There was never anything put out by EA regarding a tuner, most of that was people on message boards who all claim to have "secret inside information" when 99% of them know just as much as you or I.

I guess I must have dreamed that interview in which EA said a tuner pack would come out with the patch that would fix things such as coach progression.

Turns out 99% of people know much more than you. So don't just post random stuff. Just some advice.

Two simple reasons... I was in contact w/ people who were visiting EA regularly during the making of this game and was hoping... I don't want to say I was led to believe, but I was hoping that many of these issues were being addressed and taken care of.

But at what point along the way did EA ever deliver a game without bugs? No offense - really, I don't mean this as snarky as it's goung to sound - but why, after all of these years would anyone put faith in EA's football games based on comments - even those from EA employees - on a message board, or any other form of communication, for that matter?

I've no doubt they bust their arses on these games, but there are problems with the game each and every year.

This need for a patch is nothing new. I guess I don't understand why people insist on buying the game on release day every year and are still surprised - again, every year - that the game contains bugs and glitches. And every year we get mired in these forums.

as the other guy said noone knows... I'd love to know this also. I have refreshed this page every 5 minutes ever since the PS3 patch came out. I'm pathetic, I know.

just a warning to 360 guys: dont get too excited about the patch. It needs another patch already. Fixes some things, breaks custom playbooks even more and has issues with no huddle

truth be told, I'm thinking about deleting it and using prepatched game. Would go back to patch 1, but thats gone now

MS doesn't have a set time for pushing out game updates. usually the earliest would be around 2 AM pacific time. but I've seen game updates come out in the evening as well. we don't even know if the patch has passed MS certification yet though.

I don't understand the No Huddle stuff, it makes it more realistic if you can't change formations on offense, doesn't it?

Yes I can confirm....this patch screwed up the no huddle. Let's say you're in a Spread Flex Weak Shotgun and you make a play for positive yrds and hit triangle. The no huddle happens and you see the title of plays as Spread Flex Weak, but in reality the plays are Split Back plays Shotgun...and those are the only plays you can choose from despite the playbook showing all formations available when you scroll to the side in reality no matter what you choose the plays will always be split backs. Very, very disappointing. I'll try and clarify this if I can if someone has misunderstood me.
