CM Punk is back and that is badass!! I wasn't expecting him to win, not cleanly anyway so good on that!
Revival are new Tag Champs hell yeah!
The House of Horrors match was a lot to keep up with and I wasn't sure who Vengeance 1 was but it was very cool. Glad the legend The Hurricane got some shine haha!
That 4v4 main event was awesome!! I thought Sanity was going to take that!
Finally......PAIGE BEAT ASUKA HOLY ****! Both of my wrestling waifus put it all out there. Great stuff my man!

RAW TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH:
The Revival (c) vs. The Kings of Wrestling
A rematch from their brutal contest last night. Kassius Ohno will start against Scott Dawson. They take their time before locking up. Dawson powers him to the corner and shoves him. Ohno slaps him back. They lock up, and Dawson puts him in the corner. Dash Wilder tags in and punches away at Ohno. Wilder drives him into Dawson’s boot. Dawson tags in and forearms him. Ohno elbows him and wrenches the arm before tagging in Cesaro. Dawson retreats to his corner. Dawson knocks Ohno off the apron. The referee is distracted, so The Revival capitalizes on the distraction. Cesaro clotheslines Dawson and punches Wilder. Gallows hits them both with back body drops. Ohno comes in, and they hit stereo clotheslines over the top rope.

- Commercial Break -

We come back from the break to see Dawson controlling Ohno. Kassius punches him before Dawson uppercuts him. Wilder tags in, and Ohno dropkicks him down. Dawson quickly tags in, and Cesaro gets the tag as well. Cesaro clotheslines Wilder before knocking Dawson off the apron. Cesaro hits a big boot before connecting with a double legged stomp. Dawson avoids an avalanche before eating an European Uppercut. Ohno is tagged in, and they go for the Jousting Knight. Ohno is quickly attacked. The Revival chop block Cesaro and set up for Shatter Machine on Cesaro.

Asuka vs. Alexa Bliss
The bell rings, and they circle the ring. Bliss ducks a lock up and avoids a kick before putting herself through the ropes. Bliss looks terrified. Bliss does her best to stay away from Asuka and avoids some spinning back fists. Bliss puts herself through the ropes again to keep her back. Bliss applies a waistlock, but Asuka fights out and wrenches the arm. Bliss turns it into a hammerlock, but Asuka quickly reverses that. Bliss gets out and applies a full nelson. Asuka quickly gets out and takes her down before applying a front facelock. Asuka quickly hooks a knee bar on, but Bliss quickly gets out. Asuka applies another facelock before transitioning into a side headlock. Bliss takes her down by the hair, but Asuka is quickly up. Bliss runs scared to the ropes to keep her back. Asuka has a whip into the ropes reversed, and she shoulder blocks Bliss down. Asuka then mocks her. Asuka wipes her out with a running hip attack. Asuka dances around the ring while Bliss recovers at ringside. Bliss stalls for a few moments outside the ring and slowly gets in before rolling back out. Bliss stalls for even longer before getting in the ring. Asuka hits her with a snapmare and knees her in the face twice. Bliss puts herself through the ropes once again before getting a cheap kick in on Asuka. Bliss immediately gets out of the ring. Asuka wasn’t hurt by the kick.

- Commercial Break -

We come back from the break to see Asuka trapped in a body scissor. During the break, Bliss tied her in the ropes and kicked her in the ribs. Asuka gets out of the body scissor and applies an ankle lock. Bliss claws to the ropes and pulls Asuka ribs-first into the ropes. Bliss goes outside and twists Asuka’s midsection around the ring post. Bliss gets her in the center of the ring, punches away at her, and picks up a two count. Asuka quickly pins her for a two count. Bliss takes her down with a backbreaker before punching away at her to pick up another two count. Bliss reapplies the body scissor. Asuka is trapped for a bit, but turns around. Bliss then hooks her in a guillotine. Asuka gets out with a Kimura Lock, but Bliss gets to the ropes. Bliss quickly takes her down with a shot to the ribs and stomps her in the corner. Bliss feigns an avalanche and slaps her. Asuka angrily slaps her back and dropkicks her twice. Asuka then comes off the second rope with a missile dropkick. Asuka hits a running hip attack in the corner before throwing her by the hair. Asuka hits a second running hip attack and stalks her. Bliss blocks a takedown and elbows her. Asuka blocks a kick and viciously knees her in the face. Bliss stumbles to the corner and tries for a desperation victory roll, but Asuka sits on her shoulders for a near fall. Bliss then dropkicks Asuka out of the ring. Asuka kicks her in the side of the head, gets in the ring, and applies her arm bar. Bliss taps out!

The Balor Club vs. Elias & The Miztourage w/The Miz & Maryse
We join the match in progress to see Axel power Balor into the corner and hit some shoulder thrusts. Axel hits a snapmare followed by a rolling neck snapper for a near fall. Elias tags in and punches away at Balor. Balor comes back with a kick, but Elias shakes it off and stomps him down in the corner. Elias gets him to his feet, but Balor punches him back. Elias quickly takes him down for a two count. Elias applies an arm bar, but Balor fights up. Elias quickly takes him down again, but Balor once again gets up, takes Elias down, and hits a double stomp.

Gallows and Dallas are tagged in. Gallows clotheslines Dallas and knocks Axel off the apron. Gallows big boots Dallas and kicks him in the midsection, but Elias breaks it up. Elias is knocked out of the ring. Balor is tagged in. Anderson and Gallows hit Magic Killer on Dallas, and Balor follows up with Coup de Grace for the win.

CM PUNK: If there is anything I have learned since last night it is that...never say never. People said they would never see me in the WWE again, yet five years later here I am. I am here, I am back, and I want THAT *points at the Universal Championship*. I am here to fight Braun.


