      WEEK 16 Games to Watch

      San Diego Chargers(9-5) @ San Francisco 49ers(10-4)

The 49ers are holding onto the #5 Seed in the NFC Playoffs and went on a 8 Game winning Streak before falling in Seattle. The Chargers are in firm control of the 6 Seed and a victory in Santa Clara should clinch them the Wildcard spot. San Francisco is still trailing Arizona for the Division Title so a win will get them closer to leap frogging their Rivals.

      Arizona Cardinals(11-3) VS Seattle Seahawks(10-4)

The Arizona Cardinals have had the #1 Defense all year long and have really shined at home in the Desert. The Cards lost 13-3 in Seattle in Week 12. Arizona will look to return the favor in the Desert.

NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS: Quarterback Tom Brady returns to Practice after Shoulder injury...

        12/16/14

        Written by: Adam Schefter

New England Patriots Quarterback Tom Brady is back to work this week. The Franchise Quarterback suffered a soft torn Shoulder in a Week 13 loss to the Green Bay Packers.

"It was a soft tear and we kept him out for a couple Games let him rest up." Patriots Head Coach Bill Belichick stated.

New England sits at 11-3 after Ryan Mallett came in and led the Pats to victories over the San Diego Chargers and Miami Dolphins. Brady isn't expected back till Week 17 vs the Buffalo Bills and that's if Belichick chooses to start his Starters. A win on Sunday over the Division Rival New York Jets will clinch the East Title for New England for the 6th year in a row.

NEW ORLEANS SAINTS: A hot start to missing the Playoffs...

          12/16/14

          Written by: Adam Schefter

In 2013 the New Orleans Saints finished with a 11-5 Record and a Wildcard Berth. However the Saints would fall in the Divisional Round to the future Super Bowl Champions, Seattle Seahawks.

Entering 2014 many predicted the Saints to win the NFC South and make another run for Drew Brees Second Super Bowl.

After a 3-0 start with victories over the Atlanta Falcons, Cleveland Browns, and Minnesota Vikings, the Saints looked poised for a South Division Championship.

"We started off hot and then that losing streak just took the wheels off us." Head Coach Sean Payton stated.

What happened next after that fast start was a early Season collapse. New Orleans would lose the next 4 games. Quarterback Drew Brees would become a Turnover machine in where he threw 12 picks in the 4 game skid.

"I really feel like that slump doomed our Season. " Quarterback Drew Brees stated.

The Saints rebounded with 3 straight wins over AFC North Teams Ravens, Bengals, Steelers but two losses to Carolina and Chicago dropped them to 7-7.

New Orleans wraps up their 2014 Campaign with the Falcons on Sunday and a Week 17 in Tampa. The Saints will need to rebound this Off-Season to avoid another collapse for next year.

The Tennessee Titans continue to win rocking a 9 Game winning Streak. Tennessee is heading to the Playoffs for the first time since 2008 and doing so as AFC South Division Champions. However last Week, work horse Running Back Shonn Greene injured his Ankle and will miss the entire Playoff Run. The Titans will look to Rookie Chris Coleman to help fill the void in the backfield. The Titans have really proved haters wrong this year as the Team has rallied behind Head Coach Ken Whisenhunt and QB Jake Locker. Jacksonville will try to snap their 3 Game skid and avoid being swept by their South Rivals.

TITANS win 10 straight and sweep JAGUARS 33-6....

              RECAP

Jacksonville, FL- If there's anything to be known about the Tennessee Titans(11-4) is that despite adversity, they can find ways to win.

They've been doing it all year long.

"We face adversity head on. Got off to a rough start and stuck together for our streak. No one believed in us except us." Titans Head Coach Ken Whisenhunt stated.

They were off to a 1-4 start before winning 10 straight today.

The Titans(11-4) swept the Jacksonville Jaguars(3-12) but had to overcome 3 Turnovers to do it.

"It was ugly at first but we stuck together." Whisenhunt stated.

The Jags got two Field Goals in the first half before a Titans Touchdown.

              It was 7-6 at Halftime.

"Had a good First Half I thought keeping them out of the End Zone. The Titans are really good this year." Jaguars Head Coach Gus Bradley stated.

His Rookie Quarterback Blake Bortles had just 120 yards and 2 Interceptions.

The Titans came alive in the Second Half, dropping 26 unanswered points on their AFC South rivals.

Locker had 1 Touchdown, 3 picks, and 268 yards.

