Hehe, I just put my laptop on the desk right next to my PC

Looks like you're doing good so far, bk. I'm re-installing the game as we speak. My CD-ROM drive porked out on me, so I had to put in a different one. Seems to be working this time.

Some quick Notes from Training Camp.

Packers are 0-2 in their first 2 pre-season games. Although I am not too worried about that, lots of substituting and playbook experimentation going on. Scores don't matter to me in Pre-Season.

My run defense has been pretty good so far. Holding LT, Warrick Dunn and Mike Vick in check so far in my first two games. Pass defense is struggling, biggest problem is I am having a hard time generating a pass rush.

Reggie Bush is turning out to be everything he was cracked up to be. Big plays in the run game, some nice kickoff returns, and some plays in the pass game. My biggest challenge with Bush is finding ways to get him the ball in space. His only negative has been he's muffed some punts. I may look to sign a punt returner.

Aaron Rodgers may end up a major bust. He's been extremely inconsistent, throwing the ball all over the place. He also looks like he maybe a head case. No matter what I say to him, he seems to respond negatively. His ratings have fallen to 61, and at this point rookie Reggie McNeal is challenging him for the #2 job. I may have to look in to signing a vet to be my backup.

Isaac Bruce, so far has been a great signing also. He's made plays all over the field in both practice and game time.

        More to come later.

Packers get their first pre-season win, with a 26-13 win over Cincy.

Favre only played the first quarter and went 7 for 7 for 92 yards and a score.

Aaron Rodgers downward spiral continued, with a 1 for 5 with 2 int's performance.

Suprise of the night was Reggie McNeal, completed 6 of 10 passes including a nice scoring pass to Donald Driver off of playaction. McNeal is making a real push to be the backup, although I Am still looking at signing a veteran QB.

Both Ahman Green and Reggie Bush had nice games on the ground splitting time. Green rushed for 92 yards and a score. Najeh Davenport also played well.

Defensively Palmer had a nice game against our secondary completing 15 of 25 passes for 269 yards and a score. Including a 60 yard catch and run by Chad Johnson.

TJ Houzmandez had his way with rookie CB Jimmy Williams. Having a rookie start a CB and another rookie at Nickel CB (Tye Hill) could be scary.

Overall it was our best all around perfomance of the pre-season.

Rodgers is looking like a bust more and more every week. Yikes.

              No Kidding.

Well finished off Pre-Season with a 17-0 loss to Tennessee. Didn't play my starters much, just wanted to get out of there healthy. Chris Brown and Travis Henry were too much for my defense...

Since McNeal seems to be coming along pretty well for you at QB, you thinking about keeping him there in case Rogers turns out not to be able to hack it, or are you hoping to get him on the field as a WR?

Looking good so far. I'm hoping to get through a couple of preseason games tonight before hockey.

I am not sure on McNeal. I originally drafted him, with the plan of turning him in to a WR, but his play at QB surprised me. Going to have to wait and see, but he may see some "slash" duty this year.

Giants offered me Osi for Na'il Diggs.

Osi has so forth been a huge disappointment. ANd his rating his hovering in the high 60's.

Looking forward to seeing how you do. I'll be getting mine started over the weekend. Good luck (except against Chicago).

                                Here's my advice.

Deep Ball, Deep Ball, Deep Ball.

Are you noticing a high interception rate ala Madden (not 360 version) Seeing that they use the same engine I was wondering. I've read on some other boards about it. What have you seen? Lots of picks to the house?
