yeah this targeting is trash,soon they will be playing flag football,we play fn football we are supposed to hit/block/tackle our TARGET! on every play, flag football an the two hand touch league coming soon lol

I don't understand why reviewing the targeting penalty can keep the player in the game, but not take away the penalty. If it really was targeting, the player would still be disqualified. By allowing the player to stay in the game, the refs are saying "We got the call wrong, but the penalty stands"

Just doesn't make any sense.
