- Owens delivered a neckbreaker over his knee on Ambrose. The two men locked up again and Owens took him down but Ambrose got up right away and delivered a bodyslam and followed with numerous stomps and then slammed his head to the mat and worked over his leg. Owens battled back with a short arm shoulder block. Owens delivered a short arm clothesline and kept beating down Ambrose. Owens whipped Ambrose against the ropes and delivered a one armed lifting slam. Owens picked up Ambrose and went for a cradle piledriver but Ambrose fought out and delivered a clothesline to him and then picked him up and delivered a twisting neckbreaker. Ambrose kept on Owen for awhile until Owen hit a series of deep arm drags. Ambrose fought back with a snap DDT but Owen took Ambrose back down to the mat and then went to the ring apron and delivered a slingshot senton. The two battled back and forth for several more minutes. Owens reversed an Irish Whip into a short arm elbow smash that sent Ambrose into the ropes. Ambrose rebounded off the ropes with a pendulum clothesline turning Owens inside out.

- The match begins and Beth quickly takes Kaitlyn down to the mat and delivers a double axe handle to her back. Kaitlyn fights back and takes Beth down with a running STO and keep on her on the mat. Kaitlyn stays in control for several minutes delivering a Thesz Press followed by some punches for a 2 count. Kaitlyn delivers a dropkick to the back of a seated Phoenix. Phoenix regains control with a knee to the stomach. Phoenix delivers a big kick to the back of Kailtyn.Beth locks in an armbar. Kaitlyn reverses an Irish Whip into the corner but Phoenix delivers a back elbow. Kaitlyn picks Phoenix on her shoulders and delivers a gut buster over her knee. Phoenix fights back and delivers a big bodyslam. The two women battle back and forth for several minutes. Phoenix delivers a big release German Suplex and got a 2 count. Phoenix locks in a headlock. Kaitlyn fights back and delivers another gut buster over her knees and got a 2 count.

- Jeff and Bubba started this match and Jeff quickly took Bubba down to the mat. Jeff delivered a headscissors takedown and tagged in Matt. Matt whipped Bubba into the ropes and delivered a clothesline to take him down. Bubba fought back and tagged in Devon and they took Matt to the mat. Forward to the end of the match. The Dudleys delivered the Doomsday Device to Matt but Jeff made the save. Jeff and Bubba spilled outside the ring where Bubba sent Jeff into the stairs. Bubba slid back in the ring and the Dudleyz delivered the 3-D to Matt. Jeff was able to slide in the ring at the last moment and break up the pinfall.

- Jeff delivered a dropkick to Bubba sending him out of the ring. Matt delivered the Twist of Hate followed by a Swanton by Jeff to Devon. Jeff then delivered a slingshot crossbody block over the top rope to Bubba.

- Wilder and Dawson begin the match. They lock up and Barrett takes Dawson down with a short arm shoulder block. Barrett goes to pick Dawson up but Dawson hits a deep arm drag. Barrett reverses an Irish whip and tosses Dawson over the top rope and then slingshots him back in the ring before tagging in Bram. Bram stays in control until Dawson delivered a punch and a clothesline taking Bram to the mat. Wilder tags in and whips Bram into the ropes and takes him down with a drop toe hold. Bram battles back and takes him to the mat. Barrett tagged in but was caught by a clothesline followed by a suplex and double axe handle over the face. Forward a big and Bram is back in and tries to pick Wilder up but Dash delivers a chop and knocks Bram out of the ring and tags in Dawson. Dawson takes Bram down and delivers several punches and then sets him up for a jumping DDT. Bram fights back with a knee to the stomach and tags in Barrett. Dawson fights back and whips Barrett into his corner and tags in Wilder who kicks his knee. Wilder set Barrett on the top turnbuckle and delivers a superplex. Forward in the match and The Revival delivers the Shatter Machine to Barrett, but Bram breaks up the count. Wilder delivers a belly to back sending Bram out of the ring and Dawson rolls up Barrett for another 2 count.