CHARGERS crash and burn in Santa Clara, lose 28-16 to 49ERS...San Francisco ties with Arizona for West Division Title....

                      RECAP

Santa Clara, CA- The San Diego Chargers(9-6) crashed and burned falling flat on their face inside brand new Levi's Stadium to the San Francisco 49ers(11-4) on Saturday.

The Bolts continue their hunt for the #6 Seed in the AFC Playoffs thanks to the New York Jets clinching the 5 Seed.

"It's still in our grasp but we have to make sure we do our job for a full 60 minutes. Today we didn't do that, we can't afford to lose Games especially in December." Chargers Head Coach Mike McCoy stated.

San Diego(9-6) will face the Kansas City Chiefs next week in the Season Finale and even with a loss should clinch the 6th Seed.

But the Ravens and Bengals both sit in the 6 spot with San Diego and have yet to play.

Both losses by them will hand the Bolts the Wildcard spot.

"That's up in the air for us right now but we'll need to focus on our Finale." McCoy stated.

The 49ers(11-4) dominated the Chargers(9-6) taking a 21-10 lead into halftime.

Kaepernick had 162 yards with a Touchdown while the 9ers ran through the Chargers Defense.

Kaep had 57 yards and a Score while Frank Gore had 81 yards and 2 Touchdowns.

San Diego was dead in the water.

Rivers had 268 yards a Touchdown with a pick.

Washington is out of the Playoff Race and has been for awhile. However they can play spoiler with a win over Philly will officially eliminate the Eagles from the Playoffs. Dallas holds the Division with a 9-5 Record and Philly will need to win out and hopefully steal the Title from Dem Boyz. Washington can knock Philly out for good with a win. It's a game that Skip Bayless and the Cowboys will be watching very closely.

REDSKINS eliminate EAGLES from Playoffs off McCoy's 4 Touchdowns...

                          RECAP

Landover, MD- After winning the East last year, the Philadelphia Eagles(7-8) will not be returning in 2014 after losing to the Washington Redskins(4-11) in our Nation's Capital on Saturday evening.

The Skin's fired on all cylinders rallying behind Colt McCoy's 4 Touchdowns for a 34-31 victory.

"We been rallying behind him for a little while now. Just the energy he brings in that room of Quarterbacks." Redskins Head Coach Jay Gruden stated.

After stepping in for a struggling Kirk Cousins in Indy, McCoy has led Washington to a 3-1 Record.

Today against the Eagles(7-8) McCoy threw for 445 yards and 4 Touchdowns as Washington(4-11) never turned the ball over.

WR DJax had 143 yards with a Touchdown. Hankerson caught the Game Winner with 2 seconds left.

The Redskins had a 13-0 lead in the first Quarter before going into halftime up 20-14.

Eagles Quarterback Nick Foles finished with 235 yards, 2 Touchdowns, and a pick.

Philly struggled when TE Zach Ertz and Safety Earl Wolff went down with injuries. A pattern that's been Philadelphia's story all year long.

Ertz injured his ribs but will play in Week 17's Finale vs the Giants. Safety Earl Wolff will miss Week 17 with a torn Abdomen.

"We've been hit hard by the injury bug all year long and it's just that "Next Man up Mentality" for us." Eagles Head Coach Chip Kelly stated.

Philly took a 21-20 lead in the second half. Washington missed two Field Goals on potential scoring Drives.

"Those were tough for us but we battled back." Gruden said.

McCoy led the Redskins down on a score but then Philly took the lead right back under 2 minutes 31-27.

It was a classic NFC East Divisional Bout. With 2 seconds left, McCoy connected with Hankerson in the End Zone.

The Redskins(4-11) racked up 515 yards of Offense alone as Offensive Coordinator Sean McVay has really hit gold with Colt McCoy.

"We just been rallying behind Colt. Great Quarterback." McVay stated.

With the loss tonight, the Eagles(7-8) are eliminated from the Playoffs.

But that didn't stop the Fins from coming out and holding off the Minnesota Vikings(4-11).

"Held them off towards the end and we got the W. I still have one more game here and we want to finish on a high note against New York." Dolphins Head Coach Joe Philbin stated.

Tannehill had 216 yards and a Touchdown. Miami took a 13-8 lead into halftime.

Vikings Quarterback Matt Cassel had 263 yards and a Touchdown. The Vikes struggled today to move the Football. Peterson had 133 yards and a Touchdown.

"We were just inconsistent today. Had some good drives then didn't." Vikings Head Coach Mike Zimmer stated.
