I always love to read about my Brownie's. Keep up the good work. Have you tried to use the Cleveland Plain Dealer for a news header?

Re: Running the Dog Pound: Revamping the Browns
NFL PREVIEW: WEEK 2
(1-0)AT
(1-0)
Cleveland, Ohio----
When coach Hat Isback joined the Cleveland Brown's organization, he promised the fans one thing. The Brown's would beat the Pittsburgh Steelers. This Sunday he will get his first of many chances when they meet in Cleveland Browns Stadium in what locals call the Turnpike Rivalry. The Browns have not defeated the Steelers since October 5, 2003, a 33-13 thumping that ended the Steeler's six game winning streak.
Coach Hat Isback-"I'm going to tell you straight up, this is not going to be easy by any means. I believe the Browns have not won since '03 if I remember correctly. But the guys are ready and are confident that we are going to take care of things."
Since September 17, 2000 the Browns are 2-15 against the Steelers, counting the 36-33 loss in the wildcard round of the 2002-2003 playoffs, and Pittsburgh has won nine straight in the series.
If they are to win, they are going to need a huge day from Week One Offensive Player of the Week Jamal Lewis. Against Dallas last week, Lewis rushed for 179 yards and four touchdowns and the Browns controlled the clock throughout the entire game.
Runningback Jamal Lewis-"That is our identity now. Coach Isback has said that he wants us to run the ball down their throats until they beg for mercy. If we can do that, then we will win this game.
He will also need another mistake free game from his new quarterback Brady Quinn. Quinn, who took over the spot as starter during preseason, played efficient enough to edge the Cowboys last week, but Blitzburgh might pose much more of a challenge. Under defensive coordinator Dick LeBeau, the Steelers use alot of exotic blitzes so Quinn is going to mature real quick with his field vision. If not, the unhappy Derek Anderson will be looming on the sideline ready to go.
Anderson, who is upset about not starting, is expected soon to be put on the trading block by Coach Isback.
Coach Isback-"Those rumors floating around are untrue. Derek is not on the chopping block. We have two great quarterbacks on the roster and that is what you need in this league now. Derek is not getting traded........PERIOD."
On the other side of the ball, the Brown's defense did not look good at all last week, minus the three turnovers they forced. Dallas executed their offense near perfectly, racking up 385 yards of total offense and 347 through the air.
Middle Linebacker D'Qwell Jackson-"We didn't look good at all last week. But we have made some adjustments so they better be ready. This isn't going to be a cake walk against us. I just hope that Hines Ward goes over the middle, because I am going to rock his world if he does. The guy is dirty, no doubt about it. Hines, if you are listening, I remember last year. I owe you one"

Re: Running the Dog Pound: Revamping the Browns
Guys, I hate to say it but this franchise is going to close. Madden is just not fun for me. I played the Steelers and won 24-19 but its not realistic at all. Im in the 700's on my IQ and I only missed three passes the whole game, throwing three touchdowns and Lewis had over 100 yards against the Steelers defense. Im going to switch to 2k5 because 2k5 is a lot more realistic with the injuries and everything, and I will make a new franchise off of that. Thank you and I hope you will continue to read.Comment
