Re: 2012 Recruiting Thread
Great to see Hoke taking in state recruiting seriously again. I know its not a recruiting hotbed like Florida. But you have got to get the kids at home first and foremost."The academic support at Ohio State, there is no way you can fail. Even if you're giving minimal effort there is no way you can fail."

Re: 2012 Recruiting Thread
FSU picked up a verbal from OL/DL Alphonse Taylor out of Alabama. Big boy I was hoping he would be on the DL but looks like he will be at offensive tackle for the Seminoles.Comment

I guess the real question is how hard his commitment is?

Re: 2012 Recruiting Thread
Ukeme Eligwe out of Georgia commits to FSU. Looks to be the top LB in the state. Nice signing considering the state of Florida is weak this year @ LB position.Comment

Re: 2012 Recruiting Thread
4* QB Jeff Lindquist commits to UW. Big get for the Huskies. With the amount of talent that the state of Washington has in the 2012 class, this could be the start of a HUGE class for the Huskies. Hopefully Lindquist can recruit Josh Garnett and Zach Banner to block for him.

There could be a ton of competition by the linebackers to get on the field over the next few years. I see that as a good thing.NFL: Indianapolis Colts (12-6)

Lindquist has a lot of similarities to Jake Locker. Great kid, good size, strong arm and can run a bit, too.
The Huskies could end up hauling in a massive class if they can keep the in-state talent home. Zach Banner and Garnett are monsters.Comment

Re: 2012 Recruiting Thread
Michigan could possibly get some good news from 2 recruits this week, and I think at least one is supposed to be a high profile Midwest guy.
Meanwhile Purdue only has one unranked commit.NFL: Indianapolis Colts (12-6)
