Yeah that's some garbage you made up. And you're lucky that Miami doesn't play Florida every year. Saves you all from a beat down.

Point being, there are teams outside of the South. The SEC is a great conference no doubt, it's just getting too much hype now.
Too much hype? 7 national titles in a row son. There's no such thing as too much hype when a league accomplishes that. These other great teams out there that you speak of have gotten their shot in the BCS title game an have been defeated.

The guy below you said SEC teams don't fall far because they lose to higher ranked teams....isn't that the whole point you and I were making?

When six SEC start the year in the top 12, they're all going to end ranked highly just because their losses will be to each other.

Louisville was never even talked about until the dominated a Florida team that was very close to playing for the national title. Same thing happened when Utah dominated Bama in the Sugar bowl a few years back.

The SEC is really good but they do have a monopoly of sorts since they all start out ranked high.

LSU had their fans full with Ole Miss because every game in the SEC is tough. Texas goes on the road and absolutely destroys Ole Miss and its "well, Ole Miss isn't a good SEC team."

        There is a double standard.

As for Auburn in 04, while they were playing the Citadel, OU was playing Oregon OOC. That's why OU got in. Yes, the system sucks, we have already had those arguments. Even I thought Auburn got screwed but either way someone was going to get screwed.
LMAO at an Oklahoma fan talking about Florida's loss to Lousiville and LSU's to Clemson. You must have forgotten about Big Game Bob and all the embarrassing losses that OU has in BCS games .

Florida and Alabama lost to two teams that they shouldn't have and even though it sounds ridiculous, neither team gave a crap about the Sugar Bowl. Winning the Sugar Bowl is the holy grail to Lousiville and Utah, both Florida an Alabama have won plenty.

Florida had a tougher schedule than last year than Oklahoma and most other. Trying to twist your argument and use only OOC schedules doesn't work. Beat the man, then you become the man

No but seriously, when is their OOC schedule going to take them out Florida? I'd even be ok with a neutral site.

They haven't been out of Florida for OOC since 1991 (lost 38-21 at Syracuse), so who knows. That said, if anyone else had FSU and Miami on their OOC that would be considered great...UF gets discounted because they are in the same state? UF usually schedules pretty weak OOC, but this year's is solid IMO.

                  LOLWUT!?!

The only reason that some teams in the SEC appear to be "cellar dwellers" is because they have play BAMA, LSU, UF, GEORGIA, SC, etc. every year.
Think of it this way, Ole Miss is lucky to go 8-5. Put them in any other conference and they're the favorite to win the conf.

Ole Miss would NOT be favored to win ANY major conference in this country, period.
