He's 30... I don't think I like his age very much as I already have depth in the AHL with Festerling.

The only real untouchable for Buffalo would be Tyler Myers. Maybe Vanek and Ennis. Brayden McNabb is their next big prospect, though I'm not sure how the game has him rated off the top of my head.

I agree Pitts no moves would be Letang, Crosby, Malkin, and Fleury.

In my CBJ dynasty CBJ no moves would be Nash, Mason, Johansen, Moore.

To add to realistic moves the team would need to be determined to be rebuilding where you get draft picks, prospects and young players while trading veterans.
If team is ready to make push they should be trading 1st rnd picks, prospects, and young players for prime age and veterans.

The problem I have seen are dynasties where team is set to win now yet they also keep top propsects and 1-3 rnd picks which is unrealistic in real life NHL.

Another no move is Roberto Luongo, Ryan Kesler, and the Sedins.

These 4 are technically untouchable as they are the heart and soul of the Canucks franchise.

I'm not so sure about Jannik Hansen and others, but those 4 definitely cannot be moved.

Senators = Daniel Alfredsson. I love that guy, also like Jason Spezza and so much more.

Yes, I didn't mention Alffy because he retires in a lot of BaGM's after this year. Spezza is our best player and a very solid Center for us, I wouldn't say untouchable but he'd command 2 1st Rounders, a top prospect and a top 6 middle age forward

Yeah I agree with the Pens no-trade.

For my Oilers Dynasty no trades would be Eberle, Hall, Nugent-Hopkins, Symth.

Wouldn't be Smyth for the Oilers. If anything, he'd be very likely to get traded rather than untouchable.

                      Re: OS Competition Committee Thread

Well I'm going to take a stab at point 3 of this thread, Trade question.

I have about 14 games till the deadline and have been thinking about this trade.

PLY Nugent (86B), DFD Gormley (79B-), and a 2015 4th round pick (TOR) to Montreal for PWF Getzlaf (91C) and a 2015 2nd round pick.

Plain and simple, I want to get bigger for the upcoming playoffs - felt pushed around last year, Lucic not cutting it.

Numbers (Main players of this deal)

Nugent (A-:B:A-) one year left on his contract making $4.415 million a year. 53.4% in the dot and has 15pts in 35 games, has missed 24 games due to injury this year (Has a problem staying healthy). In the playoffs has a 0.93pts/game average but only 16 games of experience.

Getzlaf (C:C:C) last year of his contract making $6.75 million a year. 56.8% in the dot and has 46pts in 59 games. In the playoffs has a .85pts/game average and 76 games of experience.

So what do you guys think (I truely believe Huberdeau can takeover the 2nd line next year)?
