    Stanford Cardinal Recruiting
Stanford saw three more hard commitments come through after week 15; all three prospects are 3-star recruits...Athletes Joel Young and Ryan Lewis as well as wide receiver Obi Dixon. 3-star wide receiver Josh Allen has given Stanford his soft verbal as did 1-star punter Adrian Newell who visited during week 15 and rated the trip a "C+." Also visiting last week was 3-star defensive end Adrian Robertson who rated his visit a "C," Robertson has given his soft verbal to Fresno State.

                Reader Create-A-Player Opportunity

As done in many dynasties/franchises on Operation Sports you see the writer giving readers the opportunity to be in that dynasty/'chise. I am doing the same thing. However, with mine you have two options - Be an Incoming Stanford Commitment or Be an Incoming Frosh w/ Full Recruitment Ability(if you don't want to be a Stanford Cardinal and want to end up wherever the game decides via in-season recruiting).

In order to be eligible for either of these options I want you to fill out the CaP Info Sheet posted below. It is pivitol that above your name you put either STANFORD COMMITMENT or INCOMING FROSH Full Recruitment.

Looks like you might need to use this.

I totally understand how you feel. You have had a great year, yet the BCS doesn't always see it that way.

BCS National Championship Game recap between Alabama and Stanford will be posted much later today.

That will be followed up by off-season info from graduations/transfers, off-season recruiting, and anything else I deem important.

Can I get some love shown from you guys on my dynasty?

                              Post-game Quote:
Coach Jim Harbaugh: "This is such an amazing feeling! I am so proud of my kids, my coaching staff, the Stanford program and our fantastic fans! Never thought with our schedule this year we'd make the Title Game but our boys busted their tails all year long and it paid off."

Quarterback Andrew Luck: "This is so amazing, I've never been so excited in my life. My teammates are my family and this will be a memory we have together forever! I'm so happy for Coach, he deserved this win tonight for all the hard work he's put in rebuilding this program. Stanford is back on top, now we look forward to next season and staying on top."

Heisman Winner Stefan Taylor: in a whimper "To win the heisman was such a great feeling but to come out here, with my teammates - my best friends, and to fight harder than we ever had, and to leave all our blood - sweat and tears on this field to hold this crystal football...words can not describe how I feel. I'm coming back next year, hopefully Andrew will too, let's repeat."

Senior Cornerback Corey Gatewood: on his 1st quarter interception "My final game as a Stanford Cardinal and I got to pull one of the best plays of my football career, I snag a Greg McElroy pass and hauled it in. I did it for my teammates, I did it for the coaching staff, I did it to my family and I did it for these fans! Thank each and every one of you fans!"