~ CM Punk hits the ring, and he out-speeds Braun Strowman which really pisses of Braun. Punk hits some head kicks, and some other maneuver before Braun grabs Punk and hoists him up for a Power Slam. Punk gets down out of it, and knees Braun through the ropes! Suicide Dive connects and Braun is reeling! Braun grabs Punk and launches him into the barricade! Braun comes charging, but Punk moves and Braun goes through the barricade! CM Punk is starting to leave, but Braun is starting to get up! Punk out of shock grabs the steel steps, and throws them onto Braun! Braun is still moving! Punk now has a chair and is beating Braun with it! "STAY DOWN!" CM Punk finally hits Braun one more time with the steel steps, and it seems Braun is down for the count.

- Dean Ambrose is nearing recovery. He is expected back before Summerslam at the end of the summer. It is not confirmed which brand he will be on, however.


- CM Punk has signed a multi-year full-time deal. It is expected to have a lot of incentives for Punk, such as vacation time, WrestleMania position, and title reigns as well as creative control of his programs.


- Rich Swann has officially been released.


- Batista's "final" run is expected to run through WrestleMania.


- The WWE are in talks with Rey Mysterio to keep spicing up the Cruiserweight Division, but nothing has materialized yet.


- Ryback has yet to sign an exclusive deal with the WWE, but something could be done soon as Ryback and the WWE are seeing which brand could use him the most.


- Brock Lesnar is officially set to return to the UFC.

We have Shane McMahon and The Authors of Pain going against Daniel Bryan and The Motor City Machine Guns in a six-man tag team match! This Sunday we are seeing Daniel Bryan and Shane McMahon in a Kendo Stick Match with if Shane McMahon loses he is no longer allowed on Smackdown, and if Daniel Bryan loses he is fired from Smackdown! Also, The Authors of Pain will meet The Motor City Machine Guns for the vacant Smackdown Live Tag Team Championships!











Tanner Allen: BA Industries is active, and we are taking offers and your money. Everyone seems to know our first targets in Bobby Roode and Dolph Ziggler. It is nothing personal, we just like money.

The match kicks off with Gable taking Styles down. Styles gets back up and a drop kick from Styles to Gable. Gable pops right up and decapitates AJ with a clothesline! Both men are down.

-Commercial Break-

Back from commercial break. Both men on the top rope but Styles slides under Gable and trips him. Styles with a snap suplex into the corner. Styles goes for the Styles Clash but Gable gets out of it and puts Styles in the ankle lock. Styles tries to get out of it but Gable locks it in again. Styles slides out of it and gets the calf crusher on Gable. Gable rolls out of it. Both men back up and Styles with a Pele kick. Styles goes for the Styles' Clash again, but Gable rolls through and AJ goes head first into the turnbuckle. Gable has the referee distracted, and Benjamin nails AJ in the head with a punch! Shinsuke is chasing Benjamin around the ring now, and Gable rolls up AJ, but Styles counters and rolls back on the apron. Styles goes for the phenomenal forearm from the top rope. He goes for the cover, 1, 2, Shelton and Shinsuke are in the ring! The referee stops his count, and is trying to get them out! Gable with a low-blow onto Styles, and does the O'Connor Rolls German Suplex! 1-2-3! Gable and Benjamin will be included in the WWE Championship Match this Sunday at Payback!

~ Batista from the crowd! He nails a double spear onto the Singh Brothers! Jinder Mahal comes in but gets met with a massive Spinebuster! Batista goes for the Batista Bomb, but the Singh Brothers hit Batista in the back, and Jinder bails to the outside and is going up the ramp. Batista battles back and is now beating down the Singh Brothers! Spinebuster to one, and now a kick in the gut, and a Batista Bomb! He has the other one up, and hits another Batista Bomb!




Batista: If what you said last week is true, Jinder, I am going to make my final Smackdown a damn good one!



~ Batista picks up one of the Singh Brothers and Batista Bombs him onto the other brother! He now does his Ultimate Warrior rope taunt as we head to commercial.

The Riott Squad vs. Becky Lynch, Charlotte Flair, & Ronda Rousey
We start with Charlotte and Sarah Logan. Logan pushes Charlotte to the corner and Rousey gets the tag. Logan levels her with a shoulder block. Rousey with body kicks. Becky Lynch gets the tag. Becky and Ronda with a double arm drag and Becky with a leg drop over Logan. Logan tags in Ruby Riott who attempts a double suplex on Becky with Logan. Becky counters and Rousey is in hitting a dropkick. Liv Morgan jumps in and gets taken out by Charlotte who also jumps back in the ring. The Riott Squad all bail.

- Commercial Break -

Back live, Becky has Ruby down working her left arm. Tag to Rousey who flips in. Ruby cuts her off and tags in Liv Morgan. Morgan blocks a shoulder block attempt by Ronda. Morgan blocks a second attempt. Ronda drives Morgan face first into the second turnbuckle and then connects with a moonsault over Morgan. Ruby and Logan pull Morgan out. Rousey launches herself over taking out Ruby and Logan. Morgan sends Ronda into the steel steps and then tosses her back inside the ring getting a two count. Logan with a modified anaconda vice submission applied on Rousey when she gets the tag. Logan is working the left arm of Ronda. Ronda fights to her feet, but Logan pulls her in with an elbow. Hot tag to Charlotte who tosses out chops to Logan. Charlotte with a neckbreaker and big boot combo to Logan. Charlotte with a big boot to Morgan on the ring apron. Logan with a chop block to Charlotte. Logan with a second chop block to Charlotte. Hot tag to Becky who comes off the top rope with a dropkick to Logan. Becky with a side kick to Ruby who is now legal. Becky with an exploder on Ruby and then a running clothesline. Becky gets the armbar applied on Ruby. Ruby is screaming. Morgan breaks it up. Charlotte with a fallaway slam. Logan with a knee to Charlotte. Becky with an exploder to Logan. Rousey with a roundhouse kick to Becky!? Rousey is leaving up the ramp! Lynch is trying to get up, but Ruby with a kick to the face of Becky and hooks the leg to pick up the pinfall.

