Whew, a lot of movement in the league. Shocked to see Manning still willing to play after that dismal, awful season -- I get wanting to retire on top, but he threw 41 (41!!!!) INTs, that's just BAAAAD.

NEW YORK GIANTS Off-Season Preview
- The Giants are entering a brand new ERA after they raced out to a 4-1 Record then collapsed to a 7-9 Finish. After the rough crash, Head Coach Tom Coughlin officially retired and was promoted to General Manager after Jerry Reese was shown the door after the Giants missed the Playoffs for the third year in a row.
Doing interviews, Coughlin is closing in on the Giants first Head Coach in the Coughlin ERA. Former Falcons Head Coach Mike Smith, Cardinals Defensive Coordinator Todd Bowles, and Falcons new Head Coach Dan Quinn have all been interviewed.
The Giants will also be in search of their new Defensive Coordinator after Perry Fewell was fired. Offensive Coordinator Ben McAdoo is still in place as Franchise Quarterback Eli Manning threw for 30 Touchdowns and over 4,000 yards.
Coughlin will have his hands full this Off-Season as he decides what Coach to hire and who the next Defensive Coordinator for the Giants will be. He'll also have 78 Million to work with as he structures new Deals for the likes of Jason Pierre-Paul, Antrelle Rolle, Prince Amukamara, Kellen Davis, Mario Manningham, and Jerrell Jernigan.Comment

JACKSONVILLE JAGUARS Off-Season Preview
-Now we head down to DUUUUUVAL! The Jags struggled in 2014 but we got a glimpse of their future with their #3 Pick in the Draft Blake Bortles as the "Quarterback of the Future". However he already raised eyebrows after going down with a injury in Preseason and missing the first month of the Season. Head Coach Gus Bradley got a taste of his new Quarterback in 13 Games Bortles had just 13 Touchdowns and 13 Interceptions.
Now entering their 2nd Season together, Bradley and Bortles should make a massive improvement or Bradley could be on the hot seat.
General Manager David Caldwell will be looking to resign some of the solid Jag Players. Cecil Shorts III, Geno Hayes, and Alan Ball just to name a few.Comment

NEW YORK JETS Off-Season Preview
- Entering the 2014 Season many speculated Rex Ryan would be fired if the Jets missed out on the Playoffs for the 4th year in a row. Ryan lost Quarterback Geno Smith to a torn achillies and he invited USC Quarterback John David Booty to Camp. The signing did wonders. Not only did the Jets make the Playoffs but Ryan saved his job.
The Jets had a early exit from the Playoffs after losing the Wildcard Game to the Titans in which QB Michael Vick and S Ed Reed both hung up their cleats afterwards.
The Jets should resign QB Cody Fajardo to fill the void left by Vick and Muhammad Wilkerson, "Snacks" Harrison, David Harris, Adam Carriker, and Jeremy Kerley are all in need of new Deals.Comment

DETROIT LIONS Off-Season Preview
- The Lions began a new ERA under former Colts Head Coach Jim Caldwell. Detroit was 4-4 and finished with a 6-10 Record as the Team struggled with Jim's System. Franchise Quarterback Matthew Stafford struggled with Caldwell's Schemes and the Lions struggled as the year went on.
Now as the Leo's prepare for the 2015 campaign, they must first try to resign Ndamukong Suh. Their Star Defensive Player is in need of a new Deal and the 28 year old isn't interested in leaving the Motor City.

GREEN BAY PACKERS Off-Season Preview
-The Packers are entering a new ERA after Mike McCarthy hitched a ride to South Beach. The 2014 Packers were just a car accident. After a 6-2 start, the Green and Gold faltered to a 9-7 Record and missed the Playoffs for the first time since 2008. Many headlines over the Season drew attention as McCarthy was having issues with his locker room. Many times Players like Jordy Nelson, Eddie Lacy, and QB Aaron Rodgers called their Coach out.
After a 31-7 crushing loss to the Lions in the Season finale, McCarthy and Defensive Coordinator Dom Capers were both fired. Now as the Packers welcome in the Joe Philbin ERA, General Manager Ted Thompson who is known for never digging into Free Agency will instead look to resign fan favorites like Jordy Nelson, Randall Cobb, John Kuhn among countless others.Comment

