Wait. Earlier today you said you were done.
Why do you continue to to burden us with your posts?
Obviously you dony like the game. You said see ya later.
Go.
Your post is clutter now, leave this board to those who still want to play.
You madden now? Go hang there.
Done with EA? Leave. Your contribution is not helpful, not insightful, and not needed.
We kmow you hate the game, so why bother here any more?Comment

Don't buy it next year then. If you don't like something, don't buy it.Comment

What you don't seem to get is that there are a lot of guys like me who love the franchise but hate the BS that now comes part and parcel with getting the game every single year.
And sure, I am basically done, and I sure as hell did not and will not get Madden considering the reviews. But you know what bub? I'll be damned if I'm going to stop posting my opinions on a forum dedicated to opinions about a video game just because you get all injured because people are criticizing a video game you have zero stake and didn't create.
Good grief, seems like complaining about morphing receivers is a personal insult to some of you guys.Comment

Honestly, this is all I was saying. If you hate the game, nobody here really cares. There's some people that enjoy it, but are excited for the patch and are waiting. What good is it going to do for us to complain right now, clutter this thread, give mods headaches? Is Sony and Microsoft going to release the patch tomorrow because they see this group of people is upset over how long it's taking? Absolutely not, if you have a problem with EA, contact them directly, I don't think this is the place.
It's called a discussion. It's what adults do from time to time.Comment

Aaaah forget it. You know what, I don't want to bicker. Truth is I wish I loved the game. I miss loving it, if you feel me. Glad you guys are enjoying it despite the problems. For reals.Comment

Re: NCAA Football 12 Title Update #2 - Waiting on Approval From Microsoft and Sony
You know, all is forgiven with me if EA releases a patch that fixes most (hopefully all, but that's not realistic) of the key issues. Freezing and tendencies are a big one with me.
My gaming time is limited these days. I have a toddler who is 18 months and he takes a lot of my time. My wife takes up some time. My job takes up too much time. So when I get three to five hours of gaming time a week, I tend to get highly pissed if a game constantly freezes in the third and fourth quarter and all is lost. I never remember freezing being an issue in the past. Just fix it EA, and let us all move on from that debacle.
Tendencies (and other roster issues) must be fixed. The guys who have given us the OS Community Rosters have poured hours and hours of their time to giving us an accurate and complete roster set. If their work is wasted, that could end up being downright unforgivable. I mean it.
I am not an online guy, but I hope that EA fixes the online dynasty issues, as I know that will make a lot of people happy.
The rest? The things I want to see will have to wait. I want a better player editor/creator and more faces. Obviously that's not going to come in a patch, but this game is so close right now. My imagination still runs wild when I think of what this game could be. College Football is awesome and I just wish EA could capture more of it, but I still love the game.
But if the core issues are not fixed, EA stands to lose A LOT of loyal customers. Right now, the game has been literally unplayable for me. I hate the term 'unplayable' or 'broken' because I feel it's much too melodramatic and tossed around too loosely, but the freezing issues that I've experienced have made that a very accurate depiction of my experience with the game so far.
All will be forgiven with me if EA fixes it.Comment

I'll even go you one further, all will be right with the world IF they fix it and it can be with two MORE patches if needed...I am willing to wait for them to get it right! Just don't leave glaring holes or broken features in this years game and I'll be fine...hopefully before the end of this season would be great tho.I know you think you understand what you thought I said, but I don’t think you realize that what you heard was not entirely what I meant.Comment

Would it make sense for EA to have two dev teams? They could work in rolling two year windows on some of the features. Of course, they would still have to implement the code into the previous version, but maybe have Team A work on the games that release in odd years and Team B work on even years with quarterly (?) meetings to make sure one code wont break the other.Check out my Tampa Bay Buccaneers CFM Thread.

I agree that communication by SCEA is better but they also do a good job in trying to make sure that a problem in the game isn't still there 3 years later.Last edited by nova91; 09-02-2011, 10:41 AM.Say "No" to railroaded MC modes.Comment