~ We see New Day talking backstage, Big E is discussing that it might be time for New Day to start branching for singles titles. It has been years since Big E has held a singles title, with it being the Intercontinental Championship, and he was the second ever NXT Champion as well. Kofi said he agrees, as he might as well be considered one of the bets mid-carders of all-time with all of his US and Intercontinental Championship runs. Xavier Woods tells them both to calm down, they are just in a rough patch right now.






SIX-MAN TAG TEAM MATCH:
Shane McMahon & The Authors of Pain vs. Daniel Bryan & The Motor City Machine Guns
AOP and Shane attack their competition early. Rezar shows his power over Sabin. Sabin goes for a Triangle and shots from the mount, but Rezar shoos him off. Alex comes in and hits some strikes, but Rezar powers him into his corner. Akam comes in and works over Shelley. Motor City try to leave, but AOP stops them. Shelley sent into the steps. Akam wheelbarrow faceplants Alex onto the barricade. AOP with another double team, but Akam appears to have hurt his leg in the process. Daniel Bryan chopblocks Akam’s leg, then spears Rezar through the ropes and to the outside. Motor City and Bryan begins to take control. Akam slams down Sabin, but Shelley goes back to the leg. Shane McMahon is now attacking Daniel Bryan on the outside. Sabin locks Akam in a half crab, but Akam kicks him off. Sabin with a kneebar applied, Akam gets to the ropes. Motor City with more double-teaming, working over the injured leg of Akam. Sabin taunts Rezar, allowing Akam to hit a back body drop. Rezar off the hot tag, begins to mount a comeback. Spinebuster and right hands to Bryan, then hits a Samoan Drop/Fallaway Slam combo on Bryan and Sabin! Daniel Bryan comes back with a knee strike and he and Shelley with more double-teams. Sabin with an Exploder to Rezar for 2. Rezar stops the Dual Kick and turns Bryan inside out with a clothesline. AOP goes for the Last Chapter, but Bryan stops it with a flying knee. Shane McMahon who has hardly been seen this match with a kendo stick shot to Daniel Bryan! The referee calls for the bell! Shane McMahon tells the referee to reverse his decision, the match is now No-DQ! Daniel Bryan is trying to get up but Shane beats him down with the kendo stick. The Authors of Pain hit Last Chapter to Bryan, they hit it on Sabin, and all three of them beat down Shelley. Last Chapter to Shelley, and now Shane McMahon hits the top rope. Shane-O-Mac Elbow Drop to Shelley!

The Architects of Flight vs. MNM
John Morrison and Joey Mercury are reuniting for a tag team match here in NXT! Morrison stalls to pose early, but Mann and Rush dominate with their quickness. The Architects of Flight bust out the Rockers old hiptoss into a double elbowdrop into a kip up. Ricochet launches Rush onto MNM, but he misses a flying crossbody, and MNM take over. Melina is coming down now! Rush and Morrison knock heads for a double KO, and Rush gets the hot tag. Rush cleans house but falls victim to the Snapshot. Mann makes the save at the last possible second. Rush rolls up Morrison, but the ref is arguing with Mercury. MNM takes over on Rush this time. MNM takes turns tossing Rush into each other’s boots, but Lio reverses a final attempt and tosses Morrison into Mercury. HOT TAG TO RICOCHET! Trevor Mann cleans house and gets a close two off an Oklahoma Roll. Mann dropsaults off Morrison onto Mercury, but Melina breaks up the count with the PRIMAL SCREAM! They do the Ultimate Warrior/Rick Rude spot with Morrison breaking up a suplex. Mann kicks out, though. An MNM doubleteams backfires, and Mercury knocks Morrison onto Melina. Mann rolls up Mercury in a Jackknife for the win!

~ The new NXT Champion, Aleister Black, comes down to the ring with the NXT Championship around his waist.

UNITED KINGDOM NUMBER ONE CONTENDER MATCH:
Johnny Gargano vs. Roderick Strong
Roddy with an early arm bar before Gargano takes him down and applies a wristlock. Roddy comes back with a backbreaker for two, then they trade off on chops before Roddy gets a pendulum backbreaker for two. More chops before Roddy stomps Gargano, then we get back from a break to see Johnny fight out of a stretch submission. Johnny catches Roddy with a sucker punch, then Gargano knees him in the face and connects with a kneelift and a German suplex for two. Johnny kicks out of a backbreaker before connecting with a rolling kick, then he follows up with a lariat for two. Roddy comes back and hits a couple of kneelifts in the corner, then ends it with a inverted slam and End Of Heartache.

TAG TEAM MATCH:
TM61 def. The Ealy Brothers
Thorne and Miller hit a double elbow smash, then Thorne takes it outside and hits a dive off of the apron. Miller comes in and connects with a corner clothesline, then he throws a few forearm shots before the Ealys pull a switcharoo.

Gabriel attacks Miller before Muriel splashes him, then they slam his head on the mat and get a two count. Gabriel punches Miller in the corner before Miller comes back with a clothesline, then Thorne knocks Muriel off the apron and charges the corner. Thorne avoids a corner splash and the Ealys collide, then Thorne hits a release suplex and Miller splashes him for two. Thorne and Miller send Muriel outside, then hit Gabriel with Thunder Valley for the win.

It was a mighty impressive win, which made it even more fitting when, in a post-match interview backstage, the Australian duo announced that they will now be known as “The Mighty.”

