I don't know where you've been for the last decade or so, but NDSU is a damn fine program.

Sounds like sour grapes from the wins they've compiled over the Gophers.

I have nothing against NDSU's program. Like I've said, it's just the fans that get on my nerves.

I'm so apathetic when it comes to the Gophers that the losses to NDSU are more funny to me than they are maddening.

I literally live with part of that fan base. They aren't terrible, and they've earned the right to crow a little bit.

I'm not really surprised NDSU beat K-State. Now if it was last year, then you'd have me more shocked.

You think people that graduate college want to stay in North Dakota? Or Minnesota for that matter.

I wish they'd just move up to FBS already.

For the rest of the year I'll be hearing about how good they'd be if they played an FBS schedule.

What's your beef with them? They are a fantastic program and have been for years.

It's not their decision to move up. They would move up in a heartbeat if they could.

Scary thing is, not that long ago they were a Div. II team.

Sorry, I worded that poorly. I wasn't holding it against them that they're not an FBS team. I just wish it would happen.

I just didn't think they would travel all the way to California in numbers, they all seem to congregate in Minneapolis after they graduate from Fargo/Grand Forks, haha.

Very active NDSU alumni group here. NDSU/UND games when they still played each other were a blast.

Wife is one of many NDSU alums in region.

It's more surprising that people are surprised NDSU won than it is surprising that NDSU won.

FCS is currently 4-8 against FBS this year. Obviously that will lower tomorrow.

I try not to let those few (really) annoying fans ruin it for the majority of the good ones, but it gets the best of me at times.

Plus, NDSU is a million times better than that other North Dakota school that shall not be named

proud alumni and someone who grew up in fargo now in colorado.

people can hate on fargo all they want. its a damn boring town with nothing to do. except watch ndsu football. its simply why there is so much pride in their program, because they are good.

Some people have no idea how big these programs and institutions are.

I grew up listening to my dad calling Montana Sate games and every year even here in Pittsburgh they have a Montana/Montana State party when they play. It is incredible.
