That's funny because I actually tried to get Delk instead of Anderson, but they wouldn't accept it, so I went with Kenny.

Game 11: Boston Celtics (7-3) vs. Cleveland Cavaliers (3-8)

LeBron leads Cavs to 122-118 Double OT Victory

In what was a hard fought long battle between the Cavs and Celtics, the Cavaliers came out on the winning end by a margin of 4, lead by LeBron Jame's 50 points, and Jeff McInnis' 23 assists. The Celtics hung right with the Cavs most of the game, but in the end LeBron was just too much for the C's to handle. The Celtics were lead by Ricky Davis' 24 points, while Walker added 21, and Pierce chipped in with 17.

"I just felt like I was in the zone out there tonight. Jeff set me up real well all night long. You saw his numbers he had something like 23 assists. I could never have put these numbers myself without the supporting cast that we have. I'm disappointed at our slow start on the season so far starting off at 3-8, but I felt that we really turned the corner tonight. Hopefully we can gain some momentum throughout the rest of the month and into December." -LeBron James

"I'll say basically the same thing LeBron said. I felt great out there tonight, and there really wasn't anyone on the Celtics that could hold the post, which is why LeBron and myself were able to off. If they can't stop you in the paint, then they won't come away with the victory."- Zydrunas Ilgauskas

"It was a tough loss, I have to say. We played great all game, and stayed competitive, but in the end we just faltered. Our bench players really stepped it up big late in the game, especially Ricky, who has been money off the bench for us all season long. Googs showed us that he still has his shot, and Kenny Anderson made us not regert trading Gary. We got destroyed in the paint tonight, however. Mark and Al got the rebounds, but there was no defense. If we don't start playing some interior D then we will give up so many more games because of the interior defense. It's a frustrating loss, but we'll work on that in practice." - Doc Rivers

Game 12: Boston Celtics (7-4) at Miami Heat (10-4)

Wade, Heat Walk All over the Celtics 111-96

Dwayne Wade scored 28 points, and dished out 6 assists, while Shaq added 20 points, and 21 rebounds as the Miami Heat routed the Boston Celtics by a score of 111-96. Despite having the lead, after the first quarter, the Celtics went on to be dominated in the 2nd Quarter shooting an abysmal 31% aas they were outscored 34-20 in the 2nd to go into halftime trailing by 10. Antoine Walker and Paul Pierce lead the C's with 22 points, while Tom Gugliotta turned in a solid performance off the bench chipping in with 12 points and 8 rebounds. The three point shooting of Miami is what did the Celtics in however, as Damon Jones connected from behind the arc 5 times, and Dwayne Wade 3 times.

Boston Globe: Tough loss Doc, you seemed like your team was unprepared at stopping Wade's penetration ability.
Doc Rivers: Yeah, Wade is an oustanding player. He worked Kenny and Delonte all night long, and there wasn't much we could do to stop him. When we switched Paul off onto him it slowed him up a little bit, but then he just went right to the big man, Shaq, or kicked out to Damon Jones, who just scorched us from behind the arc.

BG: What happened with Al Jefferson? We noticed that Tom Gugliotta got a majority of the minutes in the 2nd half of the bench. Was Big Al hurt?
DR: No, there was nothing wrong with Al. However, in the hole we were in and the way Haslem and Shaq were harrassing him in the post, we felt it was wise to go to Googs who has a much better jumper and can get out on the baseline or set up from the high post, much like Mark can.

BG: Would you consider the lineup you had before the trade, but with Walker at the 4, and moving Tony Allen back into the starting lineup?
DR: It's something I've been considering, but the only problem with that is, one of our big men will lose a lot of minutes and it will hinder their development. The oddman out would either be Googs or Perk, and to me it's unfair that they would get cheated out of their minutes.

BG: But it isn't unfair that Jiri loses minutes in the current rotation?
DR: Now I never said that. Jiri has been struggling lately, and quite frankly he's been outplayed by Ricky and Tony. He still gets 15-20 minutes a game, and does a good job for us on the defensive side of the ball, but he has been a non factor offensively.

BG: Your team in the past couple of games seems to have strayed away from the running style, before bring Walker back to town. Is this because Walker and Kenny need to adjust, or are you slowing it back down to a half court style of offense?
DR: We are absolutely not going back to a lazy half court offense. I've made that clear to Antoine, and Kenny and they understand that, and will adjust accordingly. Some time with the team and in practice will get them acclimated to the running style again.

            Miami 22	34	30	25	111

Antoine Walker- 22 points, 8 rebounds, 3 assists 4/8 treys
Paul Pierce- 22 points, 6 rebounds, 4 assists 3/4 treys
Tom Gugliotta- 12 points, 8 rebounds
Kenny Anderson- 12 points, 5 assists, 3 rebounds
Mark Blount- 8 points, 11 rebounds, 4 offensive
Al Jefferson- 6 points, 7 rebounds
Ricky Davis- 6 points, 5 assists, 3 rebounds
Kendrick Perkins- 2 points, 9 rebounds

Dwayne Wade- 28 points, 6 assists
Damon Jones- 25 points, 4 rebounds, 3 assists, 5/13 treys
            Shaquille O'Neal- 20 points, 21 rebounds
Eddie Jones- 12 points, 3 assists, 2 rebounds
Udonis Haslem- 10 points, 7 rebounds
Rasual Butler- 7 points, 7 assists, 5 rebound
