Question...does anyone ever look at the DM page? Should I put links on here to it...like certain pages? I really like the Roster Archive and put some good time into that but if nobody ever looks at it I might stop...it's a little tedioius...but I like it.

Thanks man. Yea the DM page is a bit tedious...but making these game summaries takes less than 5 minutes to do, which is great.

Wayne is the man in my legacy. He can just shoot lights out.

By the way I'm on MOP with default sliders. I do turn clutch and team unity off.

Lost to #2 UCONN really bad at UCONN. They dominated the whole game. Beat me by like 20 points I think.
Beat Penn State @ their place by 9.

Right now I'm struggling. No big men and it's driving me nuts. I can't rebound to save my life. The preseason #1 ranking doesn't look like it fits this team unless I can find a way to rebound.

Stewaat, just to echo the sentiments of a few others. Yea, this thread is the best. It's now my favorite single legacy thread. I also check the DM page for your updates. Great work.

I like the UNC legacy because being a Hurricane fan I'm familiar with the UNC players. Still it would've been nice to see you use your ND, your school and try to make them into a power.

Question for you, difference do you think team unity makes? Is it what causes players rated high 70s to be pushed to high 80s come game time? I hate that because in my young Miami Hurricanes legacy on AA, my 3pt shooters have ratings in the 70s but come game time they are all in the 80s. The result is I'm shooting over 50% as a team from beyond the arc. I'm reluctant to adjust the slider because most of my threes are because of good ball movement. The greater than 80 ratings is crazy though.

Another question, It seems really easy to hit free throws. I can't seem to figure out whether moving the free throw difficulty slider past 50 makes free throws easier or more difficult like you would think. Do you have any insight on that?

Ok, one more question, what position do you play on your baseball team and what number are you? How do you feel about being in video game (do you feel exploited or honored?).

About team unity...I think with it off players play closer to their real self. I've had great games with players where they were hot and other games where they were cold. The one thing I found evident in my games were that whoever I played...they played me really tough..and the outcome was close. With team unity off I find myself blowing some teams out, which UNC should do.

The 3pt shooting...I am around 35-40% in that area...default MOP. I probably take a few I shouldn't, but I like to shoot deep. If you get open looks consistently and knock them down then around 50% seem accurate to me. If you start knocking down 50% with a hand in your face then I would address that problem.

To answer your video game question...I'll just let you know they never put me in the game last year, which means I'm not in the game this year. I would feel honored rather than exploited if I were in the game. Now I just feel embarrassed that I wasn't included.

I chose UNC because I absolutely LOVE them. They are my #1 team on earth. Notre Dame basketball is my enemy. I pull for the other team, whoever it may be. I guess it's my huge ACC bais and the fact that I'm not a fan of all perimeter players and Russell Carter who is just trying to get to the NBA. I just like Notre Dame football and baseball. I'm a casual Notre Dame football fan...to the point they are my favorite because I didn't have a favorite prior to going to school there.

Thanks for the compliments and I'll try to update as regularly as possible. We just got our season underway (crappy 1-2 record) and with at least 53 more games left there's still a lot more traveling to do.

Thanks for your insight. I'm starting to play with UNITY off. I think I'm getting more realistic results. I also started evaluating my shot selection on 3pters. Yeah, I have a tendancy to not shoot with people in front of me. I mostly have to be wide open to take them. Even with Unity off my 3pters are high. I'm decent at shutting down the cpu's 3pters though. It's those damn rebounds that get me. I've lowered their offensive rebounds to around 30 or 35. It helps a little but they still get more OREB than me on a regular basis. they get the reb at times I'm thinking I have the guy boxed out and there is no way he should get the ball. Then somehow he telaports in front of me or vacuum sucks the ball out of mid air. Oh well. Still a great game.

Thanks for the explanation of your love for ND vs UNC bball. As a 'canes fan I can't stand ND. I've got lots of respect for UNC bball though. Damn, they produced the greatest of all time and a slew of others.

Man I really enjoy reading your dynasty question how do you put the tables in your rosters for stats and things for you players
