Other than my above mentioned fumble fest (ended up with five fumbles) the game looks gorgeous. I love the new camera, and the lighting is doing wonders to make this game engine look new. I think I might be sold, especially if I'm not fumbling every drive in the other matchups.Comment

Re: NCAA Football 11 Demo Available Now, Post Your Impressions Here
PS3 thoughts. I've played at least one half with or against all 8 teams.
First off, I will say this game feels nearly nothing previous NCAA's, and that is a GOOD thing.
I have a lot of pros, but I'll just list the few cons.
-One concern is that Texas ran WAY too much no huddle. I dont ever recall them running much at all in real life, and they ran it about 90% of the game. Even at the end when they should have been running the clock out. I hope this logic is not in the final build
- Still too dark in most cases for my liking. A "partly cloudy" game yields a bit too much darkness in some parts of the field for my liking. And this is a bad thing since the default is usually 75 and partly cloudy for this game. That being said, when in the sun, it looks AWESOME. OU's jerseys have never looked better than this in any NCAA game.
Some positive:
The CPU run game is finally on point. They are decisive, make good choices, and yield decent yardage without a bunch of stutter-running.
THe game speed is ok, however, I'm hoping we can slow it down a notch. I'm hoping the speed slider works both ways and not just increase.
Defense is playable, which is good being that we've heard so much about offense. I've gotten picks and knckdowns pretty frequently, and th egame doesnt complete every pass.
Right now, this game looks great!
HOWEVER, all that being said, I'm still a skeptic of the final build. Because the demo for NCAA '09 was awesome, the defense was even with the offense, but when the final game came out you could play ZERO defense, and the cpu completed nearly every pass. The overall game was terrible.
So right now, I definitely plan to buy it, but will wait to see others takes.Comment
