A week after handing the lowly Broncos another loss, The Rams will look to knock off the Chargers and keep their Playoff hopes alive. St. Louis hasn't made it clear that Head Coach Jeff Fisher could be on the hot seat so a win would be crucial for Fisher's Rams. At 4-6 however, the Rams could still have a Winning Season saving Fishers job. The Chargers are closing in on the AFC West Title but trail the Chiefs by 2 games. A win at home vs the Rams could close the distance.

RAMS blow 14 Point lead, Fall to CHARGERS 28-24....

      RECAP

San Diego, CA- The St. Louis Rams(4-7) are on the verge of being eliminated from the Playoff Race after falling short in San Diego today.

The Rams we're dealt a knockout punch and are on the ropes clinging for dear life.

However, the Rams(4-7) still have a glimmer of hope as the NFC Wildcards haven't been locked up yet.

"We know where we sit in the race and what's in front of us. It's just a matter of us taking care of what we need to do. We can't rely on anyone else but ourselves." Rams Head Coach Jeff Fisher stated.

The Rams(4-7) took a 14-0 lead in the First Quarter and it looked like St. Louis was gonna run away with this game.

They picked off Phillip Rivers, and caused a Ryan Matthews fumble.

      The Rams we're up 14-0.

"We felt good in the First, but then we just took our foot off the gas." Fisher stated.

Rams Quarterback Sam Bradford had 325 yards and 2 Touchdowns as the Rams never turned the ball over once.

St. Louis took a 17-7 lead into Halftime. Chargers Quarterback Phillip Rivers struggled in the first half only having 4 yards passing at the end of the First Quarter.

"We needed to make adjustments to fix our Game plan." Chargers Head Coach Mike McCoy stated.

The San Diego Chargers(8-3) came out firing on all cylinders in the Second Half putting up 14 unanswered points in the 3rd.

"We let the game get away from us." Rams Quarterback Sam Bradford stated.

The Rams(4-7) did take a 24-21 lead late in the 4th off a Zac Stacy score.

But Phillip Rivers was Phillip Rivers, leading the Chargers(8-3) down on a 90 yard 4th Quarter Comeback Drive that put the Bolts up for good.

There was still time left on the clock though as Sam Bradford attempted a Game Winning Drive of his own. However in the closing seconds and on 4th Down, Bradford's last pass attempt was batted down in the endzone.

"That was hard to watch. We fought all game and came up short." Rams Offensive Coordinator Brian Schottenheimer stated.

Zac Stacy had 116 yards and a score. The Rams Defense shut down Chargers Running Back Ryan Matthews with just 77 yards.

However thanks to Rivers passing the ball all over the Rams Secondary, Matthews had 3 Touchdowns from just a few yards out every time.

"We stopped his rushing but couldn't hold him out of the end zone." Rams Defensive Coordinator Gregg Williams stated.

Chargers Quarterback Phillip Rivers finished the day with 343 yards, a Touchdown, and a pick.

"We played good Football especially in the Second Half. Made some adjustments and kept going head first." Rivers stated.

Neither Defense could stop the pass as the Rams Offense finished with 466 yards and 24 points.

San Diego had 413 yards with 28.

"I'm pleased with how we finished. Made adjustments and executed well." Chargers Offensive Coordinator Frank Reich stated.

Rams Kicker Greg Zuerlein missed 2 Field Goals that would of resulted in a 30-28 Victory for the Rams.

"What If's. It doesn't matter. What matters is what the scoreboard says. We lost a tough one today." Rams Head Coach Jeff Fisher said.

Despite being 4-7, the St. Louis Rams are still not eliminated yet from the Playoffs. A Game next week against the winless Raiders should boost their confidence.

"We put ourselves in a hole and now we need to figure out how we're going to climb out. I know 9-7 might not be good enough for a Wildcard Spot but I know Jeff (Fisher) is as hungry as we are." Rams Owner Stan Kroenke stated.

Sounds like Rams Head Coach Jeff Fisher's seat is nice and warm for now.

St. Louis Rams: Stan Kroenke "No plans to replace Jeff Fisher."