NXT WOMEN'S CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH:
Shayna Baszler (c) vs. Kharma
Baszler comes out, being shown from backstage heading to the ring, ala UFC. Pre-match intros for this one. Baszler messes with Kharma early with her speed. Kharma avoids a PK, then gets out of the Kirifuda Clutch and hits a bunch of chops, sending Baszler outside. Kharma then wipes out Baszler with a clothesline. Baszler comes back with a knee strikes and a big chest kick for 2. Baszler stands on Kharma’s fingers and stomps down on the elbow, the same thing she did to break Dakota Kai’s arm on NXT TV. Baszler continues the attack on Kharma’s arm. Baszler pulls on the arm and wrist of Kharma, followed by a big kick. Baszler kicks at Kharma disrespectfully, but Kharma comes back with a punch. Kharma with a huge Samoan Drop! She is now going and connects with a splash. Kharma misses a second one, and Shayna heads up top for a leg drop and hits it, but hurts her leg in the process! Byron Saxton: Boy are you right! We have an epic Fatal Four Way tonight for the WWE Championship with Shinsuke Nakamura defending the WWE Championship for his first time against AJ Styles, Chad Gable, and Shelton Benjamin. Gable and Benjamin have been on a tear as of late with both men picking up singles wins against AJ Styles to get into this match as they have felt disrespected by Smackdown and the WWE.


Corey Graves: They should feel disrespected, Byron! They have been screwed out of opportunities time and time again! Now they both have a chance to become WWE Champion! That is our Main Event for tonight, but up next is a complete grudge Steel Cage Match! The Animal Batista is trying to show that he still belongs after beating Jinder Mahal at WrestleMania in a surprise return, and Jinder Mahal is trying to retire The Animal.





STEEL CAGE MATCH:
Jinder Mahal vs. Batista
The bell rings and Batista goes after Mahal right away throwing right hands. Mahal drops Batista with an elbow and calls for the door to be opened. Mahal tries to escape and Batista cuts him off. Batista is now trying to escape and Mahal cuts him off. Batista sends Mahal face first into the cage wall. Mahal is holding the ankle of Batista to prevent him from crawling out. Mahal is working over the left arm of Batista dropping knees. Mahal keeps working the left arm of Batista applying pressure. Mahal calls for the door to be opened. Batista with a spinebuster on Mahal as the door shuts. Batista is kicking the face and chest of Mahal. Batista is holding the ropes. Mahal lifts up The Animal and slams him back down hard. Mahal is going for the door and Batista cuts him off. Batista and Mahal are staring each other down. The crowd is getting a bit hostile. Batista catches Mahal with a powerslam favoring his left shoulder. Batista with another spinebuster on Mahal. Mahal with a jumping knee countering an spear attempt by Batista. Batista counters Mahal's finisher and connects with an spear out of no where! Batista is looking amped up! He goes for the Batista Bomb, but Jinder Mahal takes him down, and catapults Batista into the cage wall! Batista comes backing up to Jinder who connects with the Khallas!

They circle the ring and lock up. They fight for positioning before Big E powers him to the corner and gives a clean break. They lock up again, and Orton applies a side headlock. Big E whips him off and shoulder blocks him down. Orton quickly slides back and out of the ring before anything else can happen. They lock up again, and Big E applies a side headlock this time. Orton fights up and whips him off. Orton leapfrogs him, and Big E takes him down with a shoulder block. Orton gets out of the ring again to regroup. Orton takes a few moments before getting in the ring. Orton kicks and clubs Big E down before punching him in the face a few times. Orton relaxes on the ropes and looks at the crowd. Orton stomps his face before picking him up to knee him in the midsection. Orton uppercuts him before wrenching the arm and head-butting him. Orton hits the ropes, and Big E takes him down with a shoulder block for a one count.

Big E gets himself fired up, and he drops Orton with a pair of clotheslines and a belly-to-belly side suplex. Big E jumps over him twice before hitting a big splash for a near fall. Big E picks him up, and he hits his trademark backbreaker. Orton kicks him in the ribs and hits a hanging DDT. Orton taunts the crowd before dropping down in position for an RKO. Big E gets to his feet, and he pushes Orton to the corner as he tries for an RKO. Big E avalanches him in the corner. Orton drops to the mat. Langston goes to pick him up, but Orton pokes him in the eye and goes for the RKO, but Big E with his strength hoists Orton up into the Big Ending!

This is an interesting match-up. We have the vacated Smackdown Live Tag Team Championships, and this is the third time we have seen The Motor City Machine Guns in a WWE ring. Shelley tries to chop down the oak tree that is Rezar by kicking at his leg over and over again. Rezar double legs Shelley. Shelley trips Rezar into a triangle. Rezar escapes. Shelley rolls to the outside to slow things down. Shelley gets back into the ring. as Rezar charges in Shelley backs into his own corner and tags in Sabin. Rezar picks up Sabin and drives him into his corner. Akam and Rezar beat down Sabin. Sabin manages to knee Akam in the get and tag Shelley back in. Akam flapjacks Shelley.Motor City attempt to hit a double team, but Akam and Rezar bulldoze them right down. Sabin runs into the ring. Rezar stares him down. Sabin backs up and Rezar pulls him out of the ring and wheelbarrow slams him into the barricade. This match has been all AOP. Akam and Rezar hits a backbreaker second rope stomp combo.

Rezar catch Sabin with a big boot. Shelley runs in and Rezar turns him inside out with a lariat. Sabin knees Rezar in the head again. Shelley locks in another kneebar on Akam. Sabin jumps on Rezar’s back and slaps on a sleeper. Rezar gets to his feet and slams Sabin on to Shelley to break both submissions holds. Shelley and Akam get to their feet. Shelley lays into Akam with leg kicks. Akam fires up and suplexes Shelley. Sabin tries to attack Akam from the apron. Akam catches Sabin’s leg and destroys him with a clothesline. The AOP try the Super Collider but Shelley hurricanranas Akam into Rezar. Sabin and Shelley nail a Dual Super Kicks!

