    Hinrich on the Block

Kirk Hinrich, the second year man out of Kansas is not a happy man right. The Bulls have placed him on the trading block after he openly admitted that he believes this team is going nowhere fast, and that games are getting irrelevent quick.

    The Bulls are 1-9.

Kirk is leading his team in points and assist (14.1 points per game, 6.7 assist per game) and 5.4 rebounds per game.

Jesus Kapono exploded god that was unexpected
As Shaquille O'Neal left the Suns practice court, he yelled out, "Alvin's the coach. We must be the Clippers. And I must be Olowokandi. Nooooo!"

          ATLiens come to the C-Set

Southeast Division foes meet up in the Jungle in tonights game. The Hawks(5-7) have a revamped lineup once again, trying to find their niche in the league other than being an NBA dormat.

This game was downright pitiful and unappealing to start. At the end of the first quarter, it was 16-14, to keep a long story short. Neither team shot well until after the first quarter. The Bobcats kept it close, and their largest lead was 5 points. Tony Delk was handling his business for the Hawks for the majority of the game, controling the tempo and scoring buckets in bunches.

In the fourth quarter, Atlanta came back from a defecit and kept their lead hitting key buckets with the shot clock running down. Contributions from everyone on the team gave ATL the win, as they were able to sustain their lead until the end of the game. ATL wins 94-89.

          Charlotte Bobcats
Emeka Okafor 20 points, 8 rebounds
Gerald Wallace 19 points, 9 rebounds
Jason Hart 10 points, 4 assist
Darius Songaila 12 points, 5 rebounds

          Atlanta Hawks
Tony Delk 27 points, 12-23 FGs, 4 assist
Antoine Walker 19 points, 12 rebounds

Peja Drobnjak 14 points, 13 rebounds

Charlotte goes to NJ to finish November

In the last game of November, Charlotte hopes to end the month with a W agianst the struggling New Jeru Nets. With the loss of Kenyon Martin and Kerry Kittles, the Nets have been struggling to put up points.

Offense was scarce like gold in '49 for both of these teams. They farted their way to a 5-4 score after playing about 5 minutes of roundball. The offense picked up, and Tamar Slay was the big reason for the Bobcats. At the half, the teams were tied for a low 31-29 score.

The offense never really picked up, but New Jersey got out to a good lead in the third quarter, and led by 8 going in to the fourth. The Bobcats were able to put together a 14-4 run in the latter stage of the game, and won this gam eugly, 73-70.

              Charlotte Bobcats
Tamar Slay 22 points, 11/18 FGs, 10 rebounds
Emeka Okafor 14 points, 13 rebounds
Gerald Wallace 20 points, 9/20 FGs

              New Jersey Nets
Richard Jefferson 13 points, 11 rebounds
              Ron Mercer 13 points
              Rodney Buford 12 points

Re: NC State of Mind - Bobcats in 2k5

Hey, just read what you've got so far, and I'm enjoying it! I'm a Pacers fan myself, but I always like to root for the underdogs as well, so naturally I pull for the Bobcats. Anyone catch their preseason opener against the Wizards, by the way? The Bobcats lost, but they only lost by one point in double-overtime. Great buncha young, hungry kids.

Anyway, keep up the great work with the franchise! Nice to see you're not mortgaging the Cats' future by adopting a "win-now" policy-- no expansion team ever got anywhere by being impatient. Go Bobcats!