        11/23/14

        Written by: Arick Delma

After taking a year off from Football in 2011, Head Coach Jeff Fisher was hired by the Rams.

In 2012 he led St. Louis to a 7-8-1 record. Last year in 2013, the Rams finished with a 7-9 Record leading many Rams faithful calling for his job.

Now at 4-7 and on the verge of being eliminated yet again from the Playoffs, Owner Stan Kroenke has put to bed any rumors and speculation.

"No plans to remove Jeff (Fisher) as Head Coach. We back him 100%. We're building something here and that takes some time. Jeff has our support still and we're excited about the future." Kroenke stated after the Rams loss in San Diego earlier.

Fisher could be considered a Mediocre Coach with little success. He has 6 Winning Seasons with over 2 Decades in the NFL.

Not to mention a Super Bowl loss to "The Greatest Show on Turf."

The Denver Broncos are on life support at 2-7-1 and on the verge of being eliminated from the Playoffs. However the AFC Wildcard Spots are still open so Denver has a glimmer of hope. But they can't afford to lose anymore games. They can still control their own destiny but will need help from other Teams along the way. Miami has won 2 straight after victories over Detroit and Buffalo. Today at Mile High, Miami will look to win their 3rd straight and take advantage of the struggling Peyton Manning who put Denver in a huge hole this Season.

Manning's Struggles continues. Throws 6 Interceptions in BRONCOS 28-14 loss to DOLPHINS...

            RECAP

Denver, CO- The struggles continue for Broncos Quarterback Peyton Manning who threw 6 Interceptions today.

Manning now has 25 Interceptions this year and has been leading the league all year. Due to this, Denver sits at 2-8-1 and are about to be eliminated from the Playoff Race.

"It's been a rough year for us and Peyton especially. But we all have support for him and love him. We know he can get back to being the Great Quarterback he is." Broncos General Manager John Elway stated.

The Broncos(2-8-1) took a 14 point lead off Manning's 2 Touchdowns. Denver looked to be back to their 2013 selves.

But it was a cruel mirage.

Manning started throwing picks and the Dolphins(5-6) rallied off 28 unanswered points.

"I know everyone is focusing on their Record but when you go up against a Quarterback like Manning and get a win, that's one hell of a great accomplishment." Dolphins Head Coach Joe Philbin stated.

Manning finished the day with 207 yards, 2 Touchdowns, and 6 interceptions.

"Rough year. Can't get out of this funk." Manning said.

Manning was benched in the final 5 minutes for backup Brock Osweiler as Head Coach John Fox looked for a spark.

            It was a disaster.

Brock came in and threw 2 picks of his own. Denver is a mess in 2014 in the Quarterbacks room.

"Tried to find a spark and get something going but just didn't happen." Fox stated.

Dolphins Quarterback Ryan Tannehill had 143 yards, 1 Touchdown, and 1 Interception.

49ers win 6 straight, run all over REDSKINS.. Eliminates Washington from Playoffs and RG3 goes down with 4th Injury this year....

                RECAP

Santa Clara, CA- The Washington Redskins(1-10) have officially been eliminated from the Playoff race after losing today in the Bay Area to the 49ers(8-3) 45-10.

The 9ers ran all over the Redskins. Racking up 262 yards of Rushing alone.

"We had a Game plan of run the ball against them." 49ers Head Coach Jim Harbaugh stated.

Running Backs Frank Gore(24 Carries, 129 yards, 0 Touchdowns), Rookie Carlos Hyde(9 Carries, 82 yards, 2 Touchdowns.) Quarterback Colin Kaepernick(6 Carries, 51 yards, 1 Touchdown.)

The 9ers we're just absolutely dominate in the run game.

"We couldn't stop their Run game. They just ran all over us and we couldn't stop it. We have a lot to work on moving forward as we get closer to the Off-Season. We're eliminated officially so we have a few games left to work on some things." Redskins Head Coach Jay Gruden stated.

Washington(1-10) has now lost 9 straight and will be home in January as the Redskins continue their Rebuild under first year Head Coach Jay Gruden.