The bell rings, and they circle the ring with kendo sticks in hand. They both hit each other a few times before Shane hits Daniel's stick out of his hand, and Daniel kicks Shane's to the outside. The now lock up and tussle for position before Shane pushes him into the ropes. Rollins releases him, and Bryan pushes him. Shane applies a side headlock, but Bryan whips him off. Shane shoulder blocks him down before trying for a hip toss, but Shane blocks it. Bryan flips over, drops down, and twists his arm. Bryan hits an over the shoulder arm breaker. Bryan repeats the move, and Shane grabs his arm in pain. Bryan punches him before sending him into the ropes. Bryan lowers his head and eats a kick. Bryan counters a clothesline and his a double under-hook suplex into an arm bar! Shane quickly gets to the ropes to break the hold. Bryan kicks him in the arm a few times before wrenching the arm. Bryan applies a hammerlock, but Shane throws him out of the ring. Shane stalks Daniel on the outside and hits Daniel a few times with a kendo stick. You can see the welts on Bryan! Shane with a few more shots! Bryan trips Shane into the steel steps! Bryan now has the kendo stick! Bryan is going off on the back of McMahon!

Bryan rolls Shane back into the ring and goes to the top rope. Shane crotches him on the top rope. Shane goes for a super hurricanrana, but Bryan slips out and crotches him. Bryan then hits a ridiculous super back suplex for a near fall! The crowd chants, “This is awesome!” Bryan waits for Shane to get up and leads the entire arena in a “YES!” chant. Bryan goes for the Busaiku Knee Kick, but Shane counters into a turnbuckle powerbomb for a near fall! Another “This is awesome” chant breaks out. Shane goes to pick him up, but Bryan applies the YES Lock! Shane takes a few moments, but he claws his way to the bottom rope to break the hold. Shane rolls out of the ring, and hits Daniel once with a kendo stick shot to the head! Bryan gets hulked up and the entire arena doing a loud “YES!” chant before Shane looks confused and comes charging in the ring with a kendo stick, but Bryan destroys Shane with the Busaiku Knee Kick for the win!

Tanner Allen and Brandon Burkett are making their in-ring debuts. As Dolph and Roode are making their ways to the ring Tanner decides to show off his athletic ability and takes out Dolph Ziggler and Bobby Roode with a big suicide dive. Burkett and Roode open the match. Lots of back and forth action between the two. Brandon shows his power early on. Tag to Dolph Ziggler and Burkett with a quick side slam. Brandon goes up top and misses a top rope clothesline. Ziggler with a Fameasser and Tanner breaks up the pinfall attempt. Ziggler with a huge dropkick to Tanner and Tanner rolls out of the ring. Brandon catches Ziggler with an uppercut as he came off the top rope. Roode with a spinebuster shocking Brandon. Roode does his Glorious pose, but Brandon counters out and tosses Roode over the top rope. Tanner with a flying knee off the ring apron to Bobby on the outside. Ziggler connects with the Zig Zag on Brandon, covers and gets a close two count. Ziggler misses a shot and Brandon with a big boot. Brandon follows with a 1916. Tanner off the top rope with a frog-splash! The two head to the outside and connect with a double spinebuster to Bobby Roode through an announce table!











~ Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens are here! They have huge smiles on their faces, and are making their way down to the ring. Owens hands Tanner a huge wad of cash, and BA Industries head to the back! Kevin Owens with a Pop-Up Powerbomb to Dolph Ziggler! Sami Zayn is measuring up Bobby Roode, and a Helluva Kick on the outside against the barricade!




Kevin Owens: WE'RE BACK! *laughs* did you honestly think we would be gone? We are made men here in the WWE, and we are two of the best they got. They won't let us leave even if we wanted!



Sami Zayn: Bobby Roode, you have something we want. We are coming for that United States Title of yours. See you on Tuesday!








FATAL FOUR WAY MATCH - WWE CHAMPIONSHIP:
Shinsuke Nakamura (c) vs. AJ Styles vs. Chad Gable vs. Shelton Benjamin
Chad Gable opens the match and is attacking Shinsuke Nakamura. Gable brings Nakamura down working his left arm. Nakamura flip counters and works over the left arm of Gable. Nakamura pushes Gable to the ropes, backs off and does his “COME ON” taunt. Benjamin and Styles are throwing some stiff strikes in the corner of the ring, as Shelton misses a kick and AJ takes them both outside of the ring. Nakamura brings Chad to the corner and AJ Styles back suplexes Shinsuke to the outside. Styles catches Gable with a big dropkick. Gable tries to roll away and Styles cuts that off bringing him back to the corner and now Nakamura is back in and throws Styles into the corner. Gable pushes Nakamura to the corner and in comes Shelton who immediately throws body shots and kicks to Nakamura. Gable is enjoying this as he chops away at Nakamura. Back to Shelton who chops Nakamura as well. Nakamura with big forearms and knees to Shelton. Gable is sent out as Shelton takes out Nakamura with a kick. Shelton is yelling at Gable to get back in the ring. Nakamura sends Shelton outside. Shelton starts arguing with Gable asking why he wasn’t coming back in. AJ Styles takes flight and takes them both out with a suicide dive! AJ Styles throws Chad Gable on top of the non-broken announce table and connects with a Styles' Clash through it! Shelton inside of the ring connects with a T-Bone suplex sending Nakamura out of the ring, and AJ and Shelton make eye contact.

