I really like that SD Show. Xavier as gm is awesome and opens some interesting story line possibilities. Batista returning to fight Drake? Wonder where that leads.

Glad you liked it! I love Woods, but not as a wrestler. So thought this was a good decision!

Batista returning to face off with Drake Maverick is going to be, hopefully, a fun build for someone.

            Monday Night Raw
            January 6th, 2020

~ Stephanie McMahon is in the ring to begin the show

Stephanie McMahon: After last week it has come to my attention that Monday Night Raw is in need of a general manager. I am glad to announce I have found a very suitable person for that role, and that person is...Lana!

~ Lana makes her way out to the stage

Lana: It is with great honor I take this position on Monday Night Raw! I have accepted this position, and have stepped down as Rusev's manager. I do not wish to ruin our marriage for a potential third time. I will step away from him, and allow him the best in teaming with his very good friend, Aiden English. With that, I have an announcement. I have spoken with general managers Xavier Woods and William Regal, and we have all come to an agreement. Since each of us have nine entrants each in this year's Royal Rumble, each superstar is going to need to earn their way in! That begins tonight. Tonight we have Drew McIntyre versus Randy Orton. The loser will get the dreaded number one entrant, and the winner will also be in the Rumble. Up next we will have Samoa Joe taking on Jinder Mahal since Joe thought he could just enter the Rumble last week!

Singles Match - Royal Rumble Spot
            Samoa Joe vs. Jinder Mahal

            - Mahal comes in and battles with Joe
            - Mahal gets blasted to the outside
            - Joe goes to retrieve Mahal, but gets thrown into the steps, then the barricade
            - Joe just gets back in at eight
            - Mahal works over Joe for a few minutes, beating down Joe
            - Joe works back up, counter out of the Khalis into the Couqina Clutch!

            In-Ring Segment

~ We are back and Becky Lynch is inside of the ring

Becky Lynch: Last week we had a stellar women's match between Naomi and Sarah Logan. And yet, people are blabbering out the returning Ronda Rousey. Eh. What do you want Ronny? I thought I ended your career last year at WrestleMania, why are you back?

            ~ Ronda Rousey comes out

Ronda Rousey: I am back because I need to prove something. Coming here I have a few victories, but I don't have the big win. My biggest win is defeating Alexa Bliss to become Raw Women's Champion. I defeated Charlotte by DQ, and I am not okay with that, and you pinned me in the worst of ways...MY SHOULDERS WERE NOT DOWN! Period. End of story. I should have still be women's champion, and had to vacate the next night due to my broken hand. But yet, in the record books...Becky Lynch pinned Ronda Rousey in the first women main event in WrestleMania HISTORY. I am going to break you arm, Becky, and I am going to do it at the Royal Rumble. I want my rematch.

Becky Lynch: For me, there is two things I want...no NEED to do. Pin or submit Asuka, and kick your sorry arse! You want me at the Royal Rumble!? Well...

~ Lana comes out to the stage

Lana: Yeah, no more will I be allowing superstars to be making their own matches. However, I love this! At the Royal Rumble it will be Becky Lynch taking on Ronda Rousey for the Raw Women's Championship...as long as Rousey defeats Sarah Logan next week! The winner gets Lynch, and the loser is an entrant in the Women's Royal Rumble.

Minor break in the action for about a week or two due to moving and unsure when the internet will all be set up! Solid Monday Night Raw to read over before then!

Re: Rewind | Bard's WWE 2K20 Universe Mode

I really liked this show. May be one of the better reads I can remember on here.

                - Lana as GM works for me. Booking a show becomes easier with a GM and it gives the show some structure. I think she could nail that role too.

                - Really a fan of using Royal Rumble entry spots in match stipulations leading up to the event. Seems like a no brainer (though maybe not something that should be done every year as it does mitigate some of the surprise element)

                - Karl Anderson solo run? Not sure that's necessarily where that's going, but I never watched him in Japan so I'll reserve judgement.

Also that's a great role for Liv Morgan too imo. Good callbacks in the Rousey/Becky promo that gave their program some legs. Overall this felt like a real Monday Night Raw (I know that sounds like an insult but it's not!)

No, man I'll take that as a complete compliment! Lol.

I thought this show ran super well, and was a blast to play and watch!

I think Lana should work super well as a GM, and it gets her off Rusev for awhile which is so much needed.

Liv Morgan I really enjoy, and I think adding her to the women's division will be a breathe if fresh air. Ronda and Becky should light it up if Ronda defeats Logan that is!

Orton is now the #1 entrant in the 2020 Rumble.
