I thought you should have had all three points against Arsenal. Some great opportunities there especially when you were alone in like the 77th minute.

Tough result in the Capital Cup. Great penalty save. You seem to be taking a lot of long shots.

Oh man, I know. That Arsenal match really did feel like a victory though. A showing like that at Villa Park - gave the people what they wanted. The Captial One Cup was crazy, I really didn't expect Guzan was going to save it - but that was awesome as you could hear me

Episode 3: Great start to the series, don't know if you noticed but Gerrard was just on Liverpool's bench... not transferred haha. Also, love the new signings, though getting rid of Benteke was a bold move. McManaman is a great signing who you can slot right in the lineup as support for Wickham, as I was shocked to see you play Bentaleb so high up the field as he doesn't have much going for him attacking wise.

You know I responded in the YT comments - yes, I like Bentaleb up front actually, he's a solid frame, good feet, and best of all, he can make some solid tackles - like a defensive midfielder playing advanced, not to mention he has a blast on him.

McManaman - I really can't put into words how valuable his plays has been so far, in what little time I've had him. He really does create another level of depth to the game - incredible feet - just needs to finish!

Episode 4: Use the finesse shots! I don't know how you get used to shooting from the camera angle you use (which does make the game look beautiful BTW), but when you're clear in on goal you have to use those finesse shots to beat the keepers! The smash the ball tries don't work nearly as well. That said, the team is definitely playing better and gives you some hope of turning the form around despite the tough run of games to start the career.

Ah, I know - you're so right. I freak out when I get those chances, that I'm aiming due to manual shooting and then knowing the Power bar is pretty high - I just hit and hope, haha. It builds some nice storyline though, but yes, I would like McManaman to get off the mark.

I tried so hard to edit the next two matches before I went out of town for a week, but ran into technical issues with Sony Vegas - go figure.

Man rough couple games there. I have to say though, your commentary makes me laugh. Each opposition goal is announced with an "oh COME ON" tone in your voice, it's fantastic.

Haha, it really is that though, Brahv - funny you mention that. I am just getting into this kind of live commentary for the first time and it's pretty fun. I thought I'd just be talking to myself, which is what it is, but it's nice to hear that it's somewhat entertaining. It's also a lot less work for me to do voiceover afterwards since cutting clips is all I have to do to get a video out now.

Yeah, I was all over the place - and they really were on another level. The Man City match affected me more because I was so close to getting back into that one. Now, now, the Texans and NFL2k5 were a joy despite my early struggles, haha. I drafted Bradford towards the end, and I really think if I had continued, we'd be world champs....lol.

Yeah, really shows the struggle of a new manager. I can feel the pressure from the board and fans already. As Brahv said, it IS Arsenal - lol. I said they would flop, and they did, for the most part.

1-0 loss away to Everton isn't terrible. Not a lot of shots between the two teams. Are you playing 15 minute halves?

Good tight match! I just love to watch these highlights. It looks like it´s late Sundays and I´m watching the sports review channel with football highlights from all over the Europe.

Anyway, uploading my #2 episode as I write this, but I´m thinking I have to get a Gold account soon. My videos quality is so lame compared with this.

Despite dropping another tough game, I wouldn't get too discouraged Matt, you have to figure that you were expected to lose most of those games against sides much more talented than yours. The good thing is you got most of the heavies out of the way, now you just need to start taking them one at a time, build up some momentum and go from there.
