out Jericho. Masters through Benoit out of the ring but when he went to beat him up Benoit was able to reverse him and get the Crippler on him. Smackdown went off the air as Show threw Jericho out of the ring and when Benoit came back into the ring after breaking the crossface.
