    Awesome! Looking forward to it!

(Even in real life have a 4+ 5 star defensive lineman) The main problem is the time of possession, I'm going to bump bass block a bit If we could give the CPU a little more time, (and maybe tighten up the CPU pass D a bit) I think we could really have something special here and give it another go after work tomorrow.

BTW I love threshold at 65 I really think you have found a sweet spot!
Well cool, thanks. I hope you're right! Play with two similar "average" rated teams and lemme know how that goes. I was thinking about bumping up the CPU pass blocking as well. The main reason for drive killers in this game are sacks. Please lemme know how round two goes!

Re: Jacory's "I'm actually seeing punts" Heisman set

      Here it is:

As you can see from the picture ( I just take a screen shot of the box score and post that because I still for the life of me can not figure out how to copy into the post otherwise) I was getting throttled by Temple. Temple I tell you! They took a 27-3 lead in the 3rd QTR after my QBs, Kay, threw picks on back to back possessions. ( My passing stats ended up somewhat respectable but I was 7/18 for 50 yards with 3 INT at one point). That's when I finally put a drive together, 14 yard pass for a TD. When I went back on Defense I switched it up to more man coverage because my zone/zone blitz were getting exposed all game. Got the ball back on downs, promptly scored again.

I stopped them in the beginning of the 4th, but they also stopped me when I got the ball back. Another defensive stand by my Bearcats and this time on offense I was able to score with 3:55 left. 27-24 Temple at this point. On a 3rd down with about 2:30 remaing I made an awesome INT reacting to an out pass by their QB. My ball. FG ties it to go to OT.

In OT on my first possession I'm facing 4th and Goal from the 1. I decide "this is the game, I'm going for it because I'm not sure I can hold them to a FG". TD on a one yard run.

Temple answers: 4th and goal for them from the 7, the QB rolls out, breaks a tackle off my DE and throws to a wide open man for the tie (with the kick of course)

Next OT: Temple runs the first 2 plays, it goes nowhere. On 3rd down, their QB drops to throw. My blitzing LB is coming hard.. Doesn't get there quite in time. Pass is released and its a catch in the end zone for a TD. I score on my 1st pass once I get back on offense.

3rd OT: I drove down and then my RB took it in from 10 yards out. Couldn't kick extra points anymore so had to go for 2. I ran the zone read. Read the end, he took the RB, I kept it with the QB but there was a wall of 3 defenders waiting for him at the goaline. Didn't get in. 47-41 me. Temple comes out, drives down inside the 10. On 3rd and goal the QB throws, my CB swats it, it hits off the facemask of a Temple player and bounces right into the hands of Kevin Brown my safety for the game clinching INT.

Seriously, I was getting pissed that I couldn't find a slider set I liked and this one played perfect for me. Hoping it will continue. As you guys can see, neither QB was torching the defense. Lots of errant throws-low and high, swats. My 3 picks were terrible decisions by me, but hey, it happens. Also this was the first set I've tried where I didn't run the ball for an insane amount of yards. You can look at my RB's stats. I only had success with one of them and he was only 6.5 ypc.

Very happy with these after one game though. Again, probably the best game of NCAA I've played in a few years. Will be using them going forward. Nice job!

Beautiful. If it worked for you once then it'll continue working for ya. When I played my first game with these I thought for sure it was a fluke and that there was no WAY I created some good sliders for myself. Then I played more games and continued to get solid results. Couldn't believe it. Eager to hear about a second game now!

Unless a patch changes the gameplay a lot, i think these are the sliders i'll be using this year. The only problems i'm having are caused by the pass blocking, so after i up them a bit i'll be set.. Great Set man!!

Ditto! I am playing my second game with these and I only made 2 changes! I bumped up Intentional grounding to 100 and Pass block to 60! (Same from Jarrods black set) I am playing as #11FSU vs Pitt this week still 65 threshold. I am 93 over they are 83 I am expecting a blowout but I just want to see if they can try and compete! I will post stats later!

