Score doesn't really show how hard fought the game was, because I scored a touchdown with 1:37 left. Overall, it was a pretty good ol' ball game. My boys played hard, especially my defense. They really made things happen in terms of stopping FIU on 3rd down.Comment

Re: Run Through the Jungle. (NCAA 10)
Sorry, WKU isn't exactly top-notched talent.
Yes, I know FIU is not either, but they have a C overall and it is a good thing I struggle with a team that is slightly better than me. That means my sliders are right on, Thanks goes out to Playmaker for the stellar sliders.Comment

It was 24 - 14 till NT scored with about a 1:00 and then attempted an onside kick. I proceed to recover it, but then my returner fumble it and they recovered. So at this point I was like **** my life and attempted to stop them, but they were going down the field pretty fluently....Until my true freshman linebacker intercepted a pass in the red zone. Then I just tool two kneels and that is how the cookie crumbled.Comment

Preview: This is an important game for both teams, as they both have conference aspirations this year. Troy's only loses were to FBS teams, so do not judge them by their record. Troy's quarterback, Jamie Hampton, and the Heisman leading receiver, Jerrel Jernigan, are looking to have a big game against this lack luster WKU pass defense. Although, WKU is on a three game winning streak and they aren't about ready to let that go. They hope to keep the running game moving and keep the ball away from Troy's electrifying offense.Comment

WKU controlled the ball all game long, with 23 minutes of possession, and keep the ball away from Jernigan. Most of the time WKU had good field position which resulted in no punts and lots of scoring. The biggest surprise was the passing game, which has been dormant all year but showed up today with over 300 yards of passing. The highlight of the game for Troy was a kick late in the fourth returned for a touchdown by Jernigan. Overall, WKU had a octane power offense and a ball-hawking defense....I see a Sun Belt title for the boys in red!Comment