                NOT AGAIN

The Redskins have a serious problem with their Franchise Quarterback Robert Griffin III. The #2 Overall 2012 Pick has seen the Injury Report more than the Field this year.

RG3 was hurt in Pre-Season and returned in Philly where he dislocated his elbow and missed more time.

RG3 returned in Week 6 in Arizona but broke his thumb just minutes into the game and barely returned last week.

Today he went down again this time breaking his ribs and the Redskins Medical Staff has now announced that Griffin will miss the next few Games and should return for a Week 16 Matchup vs the Philadelphia Eagles.

This marks the 4th time this Season that RGIII has gotten hurt and been placed on the Injury list.

"No comment. I'm not happy with this year." RG3 stated. He left the Media booth shortly after.

"He's upset and that's perfectly understandable. He's had a rough year and problems with injuries." Redskins Head Coach Jay Gruden stated.

It's been known this Season that the Front Office is still 100% committed to their Quarterback.

"Yes absolutely. We're still all in on Robert." Redskins Owner Dan Snyder said.

49ers Quarterback Colin Kaepernick had 128 yards, 3 Touchdowns and 2 picks.

But the 9ers(8-3) stuck to their Run Game as they blew out Washington and moved closer to clinching that Wildcard spot while trailing Arizona by a Game.

San Francisco(8-3) is now tied with Seattle(8-3) for Second Place and sit a Game behind West leading Arizona(9-2).

                CHASING HISTORY

49ers Pass Rusher Aldon Smith has been a Monster this year getting after the Quarterback. He had 3 sacks today tying the Record of 22 Sacks tied with Michael Strahan, Jared Allen, and Mark Gastineau who set the Record first back in 1984.

With 5 games left, Aldon Smith should set the new Single Season Record.

"He's a beast on that line. He's quite the workhorse." Harbaugh stated.

The 9ers will take a quick rest as they prepare for the defending Champions on Thanksgiving Night..

Washington Redskins: Another Injury to QB Robert Griffin III leaves more Questions than Answers...

                  11/23/14

                  Written by: Arick Delma

The Washington Redskins took Quarterback Robert Griffin III with the #2 Overall Pick in the 2012 NFL Draft just missing out on the Andrew Luck pick.

Yet Washington felt confident they had their QB of the future. But then the Redskins chose to draft fellow Quarterback Kirk Cousins in the 4th Round for "Insurance Policy."

In 2012, Griffin III led the Skins to a 10-6 Record and a NFC East Title. The Redskins would lose in the Wildcard to the Seahawks where RGIII tore his knee ligaments.

In 2013, the Redskins suffered a 3-13 Record resulting in the firing of Mike Shanahan and his Staff. It also had it's drama with Mike and Robert as well.

Now with a new System and Rookie Head Coach, Robert's 2014 Season has been a disaster.

He went down in a Pre-Season Game and missed time. He returned in Philly dislocating his elbow again. Returned in Week 6 in Arizona where he broke his thumb and was on the I.R again. Now for the 4th time this year RG3 broke his ribs and was hurt again and is now injured.

He's set to return Week 16 vs Philadelphia. This has left Washington with more Questions than Answers despite the Team still being committed to their Quarterback.

The Redskins sit at 1-10 and are eliminated from the Playoffs with Kirk Cousins starting Quarterback. Cousins has been getting every start when RG3 is hurt and is developing a lot in Grudens System. The Team feels confident that they can rely on Cousins in the Future if needed.

Griffin III has just 159 yards with no Touchdowns, 2 Interceptions in 4 starts this year. He has also lost 8 Fumbles.

After a 3-0 Start, the Saints have dropped to 5-5 and now must win some Games to keep their Playoff hopes alive. It's no secret that Tampa Bay will probably take the South Division Title. Head Coach Sean Payton and QB Drew Brees knows the task ahead. Win Games or miss the Playoffs. The Ravens have gone 4-4 with Backup QB Tyrod Taylor during Joe Flacco's Injury. Now at 4-6, Baltimore also needs to win some Games in order to control their own Destiny. These Two Teams go to battle tonight on Monday Night Football.
