Re: Golden St. Warriors (NBA 2K7)

      Bucks 87 @ Warriors 90

      Bucks(8-8)

      FG %: 32-78 (41%)
      FT: 16-19 (84%)
      3 Pt: 7-22 (32%)
      Bobby Jackson: 24 pts, 5 ast, 4-12 3pt.
Manu Ginobli: 24 pts, 4 ast, 8-14 FG.
      Jermaine O'Neal: 12 pts, 17 reb.
Adam Morrison: 10 pts, 2 stl.
Kurt Thomas: 7 pts, 6 reb, 1 blk.

      Warriors(12-5)

      FG %: 38-85 (45%)
      FT: 13-15 (87%)
      3 Pt: 1-11 (9%)
Joe Johnson: 26 pts, 4 ast, 2 stl.
      T.J. Ford: 18 pts, 13 ast.
Dwight Howard: 13 pts, 12 reb, 5 ast, 3 stl.
Eddie Griffin: 11 pts, 15 reb, 21 min.
Chris Kaman: 6 pts, 10 reb, 2 stl, 1 blk.

      Game notes:
      • Shane Battier was great on the defensive end. He had 2 blocked shots and one of those came in the final minute when Adam Morrison attempted to tie the game on a three-pointer.
      • Joe Johnson was immured to the bench for most of the 1st half because of foul trouble. But he played every minute of the 2nd half and scored 19 points after halftime.
      • Eddie Griffin was huge. Kaman wasn't playing well and he really stepped up.

      • T.J. Ford probably could have had 17 or 18 assists if Johenson and Battier were hitting the open shots they were getting. Johnson shot 11-31 from the field and Battier shot 5-13.

        Warriors 76 @ Spurs 98

        Warriors(12-6)

        FG %: 31-82 (38%)
        FT: 11-17 (65%)
        3 Pt: 3-20 (15%)
Joe Johnson: 18 pts, 4 ast, 1 blk, 6 TO.
        Delonte West: 13 pts, 3 ast, 1-7 3pt.
        Reggie Evans: 8 pts, 12 reb(3 Off.).
        T.J. Ford: 5 pts, 6 ast, 4 stl.
Dwight Howard: 4 pts, 9 reb, 2-9 FG.

        Spurs(14-4)

        FG%: 42-95 (44%)
        FT: 12-15 (80%)
        3 Pt: 2-10 (20%)
        Gilbert Arenas: 28 pts, 11 ast, 4 reb, 6 stl, 7 TO.
Lamar Odom: 27 pts, 14 reb, 3 stl.
Ronnie Brewer: 21 pts, 7 ast, 2 blk.
Udonis Haslem: 12 pts, 10 reb, 2 stl.
        Tyson Chandler: 2 pts, 11 reb(4 Off.), 2 blk.

        Game Notes:
        • I couldn't stop Gilbert this time. He got whatever he wanted.
        • I couldn't stop Lamar Odom either. He was coming off of curls and hitting the open shot. Him and Gilbert murdered me with that play.

        • Tyson Chandler's defense was exceptional. I couldn't get anything going to the basket because he would be right there to alter the shot.
        • Dwight Howard had a brutal game. He couldn't hit any shots even when he was wide open.

          Warriors 89 @ Rockets 87

          Warriors(13-6)

          FG %: 39-82 (47%)
          FT: 10-12 (83%)
          3 Pt: 1-11 (9%)
Dwight Howard: 33 pts, 8 reb, 2 blk.
Joe Johnson: 23 pts, 2 stl, 11-21 FG.(Hit game-winning shot as time expired)
Chris Kaman: 8 pts, 7 reb, 1 blk.
Delonte West: 7 pts, 7 ast, 3 reb.
          T.J. Ford: 0 pts, 11 ast, 5 reb, 3 stl.

          Rockets(8-9)

          FG %: 37-86 (43%)
          FT: 8-9 (88%)
          3 Pt: 5-15 (33%)
Steve Nash: 28 pts, 12 ast, 3 reb.
Josh Howard: 19 pts, 9 reb, 4 ast, 3 stl.
Michael Finley: 15 pts, 9 ast.
Zach Randolph: 8 pts, 11 reb, 1 blk.
Etan Thomas: 2 pts, 8 reb.