Upset Alert:End of the first tied 0-0 I threw 2 picks and got stuffed on the goaline on 4th and goal! Pitt's defense is holding up! Still their qb is 2/9 more info in a bit.

I am open to trying your sliders, mainly because of the DIFFERENCES that I see in mine lol. For one, I don't like slow because of the "stuck in mud" thing that happens, and I have 15 thresh, low sliders for CPU passing, etc. It would be interesting to see. Also, the DB glitch has been confirmed to happen a lot on Heisman and AA, so Varsity seems to be the only good true starting point. Do you see that a lot, the DB glitch?

WOW Welcome back to the best CPU running game sliders on these boards, Man this is what I'm talking about! I love how the CPU runs with these sliders, best CPU running game in an EA football game I've ever seen check out PITT's RB's stats, so consistent yet not crazy! The game was close all game (7-7) going into the fourth, and I pulled away and won by 10 at the end (Just what I would have expected from a potential top 10 team!) I threw 2 early picks and had SEVEN trips to the Red Zone but I only scored twice from down there so a good showing from PITT's defense (Can't wait until I play UF later in the year)

One thing is though and you will see this in the box score, I think the run game is too easy for the user so I think I will bump it down a few clicks because I easily rushed for close to 200 yards with a very average back but other than that man these sliders were on point and provided an awesome starting point, I thought I would post my tweaks and what I am currently using:

                        It's basically the OP with
                        +20 to CPU Pass Block
                        +40 to Intentional grounding
                        +20 to CPU Run Defense

                        So we're looking at:

Okay if you guys want to talk big games, I really don't think they can get any bigger than this in state in conference rivalry:

#7 Miami (5-0) vs #5 FSU (5-1) I'm still FSU and I'm using the slider tweaks in my post above, will post results!

                          Game On!

I really appreciate this good feedback I love hearing it! Sorry I wasn't able to respond much today...I was working all day today so haven't gotten much feedback.

Though I'm loving the low scores!! 17-7 and 13-10! Defensive games are the best ones imo.

Getting stopped in the redone is also a joy to see. Too many times I'm able to get into the end zone without much difficulty.

To touch on the user running game, I think it's just easy to run in this game. I was definitely going to adjust my sliders to control that issue. I'll be back to playing a little bit tomorrow morning or night so ill let you guys know if I change anything.

Really glad they're working for you guys! Makes me proud for some reason. Hah!

Yea man I think its honestly just to easy to run in the game in general, played this last game and I'll put the rushing stats in the box score.

So like I said #7 Miami vs me #5 FSU I'm thinking close ESPN classic game and thats exactly how it started, but guys I'll tell you what this game really does represent momentum well. I got the ball first and went three and out and boy the CPU's first drive they went straight up the field and straight into my endzone like a hot knife through butter! Next drive I was able to move the ball fairly well and I was able to put 7 up as well so we were tied 7-7. Here's where the momentum kicked in, first play of the CPU's next drive Miami's QB takes off, I hit stick him and he dropped the rock! I then scored right away, next CPU possession they throw a pick! and all of a sudden this close game is a 21-7 could be blowout, and after that my defense really held up I had a 49 yard TD run with my QB off the read option but other than that the stats were solid, my defense stepped up and forced 3 turnovers and keep them off the scoreboard. Stats look good, only thing I'm concerned about is the ease of which I am able to run the ball, next game i will be bumping the CPU run D to 100! Just to see how they react!

                              Here's the stats!

I am glad that you guys seem happy with this, but college football scores like this don't seem realistic, and if the games don't play out realistic, what's the point? Teams were averaging almost 30 points a game last year, A&M was blowing out the SEC, Auburn was getting shut out by Georgia and Alabama, those things NEED to happen in this game. In no way are defensive games BAD, but if you are playing a C-USA game and get a 13-10 finish, then yes, that's not right.
