Regular Season Week Five
Broncos 23 – 13 Jets
A big game for rookie Dyson Davis led the Broncos to their second win of the season, a 23-13 victory over the New York Jets. Davis ran for 175 yards and added 82 yards receiving. Davis scored on 18 yards reception in the first quarter and put the game away with a 30 yard touchdown late in the fourth quarter.

Broncos rookie runningback Dyson Davis led the struggling Broncos to their second win of the season, tallying two scores and over 250 total yards of offense. Davis' late fourth quarter 30 yard touchdown run put the game away for the Broncos and improved their record to 2-3. Davis' day also had a number of fantasy owners smiling as his point total was 38 in standard scoring leagues.
“I'm just trying to help the team and make the most of my touches.” Davis responded when asked about the big game. “One thing I learned about this game a long time ago is that it takes a whole team. Case played really well and the opened up some good holes and I just played my part.”
Davis has seized the starting role after an injury to Booker earlier this season. Davis, an undrafted free agent who attended three different colleges in three seasons, was once considered a camp body and a longshot to make the roster. Now fans are hoping to hear news of a contract extension soon.
Denver, now 2-3 on the season, will host the Rams next week.---Comment

Broncos 12 – 16 Rams
Despite out-gaining the Rams by over 100 yards of offense the Broncos once again found themselves on the losing end. Denver was kept out of the endzone and four field goals weren't enough. The loss drops them to 2-4 on the season.

Regular Season Week Seven
Broncos 7 – 13 Cardinals
Points continued to be elusive for the Broncos as they fell to the Cardinals by a score of 13-7 on Thursday Night. Dyson Davis' first quarter rushing touchdown were the only points the struggling Denver offense managed. The stout Broncos defense held Arizona to 171 yards and 13 points. Members of the defense were visibly frustrated on the sidelines after the offense turned the ball over late in the game.

Regular Season Week Eight
Broncos 21 – 24 Chiefs
Dyson Davis once again did his best to carry the Broncos to a win but they fell short in a 24-21 loss to the Chiefs. The loss drops Denver's record to 2-6 in what has been a very disappointing season so far. They find themselves alone at the bottom of the AFC West. Denver hosts Houston next week then has their bye in week ten. They'll need to get things figured out very quickly if they hope to make a playoff run this year.

Regular Season Week Nine
Broncos 17 - 20 Texans
Dyson Davis rolled up over 200 total yards and scored a pair of touchdowns in a loss at home to Houston. Denver is now 2-7 and well behind the competition in the basement of the AFC West.
"Extremely frustrated." Was all Davis said when asked about his feelings about the season by a reporter after the game. He covered his head with a towel and left the area after that.
Denver has next week off.
