Re: 2010 Recruiting Thread
Not exactly USC, Florida, and Texas, but certainly not our lists of Southern Alabama, Wake Forest, and Miami (OH) last year.
The Alabama Rivals guy should also work on writing complete sentences. Just because Alabama is the school of Forest Gump doesn't mean that its representatives need to act like a bunch of gumps.Last edited by Cebby; 07-27-2009, 08:40 PM.Comment

He resisted committing early, instead waiting until mid-July to make his decision.
It's crazy how early players commit nowadays.WUSTLComment

Either way, we get a great receiver. He reminds me a lot of Santonio Holmes based on measurables, I didn't watch his film because I considered him a longshot.Ohio State Buckeyes | Carolina Panthers | Charlotte Hornets | Cincinnati RedsComment

Re: 2010 Recruiting Thread
I gotta say, Doug Marrone is doing a pretty good job right now of Recruiting at Syracuse. According to Scout, Syracuse has the 56th best class right now, which is not too shabby considering what he walked into. This Class includes 3- 3 star players but most importantly he is Recruiting NYS again. Hopefully SU can finish this class of strong, get more than 3 wins this season, and keep up the momentum.
Marrone is also trying to get a NYS All-Star game pitting Upstate Vs Downstate at the Carrier DOme, that would be huge for NYS recruiting. My dog's butt smells like cookiesComment

Re: 2010 Recruiting Thread
And Seminole Showcase opens up with a commitment from Byrnes (SC) DE Corey Miller....only a matter of time before Marcus Lattimore and Brandon Willis fall in line with this. Jimbo Fisher has built a tremendous relationship with the Byrnes coaching staff which will pay off big time down the road.
So is Lattimore messing around when he lists his final five (which doesn't include Florida State) and says his list won't be changing again?Comment

Re: 2010 Recruiting Thread
Nice to see he still has love for AU. If we can get him on campus late I think we have a good shot. He seems to give rave reviews after his visits to Auburn. I think the fact that we are also recruiting Seastrunk and Dyer hard kind of dissuades him from Auburn.
I wouldn't bet against SC, though, especially after what they did with Eric Mack.Last edited by auburntigersfan; 08-01-2009, 07:54 PM.WUSTLComment

Re: 2010 Recruiting Thread
Marcus Lattimore did not eliminate Florida State. He will commit to Florida St and take the best WR and QB of all time with him.
And imperialist Florida will lose to Charleston and Troy.Comment

Reasoning for FSU being left out.
