Wow. They improved soo many things. Things that I loved.

Saw a successful toe drag animation.

The recievers made over the shoulder catches at the appropriate time looking back for the ball.

Less suction when pro tack occured.

Lighting.

Locomotion gives the players weight.

The db's didnt do that stupid piggy back animation they actually played the ball.

No wide recievers were flipped.

i had one piggy back animation but it was a minor issue. on a user pick he jumped on my back when we were both in the air but i honestly can live with that. the demo is a solid 8 after initial play. ill delve deeper lata. let the hype wear off

No penalties. Hate the camera angle, and passing the ball is terrible. Seems like an arcade game with the slow replay like animation and stuff.

NCAA Football 10 was good in this aspect. NCAA Football 11 seems like it would suck and would make me break the game in half with that crap. It makes the game unplayable with crap like that. Too bad. Go back to what that was in NCAA 10, and then we'll talk. The new playcalling this sucks also.

Also, I was watching the o-line too much and got sacked on a CB blitz, but I noticed that their is alot of hand movement, slapping and punching going on in the trenches. The o-line is trying to chuck back the d-line, and the d-line is trying to use their hands to push the O-line around. Great.

Uh I got a roughing the passer, but that was cause of me haha.

Other than that...no. I'm glad there isn't a facemask and holding every 2 min. Don't worry, you can just turn up the sliders when the real game comes out

Gideon had 6 picks... Sam Acho had 9 sacks... Robinson is the top returning tackler... I doubt that roster guy, who has to pay attention to every single team, knows more about MY TEAM than me. The only thing that could make sense is that D. Johnson will be rushing the passer alot this year... he's a former sprinter.

I love the demo so far, so I hope everyone does take this out of context, but there are a lot of glitches I have noticed so far. I didn't bother reading the entire thread so these may be repeats. Also, these may already be fixed for the title release but here's a couple things that have gotten me down:

-In my most recent game the demo straight up froze on me
-While in player lock on defense I've run past the ball carrier, by just a few inches, about 10 times. I figured I got close enough to start an auto-tackle, I guess I was wrong?
-Also in the player lock hit sticks don't seem to trigger like they should, which I don't mind, but then I totally blow the tackle.
-Short lob passes still seem like "Sky Balls"... Flip, when will this be fixed?
-The "Play of the Game" is ALWAYS the last play...
-Announcer audio get's all messed up near the end of the game, I don't really care about audio but this seems pretty stupid (on a side note I hate the new audio segments they added they seem forced and out of place).
-Quite a few times I have gotten my player stuck for a few seconds on defense while I've been looking at my play and the ball gets snapped.

Once again I'll reiterate that I love the demo so far the new camera angle is really cool and I can just see and feel a much more realistic game. I'm praying that these glitches are easy fixes for EA as I've already pre-ordered the demo!

I've forgotten a few so I'll add more when I remember, excited to play more!

For people having problems with penaltys, in the retail version you can just use sliders to cause more penaltys. Not a big deal.

Well it's pretty much the same pre-programmed lame animations that I'm seeing and I havent even played a down on offense yet. First game Ohio State vs Miami, the Hurricanes throw a pick in the flats to my DB. There are 2 DB's blanketing his receiver. I pick it off and I'm looking at clear sailing to the endzone. Naturally.

HOWEVER!! EA and that god-forbidden animation where the WR is in a catch animation then mysteriously tackles my DB while still in the air. On the replay it is the dumbest thing to look at, also watching the WR clip completely through my defender as they fall.

Seriously, this engine needs to go.

Game unplayable? Maybe because you are not very good at adapting, because everybody else here can play fine.

Arcade? NCAA 10 was an arcade game. Players could run and stop and run again at full speed within a matter of a half a second. CPU would grab one handed over the back picks like it's nothing. The Hit Stick could be used 99% of the time without any real risk.

I'd say NCAA 10 was much more arcade like.

Everything you mentioned is all opinion based. So maybe it's not the game that sucks but something else...or someone else....

Let me also add, on my first play from scrimmage, I throw a slant to my wideout. Who does the vaunted (morph slide catch) to get to the ball.

I thought they removed this stuff? I'm seeing a sharper looking game with the EXACT animations from last year!!