- Dawson tags in Wilder and The Revival delivers the Shatter Machine to Barrett. Dawson then takes out Bram as he tries to make the save.

- The two men lock up and Reigns takes Rollins down with a big slam, followed by a bunch of punches. Reigns moves over to a ring post and took a pad off of one of the corners. The crowd boos as Reigns does this. Rollins makes his way over to Reigns and takes him down with a belly to back slam followed up by a big dropkick. Reigns goes for a body slam but Rollins slips out the backside and delivers a neckbreaker. Rollins heads to the top turnbuckle and delivers a double knee strike to Reigns. Rollins sent Reigns front first into the corner but Reigns delivered a back elbow strike as Rollins followed in. Reigns went for a Powerbomb but Rollins countered into a sitout facebuster and followed up with a running enziguiri for a 2 count. Rollins delivered superkick to a kneeling Reigns. Reigns got to his feet and delivered a clothesline, taking Rollins down. Riengs picked him up and delivered a powerbomb. Reigns delivered a Superman Punch followed by a spear but only got a 2 count. Reigns kept Rollins down until Rollins shoved him away with his feet. Rollins set Reigns up for a Curb Stomp but Reigns got out of the way and took Rollins back to the mat. Reigns delivered multiple punches to the head of a kneeling Rollins and got a 2 count. Rollins took Reigns down with a drop toe hold, then went to the ring apron and went for a springboard splash, but Reigns rolled out of the way. Reigns delivered another Superman Punch but only got a 2 count. Reigns got frustrated. Rollins fought back and delivered a buckle bomb to Reigns getting a 2 count.

- The bell rings and Orton takes control early by rushing over and delivering a Thesz Press followed by a bunch of punches. Orton picks Brock up but Brock takes him down with an arm drag and then locked in an armbar. Orton fought out and delivered a kick to the gut followed by a knee to the head. Orton delivered a big clothesline knocking Brock back to the ground. Brock got up and delivered a side suplex to Orton and punched his head numerous times. Brock kept Orton down and worked over his neck. Brock picked him up and delivered a suplex but Orton got to his feet and delivered a quick clothesline then went to the top rope and went for a cross body block but Brock caught him and delivered an over the head suplex. Forward in the match and Orton sets Brock up for the hangman’s DDT on the middle rope and then poses on the middle turnbuckle. Orton delivers an RKO but Brock kicks out at 2. Brock gets to his feet and whips Orton into the ropes and delivers a huge backdrop. Brock delivers a series of German suplexes to Orton but only gets a 2 count. Brock delivers a big suplex for another 2 count. Brock gets frustrated and begins yelling at the ref backing him into the corner.

- Brock turns around and picks Orton up for a powerbomb but Orton reverses it into an RKO. RKO positions himself and delivers a second RKO to Brock.

Braun Strowman and Big Cass won separate 6-man tag captains battle royals. Realest Guys and Wyatt Family will face off in a #1 contenders match for the RAW Tag Championship.

- “Metalingus” hits the speaker and RAW GM, Adam Copeland makes his way to the ring.

Edge: “Welcome to Monday Night RAW. Last night, we had an amazing Capitol Punishment PPV. We crowned our first ever RAW Cruiserweight Champion in Tyson Kidd and tonight he will get a shot at the World Cruiserweight Championship as he challenges Smackdown’s Neville. We will also have a #1 contender’s match tonight as TJ Perkins faces off with the man who made his surprising debut last night in Alex Shelley. We also saw RAW’s Tag Team Champions, The Revival capture the World Tag Championship from British Beatdown.”

- “Welcome to the Queendom” hits the speakers and RAW Commissioner, Stephanie McMahon makes her way to the ring.

