According to TGT, It's actually OVR, OFF, ST, with D not listed.

      Florida a 84 O and 93 D seems about right.

Auburn has won a national championship in the past two years. Believe it or not, we are a premier program in college football. If you have won the national title in the past few seasons, you should be a high caliber team.

Prestige has nothing to do with team ratings. If I'm not mistaken, prestige automatically goes to 6 stars if you win the national title.

The Texas 99 OVR rating is a typo, right?

              Re: NCAA Football '13-Team Ratings

If you look at the demo ratings, they match up if you assume the chart is OVR-Offense-Defense. USC in demo is A+/A+/B+. Chart goes 99/99/91. Oregon in the demo is A+/A/A-. Chart says 99/94/95. I think some of the ratings are mixed up possibly, unless dynasty progression changed Oregon's offense and defense by a few points in either direction? Because LSU and Bama match up perfectly with the chart...

Who is Colarado? Never heard of them before. As for Colorado, 82 overall? Nah, I'd say we are maybe a 79ish at best. Team is way too young and unproven and still picking up the pieces after the worst football coach ever in Dan Hawkins.

                    Clemson's D should be an 75.

South Carolina had the number 4 D in the country last year. Should be 95

Hopefully roster makers can balance out the rosters and make it realistic.

With that said, Auburn's offense and defense are too high, West Virginia's offense and defense are too low, Wisconsin is a bit overrated, Tulsa is very overrated, Texas is overrated on O and D, Notre Dame's offense needs a little working on, Sparty's defense needs a boost, Maryland's D needs to drop, Geogia's O needs an upgrade, and Clemson's and Baylor's defenses could use a drop in ratings are the things that pop out to me. Although almost every team will have lower ratings in my rosters.

I'm saying Texas is overrated on defense assuming they are receiving a 99 for it. They lose their top 2 linebackers and a starting safety, but the defense is still going to be good, but not a 99 OVR good. Going back to which ratings are shown, Texas' special teams rating cannot possibly be on the chart. Justin Tucker was their kicker, punter, and kickoff guy, and he's gone. There's no way they recieved a 90 anything for their special teams.
