San Jose Sharks 2 (9-4-3) @ Florida Panthers 1 (4-7-1)
The Panthers came back after an early goal and got the game into overtime but just could not get the job done in the extra frame and lose to the Shakes 2-1 at home.

The Florida Panthers finally got back into the win column with a 4-1 win over the Islanders at home. It took a team effort in scoring and some great goaltending by Luongo but things looked good on the ice.

Florida Panthers 3 (5-7-2) @ Anaheim Ducks 2 (12-5-1)
Panthers make it 2 in a row as they sneak away with the win in Anaheim on the strength of a goal in the last minute of the 3rd by D. Mackenzie. And the toughness of young forward Hayes who dropped the gloves to start the 3rd.

Kulikov to miss 3 weeks
After Florida's game in Anaheim the team announced D-man Dmitry Kulikov will be on the sidelines for awhile with a broken nose. Which means Dylan Olsen will draw back into the lineup for the teams next game.
Florida Panthers 2 (6-7-2) @ Los Angeles Kings 1 (11-5-2)
The Panthers have taken the first 2 games on their trip through California, getting some help from their veteran players getting goals from Upshall and Kaberle.

Florida Panthers 4 (7-7-2) @ San Jose Sharks 3 (12-6-3)
The Panthers pulled off the California sweep with a 4-3 win in San Jose. Florida got a great performance out of Jonathan Huberdeau to finish off the Cali trip and leave the state with 6 out of 6 points.

The Panthers continued their winning ways as a fastpaced game in Nashville ended with a 6-3 win for the cats. On the strength of a couple of their young guns.

Minnesota Wild 1 (10-9-0) @ Florida Panthers 4 (9-7-2)
The Panthers pulled off another victory at home beating the Minnesota Wild 4-1. The cats got into penalty trouble in the 3rd frame but were able to hold off the Wild and send them out of town with a loss.

Carolina Hurricanes 5 (10-9-1) @ Florida Panthers 2 (10-7-2)
Florida's streak came to an end at home after s 5-2 loss to the Hurricanes. The 'Canes took a 3-2 lead into the 3rd and managed to put up a pair of insurance goals to put the game away and leave Florida with 2 points.

DECEMBER 1ST 2014 SUMMARY
Two months into the 2014-2015 NHL season the Florida Panthers have not taken the steps they wanted to in the development of their team. The team currently sits 26th in the league with a 10-9-2 record, and sits last in their division.

FLORIDA PANTHERS 5 (10-9-2) @ COLUMBUS BLUE JACKETS 1 (8-13-2)
The Panthers were able to come up big with a 5-1 win in Columbus. The team showed a great balance as 5 different players scored and goaltender Roberto Luongo had a solid game stopping 21 of 22 shots against.

FLORIDA PANTHERS 2 (11-9-2) @ DETROIT RED WINGS 3 (14-8-2)
Florida was up 2-1 in the 3rd period but could not hold on and gave up 2 late goals in the final frame to lose to the Red Wings 3-2 in Detroit. The Panthers relied heavily on young forward Jonathan Huberdeau who scored both goals for the team.
