First game: Minnesota Timberwolves vs Denver Nuggets

First game of the seaosn and it goes to overtime. Shawn Kemp and Michael Jordan (younger one) put on a show! MJ ended up with 49 points and 10 assists! Shawn Kemp had 40 points, 12 boards, and 8 assists. Ricky Davis also had a huge game for me. 16 points, 14 assists, and 9 boards. Reggie Miller of old for the Nuggets hit a HUGE three that sent the game into overtime. In overtime it was close the whole time and Glen Rice and Nick Van Exel took over for the Wolves. Glen rice hit 2 clutch shots to keep the lead and with the score 123-123, and 15 seconds left, Nick Van Exel geld the ball until there was 3 seconds left and drove to the basket, pulled a cross over on Reggie Miller and hit the game winning layup with .4 second left. Awesome game! very exciting!

Player of the Game: Shawn Kemp

Next Game: Minnesota TImberwolves (1-0) vs Orlando Magic (0-1)

    Minnesota Timberwolves vs Orlando Magic

The game went back and forth the whole time. Early in the second quarter Shawn Kemp injured his back and is out for 3 to 4 days. Someone needed to step up for the Wolves, and Nick Van Exel took over the game for the Wolves. But on the toher side, Bonzi Wells was unstoppable! With the Wolves down 4 with the 30 seconds left, Nick the Quick drove the lany and made a layup. On the very next posession, Nick stole the ball and gave it to a wide open Ricky David who MISSED THE LAYUP! The score was 99-97 and I had nothing else to do but foul the Magic. Hey hit their freethrows then I did the stupidest thing ever! I called a timeout and there wasn't any timeouts left! This is the second time it's happened to me!! So now the score was 103-99 and they hit the freethrow. Plus they got to take out the ball and I fouled again with about 4 seconds left. They hit one of 2 and defeated me 105-99...damn Ricky Davis! Can't make a damn layup!

Nick Van Exel had 33 points, 12 assists, and 6 steals.

    Bonzi Wells had 30 points.

Next Game: Minnesota Timberwolves (1-1) vs Indiana Pacers (2-0)

        43 Point Blowout!

        Minnesota Timberwolves vs Indiana Pacers

Timberwolves just killed the Pacers! No real start players on their team besides Steve Smith and Keith Van Horn and only Steve Smith showed up for the game. He had 28 points for his team but it didn't help. For the Wolves, everyone came up big. From Rafer Alston to Shawn Kemp, everyone scored. Minnesota's bench killed Indiana's. Kareem Rush came off the bench for 19 points (most for the Wolves) on 9/10 shooting. Rafer Alston had 7 points as well, but Player of the Game went to Shawn Kemp with 16 points and 10 boards.

        Final Score: 125-82

Next Game: Minnesota Timberwolves (2-1) vs New Jersey Nets (1-2)
