Re: The Legacy of Jax Edwards
Towels is playing solid ball. Nice to get a couple of win's but LSU looks tough
Are you controlling the Offense at all or is it total sim? I can't remember I know Jax is the DC so I sorta assumed offense was super simmed?Comment

Re: The Legacy of Jax Edwards
Since I am the DC I watch every down for offense so the computer-generated stuff doesn't get out of hand. I do sim kickoffs, punts and FG to keep it authentic so both FG kickers miss on par with realistic stats. (This was why I was mad against Lousiville cuz I lost because of a KR touchdown). For defense, I cal the plays and play as a safety, but I only control the safety about 50% or so because I could fly around the field picking it off every time ya know?
Again sorry for the long post! All these settings together make this game, at least to me, feel as real as possible and it plays super well. On top of my settings it just feels really well-done haLast edited by Its2Eazy17; 08-29-2020, 05:10 PM.Comment

Interview with Jax Edwards
Jax Edwards walks into the conference room for a few pre-game words
Someone in the front stands up
-I know we have limited time with you, I just wanted to ask, do you think this is the year that you fulfill your original goal of having a Top 25 defense?
“I do appreciate your understanding of how I run these, you can exclusively ask me all the questions today. To answer your question, I think we are good, and if we get to 25 that would be fantastic, I know we have the potential, but there are a lot of tough teams out there this year, especially in our conference. Plus, we are not getting enough pressure on the quarterbacks at the moment in this 3-4 multiple style so we will see. Using this style and moving Dupree to linebacker was the whole idea that we would dominate all teams on that side of the ball, it has been tough, however”
-There are rumors you have been fielding offers for some other teams next season, is that true?
“I’m not here to feed the rumor mill. We all know I was only given a 2-year contract, so if I stay then I stay but if an offer is given to me that I cannot refuse, by the way, I have zero offers, then I may go.”
-This upcoming game against LSU will be tough, what is the game plan going in?
“To win, that’s the plan. Neal and Head Coach Stoops have brought the offense alive this season, I just need to do my part and keep this defense performing at its peak.”
Edwards walks off and says Go Cats as he leavesComment

Re: The Legacy of Jax Edwards
I appreciate the comment! Yeah, I would like to think so, but it is tough when you can't call the offensive plays and the HC is not in line with what I would call..it gets frustrating sometimes ha. But it makes for interesting games! Wait until Jax gets his own team!Comment