Shelton catches AJ and has a headlock applied on Styles. Styles with body shots and a big clothesline that drops Shelton. Styles with his sitdown flying forearm to Benjamin. Styles with a shot in the corner, tries to get Shelton up and then plants him face first over the mat. Gable is back in and breaks up the pinfall attempt by Styles. Gable throws tons of rights over Styles. Chad with a back body drop on Styles. Gable has Styles in a headlock. AJ gets out of the headlock, but Shelton is back in hitting a T-Bone over Styles for a two count. Chad is pissed Shelton would take the cover without telling him, Shelton slaps the chest of Gable. Chad slaps the chest of Shelton. Chad and Shelton are arguing. Styles rolls up Shelton for a two count after hitting them causing Gable to get knocked out of the ring. Shelton levels Styles with a big dropkick. Shinsuke Nakamura with a Kinshasa on the outside to Gable! Shelton is unaware and drops the gut of Styles over his knee and connects with a splash in the corner for a two count. Shelton with a shot to Nakamura in the corner. Styles with a Pele Kick. AJ is going for the Phenomenal Forearm, but Nakamura kicks him in the head mid jump causing AJ to crash to the outside! Shinsuke is setting up Shelton in the ring, and Nakamura connects with Kinshasa!

That tag team match was just fun, and I think AOP just were too over confident like Shane was.

CM Punk: It feels so good to be back here on Monday Night Raw, but it is going to feel even better when I have the Universal Championship around my waist. However, let's go ahead and talk about what happened. Last week I got my *** handed to me by Braun Strowman for the championship, so the next night I gave him some payback. He grabbed me and he ragged out me around ringside and he hit me with his best shot over and over and over and over until I was a broken heap laying right here ringside. Every time he'd grab me I felt his power, and I knew obviously I was dealing with a genetically gifted freak athlete. But no matter how far he threw me, no matter how hard he hit me or how— how fast he snatched me up onto his shoulders and how quick he Powerslammed me... I got up. And yeah, here we are exactly one week later, still 13 staples in my head. I got a severely messed up ankle, I got messed up ribs, my elbow is messed up. Hell, maybe I shouldn't even be here at all. I feel like I was in a car accident, but you know what? I'm still standing! And that's the thing about a Braun Strowman beatdown. He can beat me down, but he cannot keep me down. Braun in two weeks it is me and you in a Last Man Standing Match for the Universal Championship!









Braun Strowman: CM Punk, last week you did as well as anyone before you and tried to keep me down. In two weeks at Great Balls of Fire, you will catch these hands, and be put down for good! *Raises up the Universal Championship*

Kurt Angle: The Revival have looked amazing in their last two matches. Capturing and defending the Raw Tag Team Championships against The Kings of Wrestling. Now, this week we will have The Kings of Wrestling taking on The Good Brothers of the Balor Club, and The Broken Hardys taking on my son, Jason Jordan and Lars Sullivan. The two winning teams will meet next week, and who wins from there will have a championship opportunity at Great Balls of Fire!





TAG TEAM MATCH:
The Good Brothers w/Finn Balor vs. The Kings of Wrestling
We start with Cesaro and Karl Anderson. Anderson lands a big right early. Ohno tags himself in. Cesaro catches Anderson in mid air hitting a backbreaker and Kassius connects with a knee off the ropes. Quick tag back to Cesaro who connects with a double stomp over Anderson after Ohno set it up with a rolling senton. Anderson with a kick to Cesaro in the corner. Tag to Luke Gallows. Gallows drops a big elbow over the chest of Cesaro. Tag back to Anderson who kicks Cesaro in the chest, snapmare and then drops a knee. Tag to Gallows who throws kicks to Cesaro in the corner. Tag to Ohno who connects with a springboard shoulder tackle over the top rope on Gallows. Kassius with a full body splash on Gallows in the corner, goes up top and connects with a flying clothesline for a two count. Ohno with forearm shots to Gallows against the ropes. Cesaro is chasing down Anderson. Gallows with a huge kick to the head of Ohno sending him to the outside.

- Commercial Break -

We return live as Gallows splashes Ohno in the corner and both Gallows and Anderson hit a modified 3D on Ohno for a close two count. Gallows tags in Anderson and yells at him to finish it. Gallows misses a shot on Cesaro in the corner. Kassius with a big scoop powerslam on Gallows. Hot tag to Cesaro. Tag to Anderson. Cesaro with running uppercuts and even more uppercuts in the corner to Anderson. Cesaro with a big dropkick that results in a two count. Cesaro has Anderson down, avoids a shot from Gallows and dropkicks Gallows through the ropes. Cesaro with a drop toe hold on Anderson. Cesaro connects with the Swiss-19! Cesaro goes up top and takes out Gallows on the outside. Cesaro catches Anderson with an uppercut cutting off a suicide dive attempt. Back inside, Cesaro catches Anderson with a springboard uppercut for a two count. Cesaro has Anderson down again and this time executes the Cesaro Swing. Cesaro has the Sharpshooter locked in and Gallows kicks him in the face to break it up. Anderson with a cover and Cesaro kicks out. Cesaro with uppercuts to Anderson. Cesaro kicks Gallows in the corner. Anderson with a spinebuster on Cesaro and Ohno breaks up the pinfall. Kassius Ohno tackles Gallows and throws rights. Ohno with a big forearm to Anderson. The referee tries to break it up and he takes out the referee by mistake. Anderson sends Ohno into the steel ring post. Magic Killer by Anderson and Gallows on Cesaro. The referee is still down. A new referee runs down the ramp, slides in and Anderson gets the pinfall!

Finn Balor: My boys, the Goodbrothers just got it done in the ring right now, and next week will meet a inferior tag team in which they will win again, and in two weeks will meet The Revival at Great Balls of Fire and become two time Raw Tag Team Champions! For right now, however, I am about to become a two time Cruiserweight Champion!