          Game Notes:
          • I grabbed a rebound with 3.3 seconds left and called my final timeout to set up Joe Johnson's game-winning shot. He caught the inbound pass, ran around a pick, then nailed an 18 footer as the buzzer sounded.
          • Dwight Howard rebounded quite nicely from last game. They couldn't stop the pick and roll whether it was T.J. Ford or Delonte West at the point.
          • Dwight's defense was also huge. He blocked a couple of shots, one of which came in the final minutes of the game that would have been a sure 2 points.
          • Steve Nash had a great game for them. He hit a few three pointers and set guys up nicely all game.

Re: Golden St. Warriors (NBA 2K7)

                Hornets 92 @ Warriors 107

                Hornets(8-11)

                FG %: 38-82 (46%)
                FT: 11-18 (61%)
                3 Pt: 5-16 (31%)
Maurice Williams: 18 pts, 8 ast.
Ben Gordon: 15 pts, 6-16 FG, 5 PF.
                Yao Ming: 12 pts, 12 reb(4 Off.), 2 blk.
Jamaal Tinsley: 7 pts, 5 ast.
Michael Sweetney: 1 pt, 7 reb, 6 ast.

                Warriors(14-6)

                FG %: 47-87 (54%)
                FT: 9-10 (90%)
                3 Pt: 4-12 (33%)
Joe Johnson: 26 pts, 7 ast, 3 stl.
                T.J. Ford: 20 pts, 10 ast, 3 reb.
Dwight Howard: 16 pts, 5 reb, 2 stl, 1 blk.
Delonte West: 15 pts, 2 stl, 7-9 FG.
Shane Battier: 10 pts, 6 reb, 1 blk.

                Game Notes:
                • Shane Battier had a great 1st quarter in which he scored 6 points, grabbed 5 rebounds and blocked a shot. He didn't play well after that, though.
                • Joe Johnson didn't have his best shooting game, but he passed it very well.
                • This was probably T.J. Ford's best game of the season. He was getting to the hoop and he hit a few shots from deep. Plus, he had 10 assists.
                • Dwight Howard didn't grab a whole lot of rebounds which I was surprised by. The first two games against the Hornets, he dominated Mike Sweetney. He had a decent game, but not as good as I had hoped.

                  Warriors 92 @ Sonics 85

                  Warriors(15-6)

                  FG %: 40-82 (49%)
                  FT: 8-11 (73%)
                  3 Pt: 4-11 (36%)
Dwight Howard: 18 pts, 8 reb, 3 stl, 1 blk.
                  Joe Johnson: 15 pts, 6 ast, 2 stl, 1 blk, 7-18 FG.
Shane Battier: 15 pts, 3 reb, 1 blk.
Delonte West: 14 pts, 3 ast, 5-7 FG.
                  T.J. Ford: 12 pts, 12 ast, 3 reb.

                  Sonics(9-12)

                  FG %: 35-88 (40%)
                  FT: 13-15 (87%)
                  3 Pt: 2-16 (12%)
Ray Allen: 29 pts, 4 reb, 9-31 FG, 10-11 FT.
                  Carlos Boozer: 22 pts, 19 reb(3 Off.), 1 blk.
Jorge Garbajosa: 7 pts, 6 reb, 3 stl.
Antonio Daniels: 6 pts, 6 ast, 3 stl.
                  Michael Doleac: 2 pts, 11 reb(6 Off.), 1 blk.

                  Game Notes:
                  • Joe Johnson had a pretty bad game. I could tell from the start it wasn't going to be a very good shooting night for him, so I did my best to get everyone involved early.

                  • Shane Battier has really stepped it up as of late. He played well on the offensive end and had a huge block with 20 seconds left. After he blocked it, Michael Doleac grabbed the ball, tried to get it out to Antonio Daniels, but the ball was stolen by Dwight Howard. Howard took it the length of the court and hammered it down. If they would have gotten that bucket, it would have gotten them within three points and it might have been a different result.

                  • Dwight Howard played well on offense, but couldn't stop Carlos Boozer. Boozer dominated on both ends of the court and if Ray Allen had a better shooting game, I probably would have lost.

                  • T.J. Ford has been huge for me the past 4 or 5 games. He has been getting a ton of assists and limiting his turnovers to only 3 or 4 per game. If he keeps playing this well, I might have a chance to be .500 on this huge East Coast trip coming up.

Sam Cassell: 7 pts, 5 ast.

                    Warriors(15-7)

                    FG %: 33-83 (40%)
                    FT: 18-19 (95%)

                    Chris Kaman: 4 pts, 12 reb(4 Off.), 2 stl.

