How about the Bulls or the Pistons. Both teams are kind of rebuilding and it could be fun?

Go with the Bucks, they are in the weaker conference which means you can rebuild quickly.

For the teams you have listed I'd go with Milwaukee but I think the 76ers would be awesome to start a dynasty with.

Im doing Milwaukee because I don't like the Sixers besides Iguodala and Thad, Andre Miller iight but I cant get his shot down and I cant use Elton on the game.
