Stony Brook shot a dismal 1-13 from the 3 point line in first half, and ended up 4-23 from behind the arc. Scottie Reynolds led all scores with 23 points, while freshman Corey Fisher added 14.

Villanova had a balanced attack against UCF, with three players scoring in double figures. Scottie Reynolds led the charge with 13 points, while Dante Cunningham added 12 points and 6 rebounds. Freshman Corey Stokes also added 11 points. Villanova held UCF to 32% shooting in the game.

An early second half run helped #13 Villanova get a comfortable lead against the George Mason Patriots. Shane Clark had a double-double with 16 points and 10 rebounds, while Dwayne Anderson had 11 points, 8 rebounds, and 5 assists. Villanova will play in the championship game against South Carolina on Sunday.

Good luck with 'Nova! Their 49 point blowout of WVU 3 seasons ago still makes me mad, though, so I don't particularly like them. Good luck anyways and make sure you get a lot of use out of Scottie Reynolds!

Villanova suffered its first loss of the season, mainly due to poor shooting. The Wildcats shot 32% for the game, 20% in the first half. Scottie Reynolds had 16 points, but on only 4-16 shooting. Dwayne Day hit five 3 pointers for the Gamecocks, who led the entire game.

Although I root for the "small fish in big pond" PC Friars, I still wish you good luck and continued success with the Big East Wildcats.
