Congrats to Vince for earning Player of the Month honors . .
Looks like you'd better pick up the pace over the second half of the year, or else you will be looking at a low seed in the playoffs..

LA not helping play-off race chances...

                        LAC @ TOR

Tonight, teams with identical records met in 'Tha T.Dot-O', but conferences seperated the two teams. With both teams near the bottom of the playoff races, they both need to win as many games as possible. Both teams want to break the drought as they also share a 4-game lose streak in common.

With that said, it looked like in this game, Toronto wanted to win a little more then LA did. LA was having success in the first quarter with a dribble-drive to a dish for a jumper to Odom. Miller was making Moochie Norris look like a fool while at it.

The second half was a different story, however. Vince and Griffin caught flames and took over in the second half. Vince Carter broke out into a scoring duel with QRich, but Vince Carter's team will go home with the victory, 102-87.

                        LA STATS
                        Quentin Richardson - 29 points, 14 rebounds, 5 assist
                        Lamar Odom - 18 points, 9 rebounds, 7 assist
                        Michael Olowakandi - 9 points, 5 blocks, 6 rebounds

                        Toronto STATS
                        Vince Carter - 39 points
                        Moochie Norris - 21 points, 4 assist
                        Eddie Griffin - 15 points, 9 rebounds, 7 assist
