We're all thinking that too, just didn't wanna say it. And he can't say it or he'll get banned again.

Edit: P.S. I pwned you (gave her Scott Quickie) Lol, it's just part of the story, nothing personal.

I understad this is a bit late but.

Kyle Anderson releases FA signing staement:

"Yeah, Im hapy to be an Oiler now. Unfourtonatly, in Anaheim, after the draft, I had a falling out with the managment after the rookie signing went south. I hope to put this incident behind me and focus on playing hockey this upcoming season. And press, PLAESE do not turn this into another Eric Lindros (I still put on the jersey).

              Kyle Anderson
Come On Edmonton, Draft Taylor Hall, its the right choice!!!

Re: Luck O' the Irish/OS Dynasty

Training camp was soooo annoying. Everyone heard the news about the Joshua-Anna-Jason. Even though everyone was being sympathetic, it was extremely embarrassing. As we were heading out of the arena, coach gave all of us a paper. It had our season expectations for the 08-09 season. They were crap. Then again, everything nowadays was crap. I had a great life going three months ago. I can’t let Anna and Jason get inside my head. My first regular season game is next Wednesday against the Flames. I need to focus and get ready. The next day I get a phone call. “Hello?” I answered.

“Hi, this is Gary Shannon, the Canucks new assistant coach.”

                  “Oh, yea. Hi.”

“Look, the head coach has this thing for rookies that they spend time with each other to bond more as a team.”

                  “Like, wutcha mean?”

“Well like having roommates for short periods of time.”

                  “Hmmm, really?”

“Yea. Kyle King and Eric Hunter have already agreed to move in together. And I was thinking since you have no one, I could be your roommate. Or we can move in with Hunter and King.”

                  “Well…I do need a fresh start…”

                  “Perfect.”

“Oh, okay I’m in. Perfect. I’ll try to find us an apartment…or I guess a loft or condo since we’re rooming with Eric and Hunter.”

“Okay, sweet. Catcha later.” Gary Shannon…where have I heard that name before? I immediately went to my favorite sight again, Wikipedia. I typed in Gary Shannon and clicked on the page.
After I finished reading it, I remembered how I heard of him. He was the top prospect going into the end of the 07-08 season. He played for the Peterborough Petes, and he finished with 111 points. He was ranked number one by TSN and NHL.com. He had everything going for him, until the final game of the season. He was going off on a breakaway and scored. While he was celebrating, he took a dirty hip check. The injury wasn’t the check, but the fact that the checker was stepping on his foot while he hit him. This caused Gary to have a torn ACL, dislocated knee cap, and torn hamstring, ending his playing career. Of course the checker was banned from ever playing in Canada again, but Gary didn’t stop there. He took him to court, and he won the lawsuit. The victim was convicted of premeditated assault, and had to pay for the medical bill, and all current and future damages for ruining his career.

Yea, I was REALLY thinking of not putting on the jersey in my story for either me or you, but bailed out the last second.

                        Preseason Report

                        Turn Around Team
Tampa Bay. The Lightning have a ton of talent, especially with the additions of Carey and Alho. Look for Tampa to be a serious Cup contender this year.

                        Team to Watch Out For
Vancouver. Their offense this year looks almost one hundred percent unstoppable. Look for high scoring games with not many goals against Vancouver (because of Luongo) throughout the year.

                        Deadly Powerplay
It's a tie between Detroit and Pittsburgh. Although you would immediately jump to saying the Pens, the Red Wings can really get it done. If these two powerplays would duke it out, there would be blood!

                        Secret Cup Contender
New York. Hands down, it's the Rangers. I guarantee you that the Rangers will consistently be in the top 8, and then boom! They will explode in the playoffs.

                        Team with Most Potential
The Oilers. I believe that they have so much good young talent, but they just won't get it done this year. That's all I'm saying.

                        Stanley Cup Matchup
Look for the same as a few months ago. We all believe here at TSN that it will be Detroit and Pittsburgh again this year.

                        Cup Winner
                        One word, Pittsburgh.
                        Go Saints.

GM Gillis demands Canuck captaincy change
                          October 3, 2008
After last year's disappointment, the GM believes new leadership will lead the Canucks to a Stanley Cup. He told coach Ailain Vigneault to put the new captain as Matts Sundin. The alternate captains are the Sedin twins.

God! We were terrible! We didn’t stand a chance in the third. This was one of those games that was over in two periods. The score was 3-1. I didn’t even stay to here the three stars, I just took off in my car and went home. An hour later, Eric and Kyle arrived home.

“Hey, where did you sneak off to?” Eric asked.

“I took off, I didn’t wanna be around our team.”

“Why? It’s not like it was even close to being your fault we lost.”

                              “I coulda played better…”

“Uhh, duh. We all coulda played better, it’s all of our faults. If it’s even anyone’s fault at all, it’s mine,” Kyle said, “I had at least five potential goals go off the post. I was more worried about power than accuracy.”

                              “I guess you’re right,” I admitted.

“So where’s…um I mean…the cat. Yea, the cat,” Eric stumbled.

                              “Uhh, we don’t have one.”

“Oh, ha, we should,” Eric said nervously.

“Well I’m allergic. And I know you what you were going to say. Its fine, I get it a lot nowadays.”

“Psssh, I don’t know what you’re talking about.”

“Yea, hokay. I’m going to shower and hit the books,” I said.

                              “What books? This isn’t college.”

                              “I mean read one dummie.”

                              “Ha, what loser reads?!”

                              “…I’m reading the Bible..”

“Oh…um, yea. Cool,” Eric stumbled nervously.
                              Go Saints.