CAROLINA PANTHERS Off-Season Preview
-The Carolina Panthers had such a terrible Season that they were eliminated from the Playoffs before the 0-16 Oakland Raiders. Yes, you read that right.
Carolina stumbled to a pitiful 3-13 Year as QB Cam Newton was awful and was benched as the Panthers stood at 1-7. Carolina then finished 3-13 with backup Derek Anderson.
Despite his dismal play, Carolina acted quickly and gave Cam Newton a massive Payday signing their Franchise QB to a 107m 6 year Deal.
Now Carolina must decide on the future of Greg Hardy, Jason Avant, Ed Dickson, and Joe Webb as their Contracts expire and Cam was given the bank.Comment

NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS Off-Season Preview
- The Dynasty added another Super Bowl to their resume defeating the Seattle Seahawks in blowout fashion in Super Bowl 49. Now Bill Belichick will go to work on retaining his Dynasty for another run next Season.
Franchise Quarterback Tom Brady isn't done yet and is set to return. This leaves questions on backup Ryan Mallett who helped lead the Pats to the AFC East Crown in Brady's absence. Mallett could be set to hit the Free Agency Market as rookie Jimmy Garropolo continues holding the clipboard.
Darrelle Revis, Stephen Gostkowski, and Patrick Chung are just a few to name looking to return to Boston.Comment

OAKLAND RAIDERS Off-Season Preview
- The Raiders are in for a rough Off-Season. The Team finished with a 0-16 Record becoming the 2nd Team in NFL History to do so. Head Coach Dennis Allen, Offensive Coordinator Greg Olson, and Defensive Coordinator Jason Tarver were all fired.
Oakland hired Chargers Defensive Coordinator John Pagano as Head Coach. Offensive Coordinator Mike Tice from the Falcons, and Jack Del Rio leaves the Broncos for Raiders DC.
However General Manager Reggie McKenzie and Owner Mark Davis are in trouble. The Stadium the Raiders play in is getting older and the Team has absolutely no money. Oakland has a little over 3m Dollars for the Cap.
The Team will look to restructure Deals and many players are in need of new extensions.
Including 38 year old Veteran Charles Woodson who hasn't retired yet.Comment

ST. LOUIS RAMS Off-Season Preview
- Jeff Fisher has kept his job as the Rams finished with a 8-8 Record. Ownership made it clear that Fisher wasn't going anywhere as they look to keep building in St. Louis.
After losing Quarterback Sam Bradford to another injury and backup QB Shaun Hill was on IR, the Rams acquired Jets bench warmer Matt Simms. Now both QB's are looking for new Deals and are interested in staying in St. Louis.
Lance Kendricks, Kenny Britt, and Austin Pettis are also in need of new DealsComment

BALTIMORE RAVENS Off-Season Preview
- On Opening Sunday, Franchise Quarterback Joe Flacco went down with a injury and the Blackbirds rallied behind QB Tyrod Taylor to a 4-4 Record. When Flacco returned, Baltimore stumbled to a last place Finish in the AFC North with a 7-9 Record.
Now Baltimore must address Taylor's Contract. Also Franchise Kicker Justin Tucker is in need of an extension.
Franchise Players, Torrey Smith, Jimmy Smith, and Owen Daniels are set to hit the Market as well if they don't get new deals.Comment

WASHINGTON REDSKINS Off-Season Preview
- The Skins' were in a new ERA under new Head Coach Jay Gruden. The Team finished 4-12 as QB Robert Griffin III was hurt 4 times throughout the year. Washington rallied with Kirk Cousins and Colt McCoy at Quarterback. As the Redskins have Cousins and RG3 under Contract, McCoy is looking for a extension or the Tag. Given RG3's injury history keeping McCoy might not be such a bad idea.
Washington will look to keep Akiem Jordan, Brian Orakpo, Ryan Clark, and Kicker Kai Forbath happy with new Deals.Comment
