PBL for CPU is still in question. Ik now it could be PCV, but don't reallly want to mess yet.

I'm really liking these right now. The CPU pass coverage seems a lot better and even the screen plays don't seem to be as flawed now.

EDIT: There's still some money plays (four verts and similar plays), but these sliders still do help a lot. Some of the game's mechanical issues just can't be fixed.

Re: Matt10's Heisman **Very Slow Speed** Sliders

Matt10 glad to see you made some sliders for this years installment. My friends and I used your 12 sliders and from looking at these I can tell I'll be using them again.

I probably played a total of 3 games on default Heisman since release and in opinion the CPU played good but i prefer to play a super computer lol (not a cheating cpu) but I'd rather play good games and lose all my games in a season then blow out every team or just get 1 lost but thats just me.

So instantly when I looked at your slider set and saw how you have increased most CPU sliders (most sets decreased them) and deceased human ones that we were probably on the same boat of how the game plays...I'll be playing all weekend and in between I'll make sure to give feed back on how my games went.

These sliders really seem to be bringing the new animations in this year's game to life.

I had seven against UMass last game, although UMass is awful and I did a lot of blitzing, so I wouldn't make too much of it. I'll report what they're like in my next game against Maryland.

I have six sacks in the first half against Maryland. I think I am going to turn down HUM pass rush to 45 and turn CPU pass block up to 15.

Sounds good, I turned down USER Pass Rush to 40, and bumped up CPU Pass Block to 10.

I think 10 min quarters is slightly high aswell. I'm thinking more around 8 mins per quarter the opposing qb had 63 attempts passing on me this game.. Also I creamed south carolina 49-35.. Not sure if it was just destined or what I got off to a 21-0 start lol their quarterback threw 4 interceptions..

Had 5 sacks this game not too bad still a little too many.. I figured this game would be tough but it was easier than Arizona state.. And they had home field.

                    Anyways I'll keep updating.

South Carolina had that many pass attempts? Wow, I've never seen an opponent higher than 45, and I've played a ton of 10-minute quarter games. Are you running a no-huddle and scoring really quick and the opponent is just getting more snaps?

On the sacks issue, mess around with CPU Pass Block and USER Rush. I have mine at USER Pass Rush 40, and CPU Pass Block at 10.

I would say the average offensive snaps per game is 120-140 combined. So that's not bad on your end. How many rush attempts did South Carolina have?

The goal for this slider set is to promote VERY SLOW game speed. We believe that it is the best setting to enjoy the fluidity that this game has brought this year. Furthermore, the animations seem to interact better with the physics of some gameplay attributes (separation of DBs/WRs, break on the ball defensively, etc.)

I've used the same concept in my NCAA 12 sliders thread with the focus on RBA being higher than most sets out there. The reason for this is because my belief is that RBA does not directly contribute to just the running back position - but it contributes to all receivers, tight ends and running backs as a whole.

As a result of this theory - we have focused on good animations being indicators of realism - not just end statistics. The feel of the game is very important. I don't want to win a game that felt like hyperspeed arcade deathmatch. I want it to feel fluid - and true to animations. Sure NCAA 13 has bugs (please patch this EA), but there are no true game breakers.

Hope you enjoy. Please note that this is a base - OUBryan and myself give at least 5 games before modifying anything. I would suggest the same approach be used for those wanting to see what these are all about.

I will have videos up in the next couple of days to show difference of animations with some comparable slider sets - and how the theory was developed. Enjoy.