ONE ON ONE MATCH - CRUISERWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP:
Hideo Itami(c) vs. Finn Balor w/The Goodbrothers
The bell rings, and they lock up. They tussle around for position before Itami backs him up into the ropes before giving a clean break. Balor shoves him. They lock up, and Balor hooks the arm. Itami turns it on him and applies an arm bar. Balor twists out and works on the arm. Neville is seen watching backstage. Balor punches Itami down. Hideo quickly sends him into the ropes and hits a back elbow. Itami chops the chest and hits a snapmare before kicking him in the back. Itami boots him in the chest and puts him in the corner. Hideo punches him down and stomps away. Hideo chops the chest twice before having a whip reversed. Balor rolls through a sunset flip and dropkicks him. Balor throws him out of the ring and dropkicks him off the apron. Balor gets on the apron and hits a running kick to the face.

- Commercial Break -

We come back from the break to see Balor trapped in a neck vice. Balor tries to fight out, but Itami keeps him grounded. Itami drags him toward the apron, goes outside, and hits a running knee to the head. Hideo gets in the ring and picks up a two count. Itami goes right back to the chin lock. Balor fights up and punches out, but Itami hits a reverse STO into the corner. Balor avoids a knee and boots him back. Balor hits a pair of running forearms before having a whip reversed. Balor then takes him down with a flying forearms. Balor chops the chest before having a whip reversed. Hideo boots him and goes to the top rope. Balor quickly hits an enzuigiri, pulls him into the middle of the ring, and hits a falling elbow drop for a near fall. Balor counters a suplex and goes for a 1916, but Itami gets out. They throw some hard forearms before wiping each other out with dual overhead kicks. They slowly get up, and Itami goes for the GTS, but Balor moves. Balor rolls him up for a near fall. Balor kicks him and hits a Sling Blade before trying for a dropkick, but Itami superkicks him for a near fall.

They slowly get to their feet. Itami looks at his hand and hits a running forearm in the corner. Hideo his a second stiff forearm. Hideo goes for a third, but Balor moves and kicks him in the head. Balor goes to the top rope, but Itami elbows him. Itami tries for a superplex, but Balor fights out and knocks him to the mat. Itami quickly back up top, but Anderson hits the apron, and Itami kicks him off onto Gallows! A super inside cradle by Itami to Balor!

Nese snaps him off the top rope and clotheslines him down. Drew Gulak tags in and clubs Alexander in the back for a one count. Gulak puts him on the top rope and clotheslines him off. Alexander legitimately nearly lands on his head. Nese is tagged in and applies a body scissor. Alexander fights out and boots him back. Ali and Gulak are tagged in. Ali hits a pair of shoulder blocks before hitting a dropkick. Gulak reverses a whip, but Ali comes back with a back elbow. Ali hits a tornado DDT, but Nese breaks up the pin. Alexander knocks Nese out of the ring and hits a summersault senton. Ali hits a cross-body block, but Gulak kicks out. Gulak turns Ali inside out with a clothesline. Alexander manages to tag in and hits Gulak with a Lumbar Check for the win.

After last weeks attack by Bayley to Asuka, it will be interesting to see what happens here tonight. Paige also has made her way down to ringside before the bell has rang.

They circle the ring and try for a lock up, but Bayley scurries back. Asuka quickly takes her down and applies a chin lock. Bayley gets out and applies a hammerlock. Asuka fights out, but Bayley hooks a side headlock. Asuka whips her off and no sells and shoulder block. Bayley punches her, but Asuka punches harder and takes her down. Bayley quickly hooks another side headlock. Asuka whips her off and blocks a hip toss. Asuka then hits a hip toss and kicks her in the back a few times. Bayley reverses a whip to the corner, but eats a boot. Asuka goes to the second rope, but Bayley knocks her off and to the floor. Bayley then hits a baseball slide into a hurricanrana on the floor. Bayley gets her in the ring, but Asuka quickly comes to and knocks her to the floor. Asuka gets out of the ring, but Bayley throws her into the barricade in desperation.

We come back from the break to see Bayley applying a bear hug. Asuka fights up and elbows out. Asuka hits the ropes and goes for a running hip attack, but Bayley counters into a belly to back suplex for a near fall. Bayley punches away at Asuka for a two count. Bayley goes back to the bear hug, but Asuka fights out and boots her back. Asuka then knees her in the face. Asuka kicks her in the midsection before kicking her in the neck. Asuka hits a running hip attack and follows up with a sliding knee to the face for a near fall. Bayley sidesteps a dropkick and kicks her in the head for a near fall. Bayley puts her on the apron and goes for a neckbreaker off the ropes, but Asuka counters with an Asuka Lock. Bayley quickly snaps her off the top rope and knocks her to the floor. Bayley comes off the apron into a knee from Asuka. Asuka gets her in the ring for a near fall. Asuka kicks away at her before Bayley counters into a jackknife pin for a two count. Asuka gets out of Bayley-To-Belly and tries for an Asuka Lock, but Bayley counters into a pin for a close near fall. Asuka then hooks on the arm bar! Paige is in the ring, and nails Asuka right in the gut! RAM-PAIGE onto Asuka! Bayley is getting to her feet, and she meets the same fate!

~ The New Day are walking around backstage soaking in Big E's victory two days ago against the Viper, Randy Orton. Rusev and Aiden English come up to them. Rusev asks what’s wrong with them. Tag Gold could be at their doorsteps. Woods says they’re ready to fight no matter what. Rusev says they are an overrated tag team that are dumb and naive like children. Only one day matters – Aiden English sings, “Rusev Day.” Rusev tears off Big E's Booty O's shirt. Big E is furious and challenges him to a match. Rusev accepts.



