New Jersey Devils General Manager Lou Lamoriello has called a press conference at the Prudential Center today.

"This morning I got a call from Montreal Canadiens General Manager Marc Bergevin, the jokester of the NHL. Pulling pranks on teammates, referees and even his own coaching staff. Marc asked me for both Ryane Clowe and Marek Zidlicky and had his 2015 1st round pick available to me. He also said that any goalie between Budaj or Tokarski would have to be involved in the deal. I then asked for Travis Moen as he was on the block reportedly and Marc gave in right away and agreed to the deal as long as I threw in my 3rd round pick in 2015."

Just for now. I have a rule, Schneider gets 3 losses and he's out and Tokarski gets 2 losses and he's out! Makes it fair for both goalies to prove what they have.

I like to play my franchise this way because Schneider should win majority of the games he plays due to his overall. Tokarski is also a great young backup.

Glad to see the Devils are following up their performance from last season into this dynasty. 3-8-1 is good for the team, but shouldn't allow them the luxury of selecting Connor McDavid in the draft.

On a serious note, I'm a big fan of Jeff Petry and happy someone in a dynasty acquired him. He's been wasted the last few years in Edmonton. New Jersey would be the ideal place for him to go.
