After a big win over Notre Dame, Syracuse traveled to Providence, Rhode Island, to play the Friars. The game was back and forth all night with big shots being hit on each side. Josh Wright was the leader tonight for the Orange, Hakim Warrick battled foul trouble all game and Wright picked up the slack. Wright ended up with 19 points and 7 assists. Warrick, even with foul problems, managed 18 points, 16 rebounds, and 3 assists. Gerry McNamara had 15 points and 5 assists. Providence was led by Tuuka Kotti and Ryan Gomes, Kotti had 21 points, 7 rebounds, and 2 assists. Gomes finished with 19 points and 3 rebounds.
