Streaky Mavericks Beat San Antonio

The Mavericks need to decide if they are going to be good or not. The Mavericks and the San Antonio Spurs exchanged blows last night with the Mavs coming out on top. Erick Dampier had a stellar game netting 18 points and 10 rebounds for a double double. Devin Harris came through in the clutch hitting free throws through out the last minute of the game. All in all, the Mavericks edged out the victory against the 13-2 spurs 88-80.

Rockets Speed to Win

Back to the issue of the Mavericks deciding to be good or not. They simply looked horrible in this game. They trailed by 20 in the first quarter. They came back in the 4th quarter, yet again, to get with in single digits but tired out and lost. The Mavs got buried 99-87.

The Mavericks are looking bad these days. They looked bad at the beginning of this game, but they were able to get back into it in the 3rd quarter. They even lead in the 4th quarter. It was neck and neck until the very end when PF Dirk Nowitzki tried to throw it down court with only seconds left to SF Rashard Lewis. It hit PG Raefer Alson and bounced out of bounds. "It was bad" said Owner Mark Cuban. The Jazz pulled away at the end 92-87.

Mavericks Waver Again; Beat Pistons in Last Second

The Mavericks are deciding again. They showed flashes of brilliance against the defending champion Detroit Pistons. They trailed and led. It ended up tied with 4 seconds left. They got the ball to Dirk Nowitzki. He rushed down the floor stopped, popped, and dropped. He shoke a fist in celebration after the Mavericks defeated the Pistons.

Mavericks Sway for the Better;Beat T'Wolves by 2

There must be something about the retro uniforms as they pull this one out in the last seconds as they make a shot and deny the Timberwolves at the defensive end. The Mavericks pull it out 100-98.
