I know the UF/UK game was one of the worst officiating games I seen on both sides for both teams. This year anyway

Anyone see that UK guy spear Taylor after the play was dead? Both teams had calls that were a questionable

Honestly the SEC as a whole had horrible officiating, a 54 yard td by TG was called back for a phantom holding call, I think the announcers even said the call was weak. Secondly TG should have been thrown out of the South Carolina game for the head but and thrown punch he did.


Very bad officiating this week, but it is part of the game...

I think it will come down to the Georgia game.

I expect that if he loses 4 straight he might be fired the next day.

I agree. Also the South Carolina game. Lose those 2 games and it's a wrap.

The AP poll also dropped OU and put Oregon at 3....I guess a 24 point when over a SEC team wasn't good enough. Edit-I men't to say the Coaches poll.

Brilliant.

To be fair, it was a close loss for UGA on the road. While they beat Clemson soundly in week 1, we got taken behind the woodshed against TAMU. Got no problems with UGA being slightly ahead.

Oregon blew out a top 10 team this year. Who have we beaten?

I wouldn't worry about the polls anyway. Just worry about OU winning. "If" OU wins out, they're in. It's impossible for more than one ACC, PAC-12, or SEC teams to go undefeated because of the conference championship games.


The Big 10 can't beat MAC teams. That conference won't get a team in.

Even if OU loses a game they'll probably still have a decent shot but let's worry about winning out first. This game at WVU this week won't be easy so let's worry about that instead of Oregon jumping one spot.

Heck, Oregon should be #1 IMO. What if OU had beaten a top 10 team by 19 this year and Oregon had beaten La. Tech, Tulsa, and Tennesee? See point. You're just looking at one week and totally forgetting about the win the Ducks had which was he most impressive win of the season so far.

Tennessee is rebuilding so who cares of they're an SEC team. It's not like we beat LSU or Bama yesterday.

Exactly. UT is a team that has one season over .500 in the last 6 or 7 years. Just because they are in the SEC does not make them a great program .They may be on the rise, we will see. Right now beating them by a few scores doesn't mean much. If it did against SEC schools, then Temple should be ranked right now.

Tennessee hasn't exactly been a great OoC team (or in I suppose) the past while. Got crushed by Oregon twice, lost to UCLA twice, and lost to Cal a while back when they were still ok. Not exactly your top notch SEC foe.
