I hear he wants his year of eligibility back. They are also trying to get Darius Walker to return.

Assuming Florence commits on NSD...that's a strong case for the best DB class in the country. OL class could go from awesome to insane if AU can pull Cyrus or Antonio on NSD.

Nobody in the history of football has ever been excited for their team getting a long snapper. And if he was offered a scholarship it most certainly does take a spot from another player in the class.
Al Groh once also offered a scholly to a long snapper during his tenure at UVa. While Danny Aiken was fine and dandy at that position, it's not surprising that Groh no longer has a job due to recruiting struggles and lack of team success at the tail end of his tenure.

With regard to Virginia's recruiting this year, Rivals has their class pegged at 34th best right now. Which is reasonable for now; I'd like to see Mike London get this number into the top 25 eventually, but then again it's not like Oregon and Boise State have dominated recruiting rankings recently so this number isn't always a great indicator of team success.

FSU picks up no. 7 commitment for 2012... Southlake (Groveland, Fla.) kicker Roberto Aguayo
he is the No. 1 ranked kicker and No. 3 ranked punter nationally in the Class of 2012
It is likely that Aguayo will replace Shawn Powell in 2012 as punter, and then take over kicking duties as well in 2013.
              offers from:

              Florida State
              Alabama
              Auburn
              Clemson

              Georgia
              LSU
              Miami (FL)

                Same as everyone else?

We only have 23 commitments, and at a maximum add 3 more. That's 26, so two below what the SEC allows but 1 over the NCAA allows to enter in one year (someone won't qualify or greyshirt). And with all that we lost this year + attrition from horrible Tubberville classes, we still won't get to 85. So actually, less than we can...

Florence and Gabe Wright are considered AU leans. Only others that might go AU on NSD are Cyrus and Richardson. AU should sign around 26 total this year.

Auburn only had 14 people committed until the first week of January.

With 24 scholarship seniors and 3 juniors leaving, Auburn actually has room for more than a full class.

He's proven he can recruit. That's not the problem. I totally agree with his game day coaching. I hated his playcalling when he was the O. Coord. here and I hate it even more now.

That just has a list of schools he was deciding between. The only one that offered on that list is FSU.

With all of AA's postings it seems as though they already have 30+ commits.
