Yes, unfortunately.

Confirmed, ps3 here. 33mb in size. Also of note, my nephew says that his dynasty prompted him to resave his playbook and now his custom playbook has blank screens in between formations however i can not confirm this yet as im loading up. If this is true ill create a completely new playbook and see what the deal is.

Update: ok, already made custom playbooks are all jacked up currently with mine being completely different then what I made so im gonna make a new one to see if all is well. So to clarify, my custom playbooks made before the patch 2 are all different and im having to remake them. Im not complaining just informing.

That news about the custom playbooks is a bit disconcerting.

Ok, so just made a new playbook and all is well with no problems that im seeing regarding blank screens. It appears that was with already made playbooks. Also of note just to clarify, the problem I had with already made playbooks was that it was almost completely different with formations and such that I didnt have in there. Also there was a blank screen in between formations when I simply edited my already made playbook that wouldnt go away.

I made a new playbook from scratch just to check out and so far so good. This is obviously a very small sample test but I have a feeling people are gonna have to remake their playbooks from scratch. This was for offense and I havent checked my defensive playbook yet.

Update: My defensive playbook is all different too so im just gonna remake it as well. I just seen that there is a patch impression thread that I didnt know about. I dont really want to retype and try to move all of this if a mod feels this information is needed could you just move it to that thread possibly?

All I can do is wait but each day waiting is like watching snails race. I think the 360 one will drop next Tuesday but hoping it's this Friday.

huh? xbox does thier updates in the morning ps3 in the evening thats why we get the online pass in the am and ps3 in the pm. We should see it in the morning.

It's entirely possible that someone at Sony jumped the gun if the patch was supposed to be out tomorrow.

Like I said earlier, I thought there was a tuner coming out alongside this (I'm sure it was mentioned somewhere, though I can't find it now) and I haven't seen it, so that may not get pushed until both versions are out.

There was never anything put out by EA regarding a tuner, most of that was people on message boards who all claim to have "secret inside information" when 99% of them know just as much as you or I.

did you not see TJ Jones in the ND game this past weekend vs USF? Crist hit him right in the melon while he never looked for the ball. maybe ea got that one right? lol..

1. It was TJ Jones.

2. It was Rees not Crist.

3. That is a REALLY rare play. The same can't be said for in the game.

I'm not complaining either, but I just spent the day FINALLY getting sliders that made the gameplay acceptable and making custom playbooks for offline dynasty!

I hope there's a thread for impressions on the patch...

Just DL'ed the patch (very quick...makes me suspicious) and my custom DBooks look fine...
