Your latest post on this thread showed as a new post for me, so maybe its starting to catch upComment

This was a three play sequence to end the 1st half. CB Kevin Schweitzer tipped the corner route, then snagged his own tip for the INT. But the next play Pitt MLB Chester Lake made an athletic grab on a pass that was too flat from Immanuel Hendrix, and the speedy LB returned it for the only touchdown of the day for Pittsburgh. On the next offensive play, Hendrix atoned for the off pass with a perfect dot to Cam Darr who split the secondary for a 72 yard TD to end the 1st half with a 35-7 lead.
Pittsburgh, PA. - Top-ranked Syracuse continued its dominant season with a commanding 56-13 victory over Pittsburgh at Acrisure Stadium, extending their win streak to eight games. The Orange set the tone early, jumping out to a 14-0 lead in the first quarter behind a 38-yard touchdown pass from Immanuel Hendrix to Jeffrey Franz and a short two-yard rushing score from Lee Browner.
Pittsburgh briefly showed signs of life in the second quarter when linebacker Chester Lake made a leaping interception and returned it 40 yards for a touchdown, cutting into Syracuse’s 28-0 lead. However, the Orange wasted no time responding, as Hendrix connected with Cam Darr on a deep post route for a 72-yard touchdown just before halftime, pushing the lead back to 35-7.
Syracuse’s defense was relentless, holding Pittsburgh to just 193 yards of total offense—including a mere 15 yards on the ground—while tallying three sacks and two interceptions. In the third quarter, the Panthers managed just a 40-yard field goal, while Hendrix threw his fourth touchdown of the day, a 10-yarder to Dalton Wear.
Backup quarterback Troy McKinney entered the game in the fourth quarter and added a touchdown pass to Cam Darr, while Trenton Gilliam capped off the scoring with a one-yard run. Hendrix finished with an efficient 17-of-22 passing for 312 yards, four touchdowns, and one interception, while Browner continued his stellar campaign with 164 yards and a touchdown on the ground.
Meanwhile, Ball State remained hot with a dominant 55-14 win over Kansas State, moving to 8-1 on the season as they continue to push for a playoff spot.
Syracuse now returns home to the JMA Dome, where they will prepare for a matchup with the Virginia Cavaliers.

LEFT - Virginia managed to snag an interception late in the 2nd half as the Orange went for the knockout blow, but were unable to take advantage of it.
CENTER - Jason Veasy celebrating after another multi sack performance, netting two of the Orange's 9 sacks.
RIGHT - Backup HB Mustafa Nnadi getting UP for the reception before sprinting into the endzone for the late 4th Q score.
Syracuse, NY. - Immanuel Hendrix etched his name into the Syracuse history books Saturday, passing Donovan McNabb to become the program’s all-time leader in passing touchdowns as the top-ranked Orange cruised past Virginia, 51-14.
Hendrix was nearly flawless, completing 22 of 28 passes for 344 yards and four touchdowns despite an early interception. His milestone moment came on a 35-yard touchdown toss to Roy McCleon late in the 3rd quarter, his 78th career passing score.
Syracuse (9-1) wasted no time imposing its will, jumping out to a 14-0 lead in the first quarter behind an 8-yard touchdown run from Lee Browner and a 56-yard strike from Hendrix to Dalton Wear. The onslaught continued in the second quarter as Hendrix connected with Wear again from 15 yards out before finding Gilliam for the record-tying score, giving the Orange a commanding 28-0 halftime advantage.
Virginia (4-6) briefly showed signs of life in the third quarter when Tim Van Ness hit Melvin Bryant for a 13-yard touchdown, but the Orange defense remained relentless, racking up nine sacks on the night. Linebacker Timmy Vernon led the charge with three sacks, while defensive end Jason Veasy added two of his own.
Hendrix responded to Virginia’s lone third-quarter score with another deep strike, this time a 35-yard touchdown pass to Roy McCleon to officially etch his name in the record books. In the fourth, Browner added two short touchdown runs before Desmond Brewer capped the scoring with a 39-yard field goal.
The Orange defense held Virginia to just 294 total yards, including a mere 2 rushing yards after sack yardage was tallied, while racking up 589 yards of total offense themselves.
With the win, Syracuse remains in prime position for a College Football Playoff berth but will face a significant test next week as they host No. 9 Virginia Tech. The Hokies, fresh off a victory over Miami, would control their own destiny in the ACC Atlantic with a win, holding tiebreakers over both Syracuse and Miami in the race for a conference title game appearance.
Elsewhere, Ball State continued its impressive season with a 48-24 victory over Kansas, setting up a pivotal showdown with Arkansas next week for the Big 12 North title.

