Did You Buy Dynasty Accelerators?

I don't know anyone that bought these, for obvious reasons, but I DO know some people have bought them. I'm just wondering, for those that bought them, why did you buy them, which ones did you buy, and do you think they were worth it? I'm just curious because I just can't understand why anyone would ever buy these.

If you post in this thread please keep it respectable. I did no make this thread to flame people that bought accelerators. I was just wondering why anyone would buy them.

NO...they take the fun out of dynasty mode and are a waste of money. I'd like to know who at EA thought this was a good idea.

Dynasty Accelerators = Cheat/ EPIC FAIL

The recruiting is practically the only realistic challenge in the game...Why take the fun out of it?

I understand how playing through a game with cheats is fun once you have beaten the game normally and because of your own whits and knowledge, BUT you cant "beat" a football game. Maybe next year they'll have the "Perfect Season" DLC. Lol.

If they ever make an online DLC that separates sim guys from cheezers you can count me in! Until then, I'll pass.

The only one I bought and will purchase is the Recruiting Advisor. All he does is tell you stuff you can find out by yourself if you look. I'm just so extremely impatient that I didn't feel like going through recruits myself to find the purple gemmed recruits. Doesn't affect me when I don't have it (aka in OD), but it's just something to make life easier. It's just basically like signing up for Rivals and finding out info that way.

Now, things like the max training and those? Hah, that's pathetic if you buy them.

I bought them all, mainly out of curiosity/getting annoyed with the pop-ups. I have since turned off the dynasy accelerator though. The one thing I do like is being able to sim through high-school playoffs and start my RtG with a 5-star player.

Pretty smart move by EA though. They most likely made upwards of $200,000 on stuff that is already included in the game.

i bought the recruiting time log. I wanted to know how much time the Trojans were spending on my 5 star LB and to my astonishment the CPU teams spend no time at all on over half of their prospects. I could not believe this. they spent like 100 mins on the guy while i spent only 30! they had a 5 star RB they spent 0 mins on. I dont get this. I guessed wrong on CPU recruiting for 3 years

I considered that one, but then when I thought about it...it's no way to actually know how much time other schools are spending talking to the same prospect so I passed on it...

What does the purple gem on recruits mean? I've seen a couple times, but have no idea what effect it has.

I did not purchase them. I think its ridiculous for them to charge money for items that should be included in the damn game from the beginning.
These should be things you build over a course of a Dynasty program. Not implemented as cheats, but as Program Perks.
