Re: 2010 Recruiting Thread
Ooooooh good idea Psy.
AA, you up for an avatar bet with it?
If Lattimore signs with Auburn, I'll sport an Auburn avatar of your choice for 2 weeks.
If Lattimore signs elsewhere, you'll sport an Alabama avatar of my choice for 10 days.Twitter

Re: 2010 Recruiting Thread
this is why I never understand why kids go to schools like that, you see they have 4 young rbs that were 5*'s or whatever and you'll likely be behind them for 2-3 years, why not go to one of the other big time schools and start right away, same with other big positions...Comment

Re: 2010 Recruiting Thread
Haven't turned him down.
But none of our coaching staff has been to Temple to see him in person since the contact period began. He still gets mail from AU, but the AU coaches aren't pursuing Lache near as vigorously.
By contrast, Malzahn was in Lattimore's house last week.
So no, we haven't turned Lache down, but he is #3 on our board as far as backs go. Dyer was the top target at RB for this staff.
But just like how Dyer wasn't coming to Auburn, and Reed wasn't coming to Auburn, etc. It's no surprise to see folks discounting Latt coming to AU.
It's looking very likely that AU will have a "5 star backfield" next year with Newton, Dyer, and Latt.Last edited by AuburnAlumni; 12-21-2009, 09:34 PM.AUBURN TIGERS