It's crazy to me that McNabb only had 77 TD's in 4 years a the Syracuse with Marvin as a teammate.. Didn't Awe have like 62 in 1 season with Ball State..
Also this is my new account because Deuce2223 still keeps getting the stupid Data Error.Comment

Re: From The Shadows | The Rise Of "Nitro" Nash Savage (CFB25)
Sucks you had to make a new one, hopefully it gets figured out.
McNabb only had Marvin for one season (95), but the most TDs he had in a single season was 22 lol. Awe had 61 in one season and Semonza holds the record with 65
Even crazier is the career TD reception record was only 22 set by Rob Moore before Harrison was even there. Wear has that record already as well lol.Comment

Syracuse Flexes Championship Pedigree, Pull Away Late To Clinch Victory

With a 21-17 lead late in the 4th quarter, HC Nash Savage put the ball in his sophomore QBs hands despite 3 turnovers and Hendrix delivered going 5/5 for 121 yards and two late touchdowns to ice the game for Syrause.

LEFT - The Hokies defense made heads up plays throughout the afternoon, securing three interceptions on Cuse QB Immanuel Hendrix.
CENTER - Trailing 28-17 Virginia Tech got desperate and it backfired as QB Tye Rohrwasser threw interceptions on the final two Hokies drives, including this pick by FS Max McGlockton to set up Dalton Wear's 2nd TD just one play later.
RIGHT - Virginia Tech wasted little time tying the score in the 2nd half, with Brian Marvin taking the quick out 75 yards to the house to open the 3rd quarter.
Syracuse, NY. - Top-ranked Syracuse (9-1) overcame early offensive struggles and key turnovers to pull away late for a 35-17 victory over No. 9 Virginia Tech (8-2), setting up a high-stakes showdown with Miami for the ACC Atlantic title.
The Orange opened the game with a crisp, efficient drive, capped off by a three-yard touchdown run from Lee Browner to take an early 7-0 lead. However, Syracuse quarterback Immanuel Hendrix struggled with turnovers, throwing a pair of first-half interceptions that stalled offensive momentum. Despite the miscues, Hendrix bounced back late in the second quarter, finding Roy McCleon for a 66-yard touchdown and later connecting with Dalton Wear on a 38-yard strike. Virginia Tech responded in the final moments before halftime, as Tye Rohrwasser found Dillon Powell for a 50-yard touchdown to keep the Hokies within striking distance at 14-7.
Virginia Tech wasted no time in the second half, striking on the very first play of the third quarter with a 75-yard bomb from Rohrwasser to Brian Marvin, cutting the Syracuse lead to 21-14. The Orange appeared poised to answer, but Hendrix was intercepted in the red zone, his third turnover of the game. With momentum shifting, Virginia Tech had a golden opportunity, reaching the Syracuse 10-yard line with a chance to tie the game early in the fourth quarter. However, linebacker Timmy Vernon delivered a game-changing sack on third-and-2, forcing the Hokies to settle for a 34-yard field goal from Dave Spriggs, making it 21-17 with 6:37 remaining.
With Syracuse clinging to a four-point lead, head coach Nash Savage put his faith in Hendrix rather than opting to run out the clock. The sophomore delivered, leading a masterful drive that included a 20-yard completion to Wear, a 51-yard strike to the same target, and a key slant to Cam Darr. Hendrix then hit McCleon for a two-yard touchdown, extending the lead to 28-17.
Rohrwasser tried to answer for Virginia Tech, completing passes of 5, 2, and 20 yards, but Syracuse safety Max McGlockton stepped in front of a hitch route for the Orange’s first interception of the game. Sensing the opportunity to put the game away, Savage again trusted Hendrix, who capitalized with a perfectly timed deep ball to a wide-open Wear for a 47-yard touchdown. The score sealed a dominant fourth quarter for Syracuse, pushing the final margin to 35-17.
Virginia Tech continued to fight, with Rohrwasser moving the Hokies downfield in the closing moments, but he was intercepted again, allowing Syracuse to run out the clock. The Orange defense was relentless, recording four sacks—two from standout defensive end Jason Veasy—and forcing two interceptions in the final quarter.
With the victory, Syracuse now turns its attention to a crucial showdown against Miami, where the winner will secure a spot in the ACC Championship Game. Meanwhile, in the Big 12, Ball State completed a stunning comeback against Arkansas, erasing a 24-7 halftime deficit to win 31-30 on a last-minute touchdown pass from Anthony Elam to Robby Van Maanen. The Razorbacks had a chance to answer, but quarterback Percy Widmer fell just three yards short of a game-winning scramble as time expired.