Stephanie: “That’s right Adam. You said my motivational tactics wouldn’t work, but they definitely did. I’ll take it from here. Last night, was the turning point for RAW and the beginning of the end for Smackdown. Last night, RAW regained the World Tag Championship, tonight we bring home the World Cruiserweight Championship and next week we bring home the big one, the World Heavyweight Championship. Last night, we saw two amazing main events with a lot on the line. Randy Orton successfully defended his RAW Heavyweight Championship against Brock Lesnar and Seth Rollins defeated Roman Reigns to become the number 1 contender for the title. In tonight’s main event, we will see Orton defend that title against Rollins.”

NXT July Week 3

- “Regality” hits the speakers and GM Willian Regal makes his way to the ring.

Regal: “Welcome to NXT. Tonight, we have some big matches for you, but before I get to that I will announce that our next Takeover Event is coming up in just over a month. More details on that will be announced next week. We will see Apollo Crews, Eli Drake and Andrade Almas face off in a triple threat match with a TV Title Shot on the line. Speaking of the TV Championship, Tye Dillinger will face off with Kenny Dykstra in a title match. We will also have another Cruiserweight Showcase match as Cedric Alexander faces off with Noam Dar. The tag team of Sanity makes their in-ring debut and in tonight’s main event we will see former NXT Champion Samoa Joe in action.”

- “Destroyer” hits the speakers and out comes the former NXT Champion, Samoa Joe.

Joe: “Regal, I told you I wanted my title and I wanted it tonight, but instead you are going to send some poor soul to his demise.”

- Joe begins getting close to Regal and backing him into the corner, when Danny Burch runs out from the back and gets in between them. Joe just laughs and tosses Burch out of the ring. Burch gets back in and Joe shoves him away again, but Burch fights back a bit until Joe tosses him out of the ring again.

Joe (staring at Burch): “You just signed your death wish.”

Television Contender’s Match
Apollo Crews v. Eli Drake v. Andrade Almas

- Almas was down in the middle of the ring Drake delivered the Bottom Rung and Crews delivered a jumping enziguiri to Drake for a 2 count
- Crews delivered a DDT to Almas for a 2 count
- Drake delivered Blunt Force Trauma to Crews for a 2-count broken up by Almas
- Almas picked up Drake and delivered an electric chair transitioned into a sitout powerbomb.
- Crews delivered a standing moonsault to Drake while Almas was outside the ring and got a 2 count
- Almas delivered a deadlift powerbomb to Drake

Yeah gotta bring some fresh blood into NXT as I plan on revamping rosters a bit after Summer Slam. I want to make my rosters a little smaller overall but some will go and some will be brought up.

I kind of want some limits, like 16 solo men total, 8 women, 8 CWs, 8 tag teams per brand because it will be easier to manage. Right now I think I am a bit high on those numbers. I have plans to bring some people up from NXT and move some between main brand rosters as well as release some.

Ryback may or may not be gone completely but I really have nothing for him. In fact, I literally wrote the loser leave stip at the last moment.

I have some interesting plans for RAW though with some things.

What did you think about Revival helping Seth win?

NXT Takeover, Dusty Rhodes Classic News

We are pleased to bring you news on the next NXT Takeover Event and the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic.

First, the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic has been moved up to the month of August. The tournament will remain an NXT exclusive for this year once again. There will be 16 teams competing and for the first 3 rounds there will be a special show on Friday Nights like there was for the recent Cruiserweight Classic. Round 1 will take place in August Week 1 and 2, with round 2 taking place in week 3. The semifinals will take place in week 4 of NXT prior to the Takeover Event which will take place one night before Summer Slam. The finals of the tournament will take place at Takeover.

The following teams have been confirmed for the tournament and more teams will be announced on NXT next week.

I am very excited for this tournament, and happy it is NXT exclusive, will make it meaningful to build it up and make other tag teams want it to become more than just NXT.

I was going to go all elaborate and have multiple brackets and random teams (like the old Crocket Cup) but I wanted to simplify it and go just NXT. I had a ton of possible teams but I didn't want to clog up all my shows with tournament stuff and didn't want an extra show for a long time.
