I have loved the storyline to this season and cannot wait to see what happens next season to Allen. Is there a team he dreams of playing with or players he dreams of playing alongside? I'm intrigued!

I'm sorry to have seen the season end the way it did, but hopefully this gives Allen the motivation for bigger and better!

Lastly, congratulations on your first international cap!! Hopefully Allen can be a great supplement to Dempsey and lead team USA to the promise land

Yeah man, it was like the CPU decided they weren't going to let me win. It was crazy. I got only like 2 chances all game. I was absolutely dominated on possession. It was a very disappointing end to the season. I really wanted to at least make the final.

Thanks for the follow! I really had a goal in mind when I started this thing but Alvin has really gone its own way. Its weird, it kind of started as a joke. I have Nba 2k12 and after downloading some updated rosters, the my player mode made the first and last name the same. And so began the birth of Allen Aloicious Allen III, Houston Rockets player. Some time later when I got Fifa and decided to do a player, it was only natural to create another Allen. Alvin was the first name I thought of, so the rest of the story kind of grew from there.

Honestly, I don't really know where this is going. To backtrack to answer your question, yes I had a goal in mind, but its been completely shattered. The story is now more organically driven by the game itself and the crap that comes off the top of my head. The only thing that is really more scripted is my desire to see Team USA do well. I really want Allen to make it to the world cup and be one of the stars of the team. Speaking of which, I'll try to get some more stuff posted tonight. Thanks again for following.

I sat staring at my brother's face across the glass. He looked tired. He was too young to look tired. Alton should've been out living his athletic dreams. He was almost an exact clone of my older brother. He was taller than Al, but built on a more solid frame. He even had the same dreadlocks. He had all of my brother's natural athletic ability and strength as well, but instead he was stuck behind bars. He had to grow up way to fast. I suppose the same thing could have been said about me at that time. Alton picked up the phone receiver on his side of the glass.
          "Hey bro. Heard you lost."
"Yeah A.T., they give soccer news in there?" I quipped.
"I made special requests during TV time," he laughed. "How's Al?"
"Good good. He's doing his thing on the court," I said, "Mom and dad are fine too. They come visit often?"
"Naw, man," he mumbled, "They to busy livin' off Al's money."
I sighed, "Hey man, you ok in there?"
"Yeah bro, I know what Theo did to me," he stated with fire in his eyes. "The Mexicans do too. I hear he's trying to do some business in Italy. He workin' you in on that?"
"How did you know about that?" I gasped, "Yeah he tried to get me to Lazio earlier in the year and I refused to go."
"I know a lot more than you think, bro," Alton grinned, "Keep your head up, bro, you ain't alone. I've got more pull in here than Theo thinks."
"Good to know you've got my back from inside a cell," I joked. "But seriously, any word on parole?"
He sighed, "Naw, federal governments got me for at least ten. But don't worry man, you need anything, just hit me up."
I touched the glass with my fist. "Hang in there, A.T. Love you man."
He pounded back. "You know I got you. Give em' hell in Europe."
I left the Houston Federal Detention Center angrily thinking about my brother's circumstance. Yeah, he had gotten himself caught up in the drug game, but possession is highly different from trafficking. That kids should be out doing the dumb stuff teenagers do. Suddenly it dawned on me. Did he say Europe?

Re: Mr. Second Place: An Autobiographical Tale of Alvin Allen (Fifa 13)

What an ending to the season. I was the MVP of Major League Soccer in my first season. The blogs were abuzz about the possible moves I would make in the January transfer window. My agent Gus was obviously delirious with the phone calls he was receiving, but deep down I knew that I wouldn't be going anywhere until Theo told me what his plans were.
Quinn laid next to me on my bed in my condo. Our police briefings had somehow started to end in my bedroom. That was a good thing as I realized I had fallen for her completely. She dozed so peacefully. I rested my hand on her cheek, and suddenly my phone rang.

“How’d you like to be a millionaire?” a voice on the other end said.
“What do you want, Theo?” I asked into my cell phone.
“It’s legal, don’t you worry your marketable head,” he joked. “I can’t soil you with bad enterprise just yet.”
“Get to the point,” I growled.
“Testy, testy. Anyway, I have a business venture in Italy I need you to take care of,” he said as he got a more serious tone to his voice. “I’ve been working with the Valente family out of New Jersey. They own and operate one of the largest shipping and logistics companies in the world. I need you to be my direct contact in Italy concerning our business arrangement with the Valente family.”
“And how exactly does this make me a millionaire independent of your dirty activites?” I said angrily into the phone.
“Oh don’t worry. You’ll oversee some operations, but don’t mistake anything. I still believe in my investment. In order to be the best American soccer player, you must play for one of the best teams in Europe. Your agent is working on the contract. I highly recommend you accept the offer, lest you forget what happened last time you refused the Lazio deal.”
“Ok Theo, I’ll check it out,” I sighed.
“Oh you’ll do more than that,” he laughed. “Believe me, once you see the contract, I won’t have to threaten you.” And with that he hung up the phone.