                    Game Notes:
                    • Rashard Lewis was unstoppable. He hit 3 or 4 deep three pointers and hit several mid-range shots as well.
                    • Chris Kaman played much better than he had in the past few games. He had 9 rebounds at halftime, but didn't do much in the 2nd half.

                    • I couldn't hit shots at all during a 6 minutes stretch in the 3rd quarter. They built a double-digit lead that I couldn't overcome.
                    • T.J. Ford's offense has been much better. He hit a couple more threes and his percentage from deep is steadily rising. Hopefully he can get to 30-35% by the end of January.

For the people reading, if there are any, is this too bland? If you have any ideas on how I can spice this up, please tell me.

I decided to just write down the stats and type everything out on my other computer, so I'll be doing write-ups again.

                            Rockets 86 @ Warriors 95

AP- Dwight Howard had a great game as the Warriors defeated the Rockets in their last home game before the huge East Coast trip. Howard had 21 points, 10 rebounds and 6 blocked shots which were all team highs.

"My hand hurts after swatting so many shots." Joked Dwight Howard after the victory. "I'm just glad I was able to help the team get this win tonight. It was a big confidence upper before we go on this trip."

The Warriors will begin their trip in Phoenix. The Suns dominated last time the two teams played, beating the Warriors by 27 points. Joe Johnson will have to be a bigger factor if the Warriors want to come out on top this time.

                            Rockets(10-12)

                            FG %: 25-81 (43%)
                            FT: 11-13 (85%)
                            3 Pt: 5-13 (38%)
Josh Howard: 22 pts, 3 reb, 2 stl.
Steve Nash: 17 pts, 7 ast.
Zach Randolph: 16 pts, 10 reb, 8 ast, 1 blk.
Monta Ellis: 9 pts, 3 reb.
Etan Thomas: 2 pts, 12 reb, 1 blk.

                            Warriors(16-7)

                            FG %: 42-79 (53%)
                            FT: 8-14 (57%)
                            3 Pt: 3-12 (25%)
Dwight Howard: 21 pts, 10 reb, 6 blk.
Joe Johnson: 19 pts, 5 ast, 8-14 FG.
Shane Battier: 14 pts, 5 reb, 5 ast.
                            T.J. Ford: 11 pts, 11 ast.
Eddie Griffin: 8 pts, 10 reb.

                            Game Notes:
                            • Dwight Howard was all over the court on the defensive end. He was coming from the weak-side and swatting Etan Thomas and Zach Randolph's shots.
                            • T.J. Ford had another great all around game. He probably could have scored more points, but I was happy with what he did.

                            • Shane Battier continued his great play. I wouldn't be surprised if he records a triple-double at some point during the season.

                            • I was able to keep Steve Nash from getting to the hoop which was the reason I won the game. Last time, he was getting to the hoop and scoring or kicking it out to open shooters.

                              Warriors 94 @ Suns 100

AP- Once again, Stephen Jackson had a great game with 28 points and led the Suns to a victory over the Warriors. Joe Johnson scored 34 points for the Warriors before fouling out late in the 4th quarter.

"They can't touch us. If we played them every game of the season, we'd be 82-0." Said Stephen Jackson after the victory. "You may think I'm joking, but I'm dead serious. I'd average 30 a game."

The long road trip is just getting started for the Warriors. They have five more games stretching as far east as Boston and won't reaturn to Oracle Arena until the day after Christmas. Hopefully, the Warriors can return home with several more wins.

                              T.J. Ford: 0 pts, 7 ast, 0-9 FG.

                              Suns(13-9)

                              FG %: 39-88 (44%)

Baron Davis: 20 pts, 11 ast, 4 stl.

Boris Diaw: 12 pts, 15 reb, 4 ast, 2 stl.

                              Game Notes:
                              • ******* Stephen Jackson. He didn't shoot great from the field, but he lived at the free-throw line. I think he was something like 10-11 from the charity stripe.

                              • Joe Johnson had a great game, but he fouled out with 2 minutes remaining. I might have won had he not fouled out considering he had 12 points in the 4th quarter already.

                              • Dwight Howard struggled in this one. He couldn't buy a basket in the 2nd half and Boris Diaw dominated him on the boards. Look for him to come back strong in the next game.
                              • T.J. Ford had a bad game. Baron Davis played great perimeter defense and didn't allow Ford to get anywhere near the basket. Baron also stole a few of T.J. Ford's passes.

I think you might be able to jazz it up with a nice trade or two, or even a good quality draft pick. Just an idea.