LEFT - Ernie McHugh snagged this late INT to set up Desmond Brewer's 36 yard FG to give Syracuse a 17-10 halftime lead.
CENTER - Jamar Mevis and Mike Johnson quickly tied the score out of the break with this 53 yard touchdown grab by Johnson.
RIGHT - Jamar Mevis was spectacular for the Hurricanes, but after falling behind 31-17 tossed his 2nd INT of the game that allowed Syracuse to take a decisive 38-17 lead early in the 4th.
Miami, FL. - Top-ranked Syracuse stormed past No. 9 Miami in a high-scoring battle, pulling away late for a 52-38 victory in Coral Gables. The Orange secured the ACC Atlantic division title with the win and will now prepare to face Florida State in the Subway ACC Championship Game.
The game began as a tightly contested affair, with both teams trading touchdowns in the first quarter. Trenton Gilliam’s 15-yard run put Syracuse on the board first, but Miami responded with a 9-yard touchdown pass from Jamar Mevis to Jacques Markuck. The Orange edged ahead in the second quarter with a short touchdown run by Lee Browner and a 36-yard field goal by Desmond Brewer, taking a 17-10 lead into halftime after a key interception by Ernie McHugh set up another Brewer kick.
Miami came out firing in the second half, tying the game on a 53-yard touchdown pass from Mevis to Mike Johnson. While Syracuse struggled to finish drives in the red zone, Brewer’s leg kept them in front with two more field goals, giving the Orange a 23-17 advantage heading into the fourth quarter.
Then, the fireworks started. Syracuse quarterback Immanuel Hendrix, who had been quiet through three quarters, exploded for three touchdown passes in the final frame. His 46-yard strike to Dalton Wear, followed by a successful two-point conversion, gave Syracuse a 31-17 lead. Miami’s hopes of a response were quickly dashed when senior safety Tyree Kight intercepted Mevis, leading to a 10-yard touchdown run by Browner that stretched the lead to 38-17.
Though Miami continued to put up points, including two deep touchdown connections between Mevis and Santiago Small, they never closed the gap to less than two scores. Hendrix capped off his fourth-quarter dominance with two more touchdown throws, including a 38-yard strike to Roy McCleon that sealed the win.
Hendrix finished the night 20-of-32 for 417 yards and three touchdowns, while Mevis racked up 487 yards and five touchdowns on 26-of-39 passing but was undone by two costly interceptions. Syracuse’s defense played a key role in the victory, recording five sacks and forcing two turnovers, while Miami’s defense failed to register a sack or takeaway.
With the victory, Syracuse cements its place atop the ACC and turns its attention to Florida State. Meanwhile, in the Big 12, former Iowa State quarterback Anthony Elam made headlines with a six-touchdown performance for Ball State in a statement win over his former team.

Re: From The Shadows | The Rise Of "Nitro" Nash Savage (CFB25)
Just rolling through and over everyone.. Love watching Miami getting crushed..
ECU seems to be solid in your Dynasty as well. I really like their stadium too.. They would be a legit Mid-Major type program to build into a National power and run the ACC over the likes of UNC, NC State ect.. Like Arkansas State I like their uni's too.
Now the question remains. Will this finally be the year we get to see Ball State vs Syracuse..Comment

Re: From The Shadows | The Rise Of "Nitro" Nash Savage (CFB25)
After CCG they'll be #1 and #2 respectively, so they should be on opposite sides of the bracket. I'd love a result similar to what you got, Ball State vs Cuse for the Natty, but Ball State has to win a playoff game firstJust rolling through and over everyone.. Love watching Miami getting crushed..