              Massive Deal for American Star
              by Dave Seville

American star Alvin Allen will get to test his mettle against the world's best as he has agreed to a deal to send him to AC Milan. The Chicago Fire cash in with what was rumored to be a 12 million dollar deal for the young striker. Alvin will also cash in, earning a reported 25K per week with his new club.

AC Milan will be bringing Allen in to develop behind some of the best players in the world. Will he even get to see the pitch in Italy? Also, can he handle the rigors of the international game? Serie A is a class above the MLS, and if Allen has any hope of living up to his potential as the next great American striker, he will have to succeed there. Good luck to you Alvin! We'll be watching you from afar.

As the door of my hotel shut behind me, I reflected on my this crazy day. This whole experience was surreal. As soon as I arrived in Malpensa Airport in the morning local time, the day was a whirlwind experience. I met my new manager, my new teammates, and toured the impeccable AC Milan facilities that morning. I also met the local media and gave my first interview. Soon after I was heading to downtown Milan to head to the Valente offices in town to meet a contact for Theo. And now, finally, as the sun began to set I finally was able to relax in my hotel.

The hotel was palatial. It had all the luxuries an American tourist would appreciate, and thats why I believe the team put me up here. I had a beautiful view of the city, but all I could think about was collapsing in the bed. I laid down and stared at the ceiling. AC Milan. One of the most storied clubs in the history of soccer. I couldn't wait to play for them. I can only imagine what hearing those eighty thousand fans in San Siro screaming my name would sound like. My phone was ringing. It was pitch black outside. I must have dozed off and was dreaming.

"Alvin, I got some news for you buddy."
I was my agent Gus Simon.
"What's up, Gus? Its so funny you called, I was just dreaming of running down the pitch for AC Milan. What time is it there anyway? I am so..."
"Alvin, Alvin...stop. You've been sent out on loan. Pack your bags again buddy."
"What?!" I groaned. "But I just got here!"

New AC Milan Acquisition Set to Go Out on Loan
                    by Davide Siviglia

The day after AC Milan signed new American striker Alvin Allen, he was immediately put up for loan by the Serie A club. As soon as the possibility arose, Reggina Calcio jumped at the offer. They will reported pay 10K of the new strikers 25K salary. AC Milan has said all along that they want to developed the talented young striker, and what better way to familiarize him with Italiano style futbol than a loan to a Serie B team? Sources say that Alvin Allen was very understanding with the situation, and that is why he signed so quickly.

Reggina fans are excited at the possibilities surrounding this new acquisition, and some seem to be secretly hoping Allen makes this stay a permanent one. Reggina are currently in the middle of a race for promotion, and one can only assume that Amaranto is pushing for the top spot with this move. Allen is expected to start for the squad. We shall see if it pays off for both sides.

*Author's note- remember that MLS' season is different from the rest of the world. Their season ended in December, but the January transfer market is about halfway through the season for European teams. Reggina has already played most of its season by the time Allen is starting with them.*

The race for promotion continued for Reggina as they faced a bottom of the table team in Ascoli. This game marked the first appearance for the young American striker Alvin Allen since Reggina acquired him on loan from AC Milan and he did not disappoint. The game began with an early and expected push by Reggina into the the Ascoli side. Allen and Camagnacci got familiar with each other early as Camagnacci sent in a through ball to Allen, who cut left, then right past the defenders, and sent in a left footed rocket into the net that the keeper never had a chance to reach. Allen celebrated his first goal on Italian soil with his teammates who seemed to be elated with the American's goal. Barilla would add another goal in the 37' off of a cross from Armellino that he headed home. Allen would contribute to the blowout again, this time running up the wing and passing to Barilla. Barilla would send the pass through on a one timer to Armellino for the crisp goal. The score would end this way, as Reggina wins in Allen's debut, 3-0.

                          Notable Allen statistics:

Wow. What a twist, being loaned out to a Serie B team. He ought to be angry.

Yeah, it was really crappy, but I embraced it as part of the story. Alvin would've gotten no playing time with AC Milan so this way he gets to stay in Italy and get some time to get better. Hopefully if his rating gets high enough he can get some time with AC Milan next season.

                                Summary:
Reggina visited a last place Virese club that only had three wins all year. That win total wouldn't change as Vriese added to their massive losing streak. They couldn't find an answer for Reggina's new addition Allen. The young striker would have his coming out party on Italian soil, scoring 2 goals in the rout. The first came on a creation all his own, running up the wing, then cutting back across and finessing the ball past the keeper. The next goal would come in the 44' on a long through ball from Rizzato. Allen dribbled back right and sent a bender into the upper right corner. The game would end in a 2-0 win for Reggina. The manager looks like a genius by bringing this young American in on loan. He has more than lived up to the billing so far.

                                Notable Allen statistics:
                                9.0 Rating