ONE ON ONE MATCH:
Big E w/The New Day vs. Rusev w/Aiden English
The bell rings, and Rusev smacks Big E’s face. Big E attacks, applies an abdominal stretch, and stomps him down in the corner. Rusev goes to the apron, and Big E blocks a punch. Rusev then grabs the arm and yanks it off the middle rope before sending him shoulder-first into the ring post.

- Commercial Break -

We come back from the break to see Rusev applying an arm bar. Big E fights up and hits a pair of belly-to-belly overhead suplexes before hitting a belly-to-belly side suplex. Big E connects with a big splash and sets up for the end. Rusev slides out of a Big Ending and boots him back. Big E ducks an attack, but Rusev kicks him. Big E then powers him down with a uranage out of nowhere. Aiden English gets on the microphone and sings about Rusev Day again. Xavier Woods cuts him off with a trombone. English attacks him. Kofi Kingston chases English into the ring. Charles Robinson keeps Kingston back and admonishes him. Big E hits English with a Big Ending. Rusev then superkicks him from behind and picks up the victory.

Rezar takes him down and punches away at him. Akam tags in, and they hit a sidewalk slam/diving leg drop combo. Rezar then big boots Road Dogg off the apron. Rezar tags in, and AOP hits The Last Chapter for the win.

Lynch pulls her to the apron and goes for a suplex, but Rousey blocks it. Ronda knocks her back and hits a suplex off the apron to the floor! The referee begins to count them out, but Rousey rolls in at eight. Lynch rolls in at nine. Lynch yells saying she will defeat Rousey. Ronda wildly strikes away at her before taking her down. Rousey lets out a primal scream and goes for the arm-bar. Lynch counters up, and puts Rousey on the turnbuckle, Rousey knees Lynch in the face and climbs up the rest of the way. Ronda then floors her with a missile dropkick. Ronda gets her in a surfboard and stomps away at the left shoulder. Ronda pulls her to the corner, but Lynch chops away at her. Becky then climbs the ropes and nearly slips, but she recovers and WAIT! OH MY G--! RONDA ROUSEY FLYING UP AND NAILS A COMBO SENDING LYNCH TO THE MAT IN AN ARM-BAR! Lynch is tapping out immediately!

Mahal with a shoulder check that sends Roode flying off the ring apron to the barricade below. Back inside, Mahal immediately applies the abdominal stretch. Mahal catches Roode with a knee and dropkick to the back combo. Mahal drops repeated knees over the ribs of Roode using the ropes. Roode powers back up and throws a big chop to Mahal. Mahal catches Roode with a high knee, goes for a cover and Roode finds the will to kick out. Mahal puts his knee into the back of Roode and pulls back on his arms. Roode fights out, throws a chop, rolls up Mahal and gets a two count. Mahal levels Roode with a kick to the head. Roode still kicks out. Mahal applies more pressure with his knee to the ribs of Roode. Mahal with stomps. Roode clotheslines Mahal over the top rope. Roode jumps off the ring apron and catches Mahal with a clothesline on the outside. Roode tosses Mahal back in, goes up to the top rope, goes for a cross body, Mahal catches Roode on the way down and goes for a pinfall. Roode kicks out. Roode catches Mahal with a knee. Roode clotheslines Mahal in the corner. Roode catches Mahal with boots in the corner, gets up on the second rope and connects with a Blockbuster! Roode hooks the leg and Mahal gets a shoulder up. Mahal counters a Glorious DDT attempt into a sitdown pinfall. Roode kicks out. We get a double clothesline between Roode and Mahal. Both men are down. Roode with a spinebuster on Mahal. Mahal with a roll up for a two count. Mahal with a kick, goes for Khallas and Roode counters looking for the Glorious DDT, and connects!






Bobby Roode is looking all over the arena for Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn! He backs up into the Khallas!

AJ Styles vs. Daniel Bryan
The bell rings and it’s the main event. Both men lock up and a headlock by AJ. Bryan sends AJ to the ropes and AJ shoulders him down. A quick take down by Styles but Bryan gets out of it. A kick to the back by Daniel Bryan onto AJ Styles. An arm bar by Daniel followed by several uppercuts. Bryan runs to the ropes and a drop kick by Styles takes Daniel Bryan to the outside. AJ Styles jumps over the ropes and a forearm onto the outside.

- Commercial Break -

Back from commercial and both men are in the ring. A running elbow by Daniel Bryan onto AJ Styles. With AJ in the corner, Daniel runs and delivers a running kick to the head. And some kicks to the chest by Daniel Bryan onto AJ. Daniel goes for one last kick but Styles with the dragon screw takes him down to reverse it.

AJ sends Daniel Bryan to the turn buckle, AJ runs behind him but Daniel flips over him off the top rope. He lands holding his knee in pain and AJ goes behind Daniel and takes him down. Back up, Daniel applies an arm bar on AJ but AJ reverses it into a counter and Daniel counters that. AJ reverses Daniel’s reversal and goes for the cover but a quick kick out. Both men back up and a huge clothesline by AJ takes Daniel out. Styles on the ring apron, he goes for the phenomenal forearm but Bryan lands a kick on him and takes AJ out. Daniel goes for the kick but Styles catches him and tries to go for the Styles clash but a reversal by Daniel and the Yes lock is applied! AJ Styles reaches the ropes.

Daniel Bryan with the tree of woe onto AJ in the corner and a bunch of kicks. Both men on the top rope now and Daniel goes for the back drop but AJ lands on Daniel Bryan. They both struggle to their feet, and AJ with a pele kick! Styles heads to the apron, AJ goes for the Phenomenal Forearm! Daniel Counters it into the YES! Lock! AJ has nowhere to go, AJ has nowhere to go! AJ flips Daniel over for the cover, Bryan breaks and comes running with the Running G.O.A.T!
