they didnt move backwards, they just didnt keep up and for good reason. next year they will have it all back in plus this connected thing. have you ever seen a good feature for the first year on a EA football game? Im glad madden will test out new engine a year before NCAA.

No large variety of equipment edits (mouth pieces...HELLO) no spring games, no imported draft classes? The game looks like its going backwards instead of staying what is true to college football. We don't need slo mo throws, are you kidding me with that? Looks like i'll be rotating ncaa 12 and madden 12 like i had to do with 2k11 with marsh's sick roster sets. ncaa 13...i'll pass and save that $65! Preciate that EA!Comment

They'll add the import feature back alright. It'll be some premium feature/DLC....you'll be able to save on it by subscribing to some new EA fantard service. I'll probably cave when the time comes, though....I always do.Comment

Everyone seems to be bashing the Import feature. Yes.. I understand that it sucks and it takes away from the game a whole bunch.. But its still a FOOTBALL game right?? I mean, you can still play Madden/NCAA 12 if you want and import all you wish, but just because one feature that we all like.. got dumped.. (Again), doesnt mean you stop playing the game entirely.Hook EMComment

I just bought the game yesterday, having not researched it online (stupid). I just figured "oh, it will probably be a lot like last year's game, as usual, with a few new perks." I definitely did not expect that my favorite part of the game - building dynasties and exporting draft classes to Madden and building franchises there - would be taken away. I have not even popped the game in yet, and I more than likely won't. I just wish i wouldn't have removed the wrapper. Oh well, my 30 dollar store credit toward a different game at gamestop will be worth taking it back.Comment

The fact that they removed the import roster
Feature just dissappointed me. That's my reason for having big games. Sim the hell outta college and get about 5 years and go to madden and have my real names. That's it. But it's all been a waste of time the last few years bcuz the games aren't that good. So I just sim. And manage the league. If madden isn't up to par. I'm messing with FIFA and NHL and other games man. Maybe get a Xbox and hack it to use hex editor for all pro football. This is wack. Why use fake names if ppl love the realism. It's wack man. This is the gimmick. Connected careers and the RPG feature of upgrading your ppl but cancel the import rosters so ppl can't continue on years after f the next title is wack.
MAYBE THE NEW CONSOLE OUYA WILL GIVE THE COMMUNITY AN OPPORTUNITY TO GET TIT RIGHT BY DEVELOPING AND MANAGIN OUR OWN GAME. WE NEED TO GET TOGETHER AND REALLY DO THIS. IF YOU HAVEN't heard of it. It's anew console 99$ running on android. Fluck MS AND SONY. THIS JOINT INVITES HACKERS. SO HEX EDITOR AND THE LIKE ARE PERFECT. WE CAN DO THIS. LOL.Comment

Not being able to export draft classes is a major downer, kinda wish I had known before I bought the game - I loved watching my custom named guys progress in the pros. But there does seem to be a screen in the Dynasty off-season where it tells you what players are being drafted... What I plan on doing (next season anyway, too late for my first draft class) is write down their names and stats, and then hopefully Madden 13 will have a Create a Player option where I can create them as rookies to be drafted. I guess I'd have to do that each year, wonder what the limit on created players is... Anyway, just an idea for a workaround for a pretty annoying situation...Comment
