I guess Clowney was on a roll

"You can see in his eyes that he's scared of our D-line," Clowney said of Clemson quarterback Tajh Boyd, who he sacked 4.5 times last season. "He is scared every time we play them. I know he's listening to this right now, but I'm telling the truth."

Clowney didn't reserve all his disdain for Boyd. He also included Georgia's Aaron Murray and Nebraska's Taylor Martinez on his list of "scared" quarterbacks. - CBS Sports

AJ McCarron all but threw Johnny Football under the bus today. Was pretty obvious who he was referring to.

Some of the current players who joined the lawsuit against the NCAA and EA for their likeliness have been named.

Jake Fischer and Jake Smith of Arizona, Darius Robinson of Clemson, Chase Garnham of Vanderbilt, Moses Alipate and Victor Keise of Minnesota.

I read the ESPN article, and Fischer claiming that student-athletes don't have access to quality education blew my mind.
All of it blows my mind. They are getting paid already, tuition is expensive. They are 20 year olds basically getting $20,000+ a year at minimum. Concerned about your health and safety? Then don't play football. A lot of the concerns I saw brought up could've come about at any level. Lingering injury could happen the first play in a NFL game, or in a high school game, college.

College athletes have an even better access to quality education as they can usually get free tutors, etc. Its just that many out there choose BS majors.

I went to a Division 1-AA school out of high school and was given a free tutor, as well as every other football player, the second we stepped foot on campus.

What Fischer is saying makes absolutely no sense.

As you said, most go out and choose BS majors. It seems like every time they show a player during a game, and show his Major, it's Communications.

ESPN made it sound a lot worse than it actually was. When the questions were directly related to Manziel when asked by a reporter, he kept declining to comment on it.

I listened to some of it live and then heard ESPN's take later. Their guys were trying to turn it into AJ vs Manziel. They plugged two soundbites together to make it sound worse, when they were answers to two seperate questions at different times. Shady work ESPN, shady ****ing work.. lol.

I just wonder why McCaran sounded so high and mighty. "I've always done the right thing". Lol, ok.

I think AJ answered his questions very well. He's the exact type of kid I'd want running my team. I did notice that ESPN tried to make it "Johnny vs. AJ." That wasn't my first impression at all when I watched AJ speak.

Morrison -- a 6-foot-1, 230-pound sophomore expected to be the Gators' starting middle linebacker this season -- told the officers he barked at the dog because the dog barked at him first.
                                Well, that's seems reasonable.
